Glitches from level 14 till 20 train gets stuck in middle of tracks for no reason. Son loves playing this games but is disappointed that he can't continue after level 14 since I purchased the whole version. Please fix!

It won't come on at all it comes on and stays at the presentation page and then it goes blank i hate I even bought this game my son is autistic and he is very upset that he can not play it
