Without a doubt, the best app out there. I prefer "Setback" which is four-point Pitch, and this is the best app to play it.

Was great. New phone and now it gives low to wrong team randomly.

As the title says I really want to like this game, but there are some nagging issues. First, the number of no ace no face card hands i receive is way too high. I would venture to guess it is 10 to 1 versus what the ai player gets. Second, the ai bidding is terrible when the point differential gets to large. They are bidding 5, 6, 7 on shit hands just to get the bid. And then lead out a queen as their only trump? Come on.

Set Back "Pitch" is one of my favorite card games. So it is difficult to rate this lower. But the A.I., more specifically my teammate is terrible, and the other opponents seem to table-talk each other which is illegal. One will bet 3 and lead with a five already knowing that his teammate has a winning high card. It's extremely frustrating to play against

I love playing this game in real life and was looking for a mobile game version. I found this app and decided to get/try it. I love how much you can customize the game rules for different styles of play. App works great on my nexus 5. The only improvements I can think this app would benefit from would be some card movement animations both dealing and round winning. Also the ability to have more than 4 players. Needs better AI, and rule option to replace all non-trump cards once trump is determined.

North partner is the worst player. Finally can't take it anymore and I am deleting the app. That had been the biggest complaint you get and you have not address the issue. Goodbye.

The a.i is stupid still a fun game

Could be a GREAT Game but...... The # of 10pt hands that the computer gets is extremely UNREALISTIC. It really takes a LOT of the fun away from game play!!

2/3's of my request from 2011 still stand. Options for -8 points for a failed shoot the moon and adjustable dealt hand size. I'd also ask if 6 player was possible. I normally play 4 point pitch. Regardless, thank you for having made an awesome (if not obscure) game, and if my requests never happen, I'll still be thrilled. Thanks.

Decent card game, could use a few improvements. Like delayed play between players, and also an option to see game being counted after every hand.

Does the maker of this game even play it? Getting real tired of my partner bidding 4 on an ace 3.

Great game (both the app and the game its emulating). Love my pitch on the go. Have had this installed since my pre-cupcake G1. Wish we could play against other humans tho.

It's a solid OK. But, how about putting in an UNDO function? I have fat fingers and hit the wrong thing all the time. Lots of other card games have an undo, and it's so handy.

It doesn't correctly attribute wins. I just won 53-52 and it counted it a loss. It also counts shooting the moon as a loss most of the time. Please fix! My partner also gets needlessly aggressive when we get behind: e.g. it will bid 7 over my 6 when we've already won the bid... and then go set on a crappy hand. It would also be nice if one could manually clear the cards instead of being forced to use a delay. I'm happy to re-rate after an update.

There's many different ways to play, so if you change the rules to what you're used to, it's perfect

I really like the design of the app as well as all of the options there are. I would greatly appreciate it if an option was made so as to see the cards won by each player, so as to keep track of all cards played.

Have been playing this app for 4 years now, still very fun. John has updated with features I have requested like cut throat which is awesome. I have found that pitch's AI is a little flawed but still very enjoyable. Only wish you could play 2 player cut throat.

Here in upstate NY we play high, low, jack, game. Min 2 bid to 11. ....I don't understand why the team who has low, when taken by a trick of the opponent, gets credit for having low. ....the team who takes low should get the point.

I had a feeling the game wasnt playing correctly and "cheating" times were computer players were getting points for tricks that I took. Last straw for me was in cut throat and I had dealt and got stuck with a 2 bid. I had the cards. 4 trump with ace High. Played the ace and the deuce dropped for me so on my planet earth that means you made your 2 , high and the deuce for low. At the end of the hand it says I got set and the player that gave me the deuce got the point?! All set. Junk.

There's some brute force logic in the AI, it seems, but just being able to play this game again is still loads of fun.

The only thing I do not like is that if me or my partner takes low it does not give us the point. Which in MA it does. So it really does not give accurate scoring. Hope this gets a fix. Also found that they dont count every 10 as 10 points only the suite 10. Would like to see who has taken what and i also do my own scoring.

Doesn't keep accurate counts of cards. Look for another game.

With 4 players being delt 6 cards the Jack and Deuce are almost always buried. 4 and Moon bids are almost never worth it.

The logic the computer players exhibit when playing non partner cut throat pitch is severely flawed. All players are too greedy for the game point and in being so, seldom set the bidder. If real human Pitch players were that bad, I'd be the world champ. Other than this flaw, its a good game to while away time when there's no internet connection.

I can't stand that some of the custom settings don't work with others. I want to be dealt 9 cards (pre-bidding), discard all non trump, be dealt more cards to equal 6 in everyone's hand, dealer picks from leftovers. Gentleman's round of "first trick, no trump." Bid to win. Only High (Ace), Low (2), Jack and Game. This is how we have always played, but I can't get it to go.

I love Pitch and this app is great! The plays are realistic and logical. The only thing I don't care for is that when my partner and I get behind, the partner makes outrageous bids on next to nothing. Other than that, it's great!

Unbelievable bids at times. Who bids & then leads the Jack ???? Computer usually wins, but ok

We played 10 point and call for your partner at home with friends and family . My Grandma Nellie taught me well. I love this game, no other version comes close. I want it on my Kindle Fire, PLEASE! Homergirl

Does not keep correct tab on the wins and losses. Everything is a loss. Paid money for this app so hoping it gets fixed. Worked fine before update. Keeps tabs, but partner makes dumb moves. Always outbids me and bids 7 or 8 on a tre only. Recieved the message but I have it on master. Partner still outbids me and the opponents curiously know what cards the other has. Why can't it just be a deck of cards and play?

Used to be a good game but I think the players have forgotten how to play this game. Takes points randomly and who consistently leads with low? Not anyone I've ever played with and for that reason, I'm uninstalling until its fixed.

Its fun. I love this game except for that the computer partner will always trump even if I would win the book. It results as a loss of game many times and this computer partner is the worst partner you'll ever have playing Pitch
