Recoil Game

I absolutely love this app! It has crashed couple of times on my group but other than those issues its a lot of fun. I do wish Skyrocket would update for the other game modes soon. Also indoor skirmish was available at launch but isn't currently. Why is that?

Great game but needs some bug fixes because it crashes on me a lot. Also it would be cool to see some new guns come out like sniper rifle or shotgun, but overall very fun game.

The graphics are so good it's almost like real life. Only complaints are it drains the battery very fast and the crates kept falling out of the map.

I got tjis on whim because my friends and I were bored out of our minds and wantsd to play something new. Instantly fell in love with it.

An amazing experience, a new take on the old laser tag games that will only get better with updates! Has it's bugs, but an awesome concept and I can't wait for it to grow so much more.

awesome game , man o man I feel sore as s**t after 1 hr battle , though I have to say there's some delay between trigger pull and actual shot itself sometimes, quite annoying but once you're in the game you forget it and just enjoy it

Overall nice game, waiting on battery optimization and other game modes CTF, Domination, SnD etc.

Game is absolutely awesome, holds great potential. Only real issue i had was connection between the pistol and my G6. After every round almost i'd have to restart my app and reconnect everything to avoid about a second and a half of lag between weapon and device. Maybe its the batteries I used but i'm not sure. Either way great game and cant wait to see what it holds.

I had a small issue with connecting to the hotspot and a gun connecting. Learned to manually link the phone yo the hotspot and hold the trigger on the gun to get the bluetooth the link. Really looking forward to future updates! (Suggestion: Be able to keep track of k/d overall. Ability to create custom game modes)

Really fun game to play with friends once you get everything setup. But my in-game map is not responding at all it stays frozen. Respawn points are random, sometimes its 50 ft away from my previous respawn. Followed all the instructions but still having a bad experience with app being slow

Awesome game, had some bugs like others have said the mini map was off on showing where other players were, also the grenade would not work sometimes other times I would have a grenade but when thrown it would say I was killed by another players grenade even though there was only one grenade being used. I know it's new so bugs are going to happen but it was super fun better than other laser tag games by far!

Had so much fun! I can't wait for the rest of the features! Please keep going. Our crate kept dropping in my roommates room. We couldn't get to it, lol. My husband was defeated because I can shoot through the fish tank.

Pretty fun, however there were numerous bugs I ran into while playing. Firstly all sorts of things are messed up on a phone without. Magnemometer, the devs need to implement the ability to detect the change in position and guess the direction the playing is facing. Respawning is random at the moment, with it sometimes entirely failing to respawn when you're in the correct location, and other times respawning you from far away. Lastly, the map drifts, suggesting that the gps is having issues. If these issues are fixed though, I expect the game will work excellently.

So annoyed! I've had this for a few weeks and now the game won't launch, saying I need to update but there is no update! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Please fix! Absolutely love this otherwise, just want to be able to play again!

Annoyed. We managed to get a bunch of peoples' schedules in line to play and one person somehow upgraded the game hub to 1.0.27 and the rest of us cannot play any longer. Wasted a bunch of people's time. Google shows 1.0.17 as the only version of the game available for everyone else. Game is otherwise great...

We are loving it! We bought the starter set and two rifles from target and I was surprised how easy it was to set everything up. The kids have been playing it non stop...really happy with our purchase!

Great, but GPS and mapping needs work. Awesome version of laser tag. With updates Recoil will really shine. Being able to define the play area would be a real plus. Keep up the good work. BTW, still curious about the micro USB PORT on the Recoil Router.

this game is very fun. a few bugs still. also map should rotate around you. grenades take 10 seconds to blow. should be 5.

I just got the game I downloaded it and it goes and tells me that it won't open because I need an update but there is no update what do I do

I want to get this app so bad but it says I have to get an update but there is no update available for me to update please fix

App won't open. It keeps telling to update to latest version even after a fresh install

All in all it's a great game but two things that I wish were added. An option to do wield the Spitfire pistols, and fixing it to where when I try and type in my name/alias my keyboard actually shows up!

Fun still new. So lots of bugs. Wish they had a rechargeable battery pack. Waste alot of batteries. Secondary weapon would be nice to for a new update

Absolutely fun! My brother and I love this game. This was all we would talk about leading up to it's release. However there are some issues I thought should be addressed. The GPS functions can be a major pain. Trying to follow where the compass leads to get your hands on a new crate or ammo is near impossible. When I run out of ammo, I just kill myself which is faster than trying to locate an ammo box. Respawn points often jump around a lot and in closed spaces it leads to people searching for their respawns. This is aggravating when the spawn zone is too far away for you to reach or when the GPS goes wacky. The AR markers included with the starter set aren't used at all, nor does the app even have a function to scan them if they could be. I spent 2 hours laminating the AR markers hoping to get some use out of them, but as of now they remain unused. The new indoor version is a good edition but it doesnt fix some of the issues present from before. Respawning is on a timer, which makes respawning easier, but now you can no longer get power ups, like air strikes, land mines, heavy armor, armor piercing rounds, ammo. However, ammo isn't even needed since the game makes it so you have unlimited reloads. The catch is now you must wait almost 3 seconds each time you reload which kinda makes "tactical reloads" cumbersome. This is where the AR makers could come into play. Adding them would allow for the player to have access to power ups and standard reloads by placing the market around their house, like I did. I love this game, I really, really do. I just want this game to be more approachable to more people. I want to see more! I believe in the team behind this game

PROs the RECOIL APP works as expected. Its simple. This is an amazing game with huge potential for more AR features. CON: I can't wait until the communication feature is fully working.

I love the game but it still needs search and destroy i would love it if you guys put that in.

It was fun for the one time I got to play it. The second time, my friend connected his phone (same as mine, but from Sprint instead of Verizon). Apparently the Sprint phones have a newer app version than the Verizon phones, because his phone updated the base station firmware and now my phone can't connect to it because my app isn't as new. No documentation on how to reset the base station. So pay attention to what app version people have before you let them connect to your base station. Update: they have fixed the app version issue and I'm now able to get the correct version. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

I really like this game. With a few bugs fixes and upgrades this will definitely be an amazing game. The biggest issue is with the chat feature. It's so bad. My daughter could hear me fine but she sounded like she was on the moon. Crates drop in the same places on the map which allows certain players to sit and just collect them.
