So slow, infinitely slow and it takes years to complete. Or you can accelerate spending real money. A lot of real money... like your month salary. No joking. They aren't very developers and the software is full of bugs they ll never fix. Also a terrible community of players (haters, spammers, psychotic, perverts, ...)

New to the game. There is a bug that none seem to be concerned about. Does not allow you to rename your profile. Not even once. Game elevation on free to play takes ages and high 5 star cards are nearly impossible to obtain without spending money. Dont waste your time if you cant spend cash on this game. Support sucks....

I feel like tech support is unresponsive. My new device can't access my account. Which is STARS because you won't have the energy otherwise. The rune system is AGGRAVATING! Drag and drop to upgrade would be nice. And why do I need pen and paper to know which card I've already max upgraded three fn times?

Too many glitches, and igg doesn't take care of their customer base. This game is all about the money making. In Order to get anywhere you have to spend money. Do yourself a favor and find a different t game to play.

It was fun at first, but then you realize that IGG caters the game to those that spend literal thousands of dollars on the game. Don't ever expect to place in an event or have a chance of getting the best cards unless you are one of said people.

lol seeing low level players having lots of 5 star cards, indicate p2w, cos for ftp players, only chance to get 5 star cards is use coupon in altar draw, opening chest in maze, that's it. pls change gem altar draw limit to 4 to 5 star, why would i spend 150 gem for 3 star card, when i can get the same card with coupon?

The Game is awesome. To bad it's ran by a bunch of Crooks. Don't even waste your time. Now they are stating everything is a glitch, but yet they will still take your money and run..

I'll not write about its p2w, frustrating, moneysucking etc whatever. But its really annoying that in dungeon regime i have to wait 20 turns to auto battle! I have to force close game when i see there is no way to win and don't want to waste minutes of time to see it. Also in guild battle when you creating deck to fight and your opponent disappears you need to create deck again and this can last forever. So stupid. I'm playing this game for about a year almost everyday, paid maybe 12$ combined, 2000 in tournament, up to 4 on my server arena and on 15-2 dungeon. Never got revive or recycle 2 creature btw (year everyday guys).

Fun game however it's rigged. They overwhelm you with so much detail that it makes it easy for them to cut corners and leave you feeling short changed. I have also sent in reports about various problems and they werent receptive.

This game is ok.. my current level is 25.i dont have any 5 star creature card, i use 3 star only and my arena is rank 2k.. this game hard to get hero and high level card..

This game takes forever to play the tech support team does not even work with you. To get to end game it would take you many many years. If you don't spend money in this game you don't go anywhere what are the worst games in my opinion to be able to move forward in the game

Why this game rating still 4.7 even though 90% of the players here has trashed this game rating? Its been 3 years. I couldn't able to progress this game even by spending dollars. Transmutation is a joke. I req everyone not to spend resources on transmutation. And I'm not spending anymore money on this game. Because you won't get any strong card of your choice. Totally ruined my mood to play after spending so many gems and no 5* card in return and very less drops. The devs just grinding money with their greed. In short, You have to grow way old to acquire proper cards in ur deck for this so called f2p game. If you are not rich enough to spend LOADS of money then stop wasting time in this game.

Has potential to be a great game but after playing to the higher levels you realize it's designed to cheat players! There is a cheat code for this game, it's your credit card number...

Got to the desert in about a day and it became clear this game is not free to play. Basically they give you ways to pay in every way imaginable with 5 different currencies and seemingly infinite various mini gambling games in attempt to get you to pay exorbitant sums to progress. I don't know why this game has the reviews that it does, but I pity the fool who loses his ability to pay rent or his relationships due to being consumed by this game. I was there with clash of clans. The world of game addiction is more real than its ever been, and the questionable morality of game designers who will do anything to make a dime is frightening, enraging, and sad.

This game condones cheating and bullying. If your lower level you can and will be beaten up by much higher level players. They can beat you and take your stuff. When I complained about this they said it can happen because the rating goes by what your deck power is. Well the problem with that is if one or 2 cards have 4 to 5 thousand power and the hero has over 100 thousand health, your entire deck may have the same power (each card having only a couple hundred power) and your hero only having 10 thousand health. You will be demolished no matter what. It's the same as a high school kid beating up a first grader and taking his lunch money then the principal saying. " Well he only used one fist so it's ok".

I like the game BUT it constantly locks up.. freezes.. doesn't load.. it's terrible if it loses connection even for a second you have to force stop the whole game. Rediculous..

IGG doesn't give their players the rewards they earn. Instead they make excuses and refuse to give what is owed even with proof. They are greedy and cater to their top spenders. They will actually reward a top spender when they the company screw up and refuse to reward all other players for the exact same thing.

Never install this game. It real money sucker. If you super rich, dumbass, moron and brainless, the game is very suit you. Curse Deck Heroes. Really hope this game will never survive for longer time.

Stuck on the same level for the past 3 months n counting, was lvl 45, now 56 n can't beat lvl without certain cards

I got to the desert part 4-6 and i fought one character on all three levels didn't move on exit out it changed character for that level and was hard to beat on easy no matter what I try I've played this game before but never seen that oh well uninstalled

Although, it's seriously pay to win, it's still enjoyable for ftp, when you get lucky, to win good cards, but gap BTW ftp & ptw is very wide

Its a really good game, and would have gave it a 5 star rating if you could have trade cards and hero's with friends.

Definitely pay to play but still the best tcg game I've played. when you spend your gems there's no guarantee of getting what you want. Transmutation, card packs etc, minimal chance of success. Spend wisely....

My antivirus software found malware I have uninstalled the game and won't reinstall it until it is solved. So that means no more money from me until. It is fixed.

This game could be fun but instead looks at any chance to screw you over by favoring the AI and then you have nothing to do on the game. Avoid it at all costs!

Between losing my progress switching phones, and the broken cards, players, and quests gating progress from ftp to other players, I can't recommend this to TCG fans.

God's rush 2 shut down and one of four games offered as God's rush 2 compensation. I am not happy. I don't like any of these games offered.

I really love this game as it is addictive and keeps you coming back fir more but there is one problem, latley I reached 25 and I was gifted a 4 star predator but it disappeared so please igg could I have thid glitch fixed

The game is ok,not worth spending money on, it takes way too long for energy to build back up for the amount of stuff there is to do

This is going to be a bit long, so please bear with me with this. I've been playing for several months now, and I've noticed that the developers DON'T give 2 sheets about their players--period!! My husband, and myself, had written them SEVERAL times in regards to THEIR Lucky Spin "skipping." This is what has happened to me a total of FOUR TIMES; now, you've got to spend 100 gems for each spin, and the spinner goes around a square that's adorned by smaller squares, each square is a different color, and each square has a different item that you can win. The last FOUR TIMES that I had played this, it had landed on a particular square that had a 5* creature called "Lava Wyrm (it had also landed on different items, like Rebirth Rune, and gems), it had stayed on the Lava Wyrm for 2 whole seconds then skipped to a 2* creature and when I had brought it to their attention, I was called, in a roundabout way, a liar. Now, my husband was right there watching what I was doing and had seen the very same exact thing that I had seen. They wrote an email to me stating that with the next update that ALL players will have a fair chance of receiving 5* creatures/heroes; the next update came and went, and nothing was fixed. In fact, they had this so called "sale" with their Booster packs---if you consider having to spend approximately $500 - $900 in order to POSSIBLY get a 5* creature (how's THAT a sale?). As I mentioned earlier, I've been playing for several months now, and I've purchased, with gems--EVERY SINGLE THING YOU NEED TO SPEND GEMS, from their Altar, to get a 5* creature, BUT all I've been getting are 2&3* creatures and ONCE a 4* creature (ONCE IN SEVERAL MONTHS!!!), but NEVER a 5* creature. Today, 4/15, I, along with my husband watching what I was doing again, decided to purchase from their Altar TWICE, only to get a bunch of 3* creatures, creatures that I already HAVE in my "stock" 4-5 of them. After I finished and being EXTREMELY disappointed, I was on the home page, and a banner came across the screen---THREE PLAYERS IN A ROW RECEIVED 5* CREATURES!!!! I had just WASTED 1,350 gems on it!!! However, I THOUGHT that MAYBE I'd have better luck with the Lucky Spin; I THOUGHT wrong!!! I had spent an ADDITIONAL 700 gems, and my husband and myself noticed that the "spinner" had LITERALLY SKIPPED the upper right hand corner, which was orange---it does this not only to me but others as well, but I'm the ONLY one vocal about it, and AGAIN landed on a damn 2* creature!!!! My husband, at this very moment, is arguing with Selene, their support, about everything that I'm writing now, and she's denying, denying, denying. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS GAME!!!! RUN DON'T WALK, RUN AWAY!!!! THEY'RE A BUNCH A GREEDY A33E3, AND THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU, NOR WILL THEY RELINQUISH WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DID WIN. Why, you ask?? IT'LL COST THEM MONEY, THAT'S WHY!!! They've got a Facebook page, and they DON'T reply back to ANY player who has a complaint and IF they do, it's nothing more than a cookie cutter response. DO NOT BELIEVE MOST OF THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS....

Pay to play card rotation suck rune shards never get computer allways win

Good game if u play it for a while and understand the game. (Hint: f2p's don't spent gems at all learn about Alice bond if u like the game and want to continue having fun as a f2p). Seriously igg unlike castle clash this game has a lot of bugs. It's like u guys have no interest in fixing them. The game is good but seriously need lot of fixes there is no info on a lot of stuff. One has no place to see all hero's ability info at all levels. If I want to join a guild the only info I can get is the guild name and number if members (that's not enough) and if I join a guild and then leave because no one is active I have to wait for another 5 freaking days to join a new guild(why 5 days offs). Even if a f2p player rly spends time on the game it's not worth it because the chances if getting stuff is stupidly low and time consuming for f2ps. The mines r good for f2p because they give serious f2p players a chance to get 5 star heroes(it took me 4 months of playing every day and using free gems for mines too). This game could become a bit more f2p friendly it would invite more players to play the game. And finally the chat system is soooooooooooo.... bad I can't say any thing good about it system messages and player messages in one place that's annoying as hell... If this game has to improve try reading and responding to player comments it will really help u guys and us... :)
