Regarding point exchange and refund
- 2048 Korean user
You can exchange your points for a coupon that you can use freely in convenience stores, just like cash.
Exchanges start from 6,600 points and above (This includes a 10% transaction fee for coupon exchange).
When exchanging for a coupon, a 10% transaction fee will be added.
- 2048 Overseas user
If you reside overseas, only cash refunds are available at the moment. We are currently in plans to provide gift cards that you can use in supermarkets.
Refunds start at 100,000 points (This includes a 25% cash refund transaction fee).
When getting a cash refund, a 25% transaction fee will be added.
-Things to keep in mind when exchanging for a coupon or getting a cash refund
Exchange and refunds are not applied immediately. We take up to 5 business days to investigate whether the points were obtained through exploits or other fraudulent means before we issue an exchange or refund.
Users who obtained points through exploits or other fraudulent activities will be reprimanded, including losing their entire point balance or getting an account ban.

The world rankings are cool, but during multi play I get failed to setup game message. Also, only half translated to English... -1 star no multiplayer, -1 star for half translation.
