Don't even download it out of curiosity, as it will only confuse and annoy you. There's two games going on at once on-screen, both tiny, tinny-sounding, and spastically jerky - a carnival-style coin bulldozer thing on the left, and a ridiculously sparse pinball table on the right - as they say here on the intarwebz, "what this is, I don't even".
