Scratch Away for kids lets your (baby) childeren have a fun time "scratching" the surface of "scratchcards" by touch-swiping the screen.
A kid's drawing will appear while they do that!
Tested to be kids-proof and fun with children between 1 and 4 years old ;-)
Ideal to pass your kid's time if you are in a waiting room or any other boring environment.

I try all the games that I download for my son before letting him play. He's only 2 years old. No way this would keep him entertained. The game doesn't even work properly. The brush is way too small. It just took me forever to scratch the whole picture. And then when I was done, it didn't do anything. You couldn't change to a new picture or anything. Do not download this game. Don't waste your time!!

When I went to scratch it, it would just be a different coloured plain background and some of them didn't even scratch

Won't scratch, or there's a blank scratch board underneath, or the picture underneath is half scratched off...if it just worked, maybe more pics and maybe a broader brush, it would be great fun, even for a toddler...
