Well, my rate was about 4 stars. That was because it has many ads. On the other hand this game is very addictive and fun to play. I hope everybody likes it as much as I do. I have fun challenging family to who can get farther.

I had just come back from having dinner went into the game but... it stayed on the opening screen. I mean sure you wait a little while for it to load but you shouldn't have to wait 2 hours. I'm not exaggerating at all. Even then it still didn't load. So I thought well, maybe if I uninstall it and reinstall it I will be able to play again. So yeah I unistalled it and reinstalled. It opened just fine BUT I have lost EVERYTHINF ALL OF MY BALLS ALL OF MY FLOORS I WAS SOO MAD

I've never even got to play! I've had it for weeks now, but every time I try to go on, it just stays at the open screen! I'm going to delete if this keeps happening because it's a waste of storage. I know I'm not the only one who is having this problem. It needs to be fixed. I'm curious to see what the game is about. I usually love ketchapp games, so if I actually get to play,I sure I would rate five stars.Please fix for five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It seems to be that more attention was given to the ads instead of the actual game. The ads make the game run at extremely low fps and they also get downloaded in the background so unnecessary space is taken and ads appear even whilst offline. Good job at making a bad game worse.

The adds come up at the wrong time and I can't get passed 40 without adds coming up on my screen. Please fix this then I will rate 4 star not 4. Also when u have no internet it stays on the opening screen for ages.

This game is one of the most addicting games this brand has ever made, and the longest game I ever kept on my phone. I usually get really bored of games really fast. So I just want to thank Ketchapp for making this game, and making me happy for playing this. I bet whoever reads this and whoever is planning on downloading this game will have a blast playing it. Enjoy everybody, and I hope you took this response as a positive and encouraging response.

It's amazing, I don't understand what all the haters mean, it's graphics are cool. It's challenging. Interesting. And great when your stuck in a dull doctors office. Lol. Anyway, I totally recommend this app. It's so fun and it's a great waist of time. Plus it's not a game with no purpose of course it's a little hard at first but it's super fun and exting when u the points for colorful beautifully patterned game 'balls' ahem. Don't be dirty...

It's a fun game but I don't understand the tiles part because it goes all different colours throughout the game so I don't understand what the point is im trying to change the tiles. I got my brother and sister into playing it too they loved it. I think it's a cool game and I Love it but it does take for ages to load on my phone and it's not my phone that is slow but other than that I love it

So I enjoy this game very much when I have played it on my friends phones. But sadly for some reason this application will not open on my Google pixel phone. I downloaded the other day to try it and it won't open. It won't get past the "ketchup' screen. Please fix ASAP

The game is mostly about hand eye coordination, which I don't have a lot of, but it helps me a lot. The controls are hard and keeps glitching up in the middle of the game and I lose, although the game itself is a great idea!!!! U should definitely get this game, but I wouldn't recommend this game to people with good hand eye coordination because for me hard challenges are more fun then just doing something you are already good at, over and over, then the game automatically becomes boring and it just becomes a waste of your time

Hop is one of the b.g.e and i really think you should download it. If you save up your gems to about 4000 you get alot of playing balls

I like the game but it has to many ads and they are anoying because it gets in the way. If it didn't have this then it would be a 5 star. Plus the notification won't go away and I checked everything on the app there is nothing there

This game is a fun yet addictive but after a few tries it becomes challenge by having you lose when your very close to break the best score. But I love this game. I could play it while I'm in the bed, at my job on my break, while taking care of my kids, waiting in traffic, being sick, in this type of winter weather, while entertaining my children, I even introduced it to my family members. Everyone let's take the time out of our day and try to at least help support the brand of ketchup apps this company

I really like the game but the ads on the bottom drive me crazy, I keep accidently clicking it with my thb (cos the ads are in the way) and it goes off and when I go back to the game I just end up dying so yeahhh. Got 116 though so I'm buzzin!!!

I'm in love with this game! I played it for 2 hours straight.... But I wish there was a pause button so badly because I would beat my high score and keep going but I'd have to die because someone needs me... Other than that I REALLY LOVE this game

I love this game and play it all the time, the only thing is,is that when you land on one of the platform's with a gem on it somtimes you get it and sometimes you don't. Although the game , when I installed it , it didn't even let me in. I when outside and played for 2 whole hours , came back in and it was still loading.I deleted it and installed it again it works then but it still has a few glitches.

I absolutely love this my friend got it on a iPhone 5c I asked it if it would work on a tablet she said not sure maybe you can try it if u want I did and it worked so I'm really happy and yu can do it on tablet if u have a tablet and yu dont have it u can download it thanks guys! I lov u guys so much yu r great people!

it was really boring and I think it was easy. I don't think you should get this game. Sorry ketchapp, but this is your worst game yet. other ketchapp games are different than this one so be sure to check them out to. I like challenging games and this one was not it. I think it was boring and you should not get this games.

The game is super fun but the controls are a tab bit off in my opinion. When playing the game you have to slide your finger across the bottom of your screen but I think the ball isn't accurate when you're moving it. Not complaining though because this game is super fun

It's a great game, really fun to play and amazing on the move. But every single time I press the app to play the game, the loading screen comes up... So far, normal... However it just doesn't load!! I found out for some reason I have to press the back button to start game... I should have to!

The game is fun but some of the words are innapropriate for younger kids. My 10 year was playing and asked me what "vape" was and when I asked her where she heard that she said, it's the word on Hop. Not Impressed.

Was ok for a few days,then it just stuck on the opening screen. I know by uninstalling I'll lose all my progress. Hopefully a patch can rectify this? Android v- 6.0.1

It was working fine but then one day I played it and when u does it froze I thought just one off but no it happens every time now I have tried everything including restarting phone but nothing worked so I was forced to uninstall and reinstall and I lost EVERYTHING when i reinstalled it the same problem happened and now i can't play this game anymore. Hope your happy ketchapp.

I love watching Sam&Nia on YouTube and I seen Sam play this game. So my brother was playing a similar game and I told him about it. Now we're trying to break Sam's known record of 104. It could be higher, but that's the only known record to me because it's all I've seen in the videos.

I haven't even been able to play this. Every time I open the app it just stays on the opening screen. I can't do anything else. Can't click anything. The longest it has been stuck like that so far is half an hour. 34 minutes. Then I gave up.

I would love to make my own ball! Sometimes it glitches and the squares aren't very easy to get. But my friends and me are addicted to this game so... yeah. lol

My friends recommended this game because they are seriously addicted to it but I have deleted and reinstalled it 3 times and it still can't get past the loading screen. It doesn't really matter if it's just my type of phone, even though it is a current model (Galaxy s5), it should be able to work with ease on any platform and not have such a fatal bug, sorry

I mean I think you could of added more background pictures. Like instead of just morning and night what about rainy day and a rainbow one then space etc. Lastly I would like it if us people who got the app can buy diamonds . But the game is good.

I like this game it doesn't have an.y special modes. And u strive to earn these gems so you can purchase a new ball. But the ball just looks different. No cool features that differentiate them from the other balls. Also its redundant.

But it's a bit boring and TOO MANY ADDS! Don't mean to be unable to co-operate with the people who made the game but ...... PLEASE FIX THE GAME!!

You! Must! Update! This! APP! There is some type of problem whenever I try to launch on my Samung S6. It crashes within the first few seconds of getting to the home screen. Amazing game though I play it on my girlfriend's iphone all the time, hope you can adress this so I can play it on my own :)

I really like this game but l find it really difficult because you need to hold the screen for it to move and I can't see please change this and I think if you're not up for a challenge then don't install this game.

It is so easy to control. I absolutely love this game it is so addictive. It is easy to do when your bored and it doesnt give you a headache when you are in the car driving somewhere! !! I love it☺

Easy to play and control. The only thing that I wish was different was when you hit the center, and the boards get bigger, I wish you could get extra points. If not that, extra points for collecting Jen's, since they are uncommon. Other than that, it's a fun game to play. I love the concept of it all.

I love it it is great fun . Once you get the hang of it ! I never thaught it would we this good. Usually I get rid of games really quickly because they get boring after a while but this ones so addictive. I love it!

I think that when we have our ball it should be way more cheaper and this tiles shouldn't move til we are at like 50-80

Some times the colours are to bright that i only can see the background and also the noise is so anyoing when i hit the middle. It is so anyoing. Also it is not ne sersery for the confete if you do been 10 times in the middle. I would like it if you didnt put adverts:) Please can you do an update inprove the game. Thank you

this game is so addictive! But the thing is it usually takes for ever for the app to open up and leaves me on the opening screen for about 5min before I close and reopen it. I have to do this numerous times.

This game is so awesome if you love super fun games you should get this game. Get this you can get words that you have to collect and earn coins to get different color balls.you also get free gift with coins inside. I really love this game and I hope you do to.
