هو عبارة عن برنامج ثقافي للمعلومات العامة، تم إنتاجه بواسطة (مجموعة mbc) في نوفمبر 2000 ، وقدمه جورج قرداحي علي قناة mbc، قبل أن انتقاله إلي قناة الحياة وتقديمه نفس البرنامج باسم (المليونير)، وأخرجه: سمر عقروق ووعماد عبود. وحققت نجاحاً مذهلاً في الوطن العربي من المحيط إلي الخليج، وكل الدول التي عرض فيها (120 دولة علي مستوي العالم)، حتي يمكن أعتباره أنجح برنامج مسابقات علي الإطلاق، طرأ علي البرنامج العديد من التغييرات من موسم لآخر، ولكن استمرت قواعده الأساسية كما هي تقريباً، ومن أسباب نجاح البرنامج (سنتطرق لها في الفقرات 4 و 7 و1 بالتفصيل): 1) ضخامة الجائزة المقدمة و2) براعة مقدم البرنامج 3) الإثارة والتشويق في كل سؤال الناتجة عن احتمال الخسارة أو الربح دائماً.
