Is one good little endless runner

This game's "Smash X Enemies" Objectives are pure evil. I've experienced multiple issues related to these objectives and the way enemies are spawned: It took me the better part of a day of serious playing to grind out 5 troll kills, because they wouldn't spawn until I was past 3,000 meters and on my last legs. I'm currently struggling to complete "Kill 13 giant rats in one go", because despite consistently making it past the 2,600 meter mark the buggers consistently spawn only 1 or 2 batches per run, which wouldn't be enough to complete the objective even if I could get them all. These things are very hard to miss due to bumps or hills in the road. I am dreading making a run at "Smash 5 Ironbreakers in one go" because I've gone past the 2,500 meter mark once or twice on dwarf levels I have yet to encounter a single one of these things. I have no idea how I'm supposed to kill 5 of them in one fel swoop.

I bought it because I'm a Skaven nut but the game is actually the most fun I have on my phone.

Definitely a better game than I thought, love the mobile game feel with the Warhammer style with cartoon like look of some favorite characters

Good fun! Great art style and good for killing some time. From what I've seen the game is also very stable. It could really do with some more varied content and some new sound effects for enemies. I would hope to see new factions, new sound effects and possibly some different modes (maybe view goes overhead and you have to go side to side for example). A minor point is I don't really understand the story, not really clear how what the player does progresses anything.

A proper paid game with no F2P bs? Excellent! But the second non tutorial mission (smash 5 gyrobombers) involves enemies that don't appear very often and it often doesn't count when I fit them. So feels like I'm not making any progress. Not cool in a paid game. If they fix that, score goes right up. Everything else is fun, I like the style and comic tone. EDIT: Comments from the Devs made me lift the rating. The fact they're two different units means my issue makes sense now. Once they're clearly different and grind is tweaked, looking at 5 stars

I love Skaven, and Clan Skryre, so this is right up my alley. Cute visuals, good art style and writing, a fun campaign...but the sound effects are a little lackluster, especially since every enemy makes the same sound when smashed. Overall I recommend it.

I really like this comical approach to the Warhammer IP. The game boils down to racing along in your Doomwheel at breakneck speeds, while running over enemies and picking up currency. It's good, clean fun, and the visuals and music are nice.

Skaven fans rejoice! This game has the rat people of Warhammer down to a "T". From the way they speak to the way they view other races. The cell shaded graphics are nice and work well to make the Skaven more palatable to casual gamers. The game itself is similar to an endless runner in that the levels will keep going and getting harder until you crash or break-down. But there are different levels to choose from, at the moment I can see Dwarves, Orcs, Norsicans and other Skaven (for some obvious "sneaky-back stab-stab!"). The game does have a currency (warpstone) to upgrade your doomwheel and make it more killy, and I'm glad to see there are no micro-transactions in the game! Thank you Katsu, for making a game that is lore correct and doesn't have a horrific F2p system. Well done.

It's a paid game without microtransactions, simple by solid gameplay, and based on my favorite unit in the tabletop to boot! Hope they add more Warlords and enemy types. Need to crush-kill many man-things!

Enjoy this game. I am a skaven fan so the theme I enjoy very much. The game is simple to play and enough things to aim for to keep me interested. Looking forward to see what the dev does next

Lots of fun, no thinking just reacting. Perfect for short play and challenging enough to keep you interested without getting stressful.

An excellent mediation on the side scrolling runner. Doomwheel sits proudly at the intersection of indie game panache and polished licensed material. Tight controls make me feel challenged, never cheated. I'm in Skaven-Heaven. 10/10, would run over clan rats again.

Trying to get this game to work - at the moment it seems to freeze on a sort of parchment rather than actually loading up. Anyone else had a similar issue? I just want to crush man-things with superior Skaven tech!

Crashes way too often and rarely saves your progress, leading in wasted time and effort way too often.
