They REFUSE to restore game progress when you lose coins, gems, diamonds etc. There is always some excuse as to why they won't fix things. We even submitted screenshots which showed progress and they accused us of fabricating screenshots. Be aware that they operate like rhis and are not being held accountable. Read others negative experiences as well. It's not worth it as eventually you will lose and they will steal your money!

I used to love this game but the developers have raised the bet minimums out of sight. I guess they have become money hungry and have ruined the games. I am done

I love the game but don't like the fact that I don't have the same options as an apple has on my Samsung I think it's crazy that I pay real money and so does the guy next to me but he has much better features . Like turbo button and many more bonuses. Not happy

Had this game for several years - recently upgraded to a new tablet, it was the first game I installed. The bursting and cascading games are my faves. I'm not a high roller and I set limits so my coins give me hours of enjoyment with occasional frustrations to keep it interesting. I like the fact you can play offline, even when out in the woods even, and that graphics are really good without being too demanding on a tablet's resources. Recommended app.

I have been playing this game for quite a while now, probably over 2 years, and I have to say their customer service department is really the best. If I have an issue they always solve it and quickly. They make sure their customers are happy. Sure sometimes when you buy chips they disappear quickly but the games are fun and as I said the customer service people rock!

I let this update and now I cannot start any game. Every time I try, it comes to a page that says it will show all recent games. I had been traveling and hadn't played 5 days. The resolution had been off on the newer Samsung Galaxy Tab 10 from the beginning and it is now worse. I have 770,000,000 and now cannot play!!!
