At first stage I stop the train at the stop sign..... But I respond nothing to complete the level or nothing else.......then the time run out and says level failed

I just paid for unlocking all trains and levels. They took my $15 and i still cannot access any trains and levels. It asks for Promo Code which they didnt send me alhough I paid. Don't waste your time or money on this rubish game!
