My oponent above me only rank 1-10 and im about rank 30000+ so I cant attack anyone. Please fix this

Ok so I lost everything and decided to restart now that I have the game is not giving me full power my PL IS SUPPOSE TO BE 55304 but instead the game display actually says 49978

Had some issues at first, went to live chat and reported my lost characters and the problem was solved in a couple of days, that's pretty good considering the amount of people that play the game......just be patient and they'll fix the problem! Best game on here....when there's no bugs....which they're often will be since they're always changing something before it's working at it's best so 3 stars until they get it totally correct.

Faerin run bugged and left me standing there after I killed boss 3 times with no reward which is annoying cos it costs ticket to enter - I deleted this rubbish game

I have the same character name at level 1 just because i havent played in a while. I had no internet you didnt need to erase her stats. You basically have stolen from me. I paid hard earned money on gems for this stupid game. Deleting my stuff is a slap in the face

Crashes, socket screen glitches out, and a few things that need fixing. Also did the escorts carts get weaken they get destroyed so fast. Please fix these problems. What's up with arena zenith I was ranked at 200something but now I'm at 9000

Could u please do something about it? It's soooo laggy..please make options to make it lighter..such low res graphic, or no skill graphic effect..it's so frustrating..can not entering arena (because no other players name appeared), the wagon on escort mission became extremely weak, and it crashes A LOT! At first this game was awesome..now it's sucks..

Loved this game but since last update my devices can't play it I've tried cleaning cache reinstalling etc and it still fails there's many things wrong I keep getting kicked out of daily things cuz it fails to load ....very aggravating and hate the last update

Went load on my phone now. It just says "request denied". I've spent a good amount of money on this game and now you won't let me play it? Ok, so I had to get Odin for about 77 days, and after the new update, it sucked out and I had to get 56 more days to wait for Odin, and then I started working on Apollo, and I had to waste 75 stamina to get 10 Mythril Hero shards, it had a SUPER-LOW chance to get Mythril Hero shards. Be sure you have a record of your character name and iggid. When they update, igg is notorious for losing characters and without that info they won't help you.

Really glad to have added more servers to our 1-5 .. but more importantly we need the game to be playable .. which it currently is not . Thank you for trying though. qcifer server 1-5

Was great until update... Now it crashes all the time hard to login.. Have to try 2-3 times to get ut to load and its wayy slower

After i saw the new server 1 to 24. I lost my character wen i get there.. dwmmmit. Thats vip3 men.. i lost it..

Used to be fun! but after the freaking update the surroundings just turns black and I can just see is my character. I ask for help but it keeps coming back. The problem only occurs after the update. I already spent money for it and willing to spend again but this freaking update give me a doubt. Please fix

but can u make some changes? For me bugs happened for some trials I had 3 stars and the time taken is 54 but I still got 2 as normally 3 stars changes to 2 after 120 secs... pls fix that

This sucks arena zeneth sucks i was fighting and i killed the dude but nothing happened he was still attacking after death and i closed the app and i opened again and i lost a chance to fight fix bug or i wont play anymore it means if i dont play you will have to refund me back what i paid on this game

Da hack with this game?! I'm quit.. I have 28 byakko faen shards and 756 diamonds.. then it's supposed to have 1 byakko right now! Then the refresh card doesnt work at bazaar :|

Newest update killed my drive to play. they took out grade 7 faen from the baazar, so no need to buy crystals now, and and lots of bugs with gameplay too, like zenith arena

Great graphics, fast game play. But I would like to say that the bugs,crashes, glitches and players that are using cheats/MODS are ruinning the game and I have lost interest in the game. My friends and I stopped spending money in this game and started to play less and less.

I like it the best anime styled game I ever played but can you add a new class, can you add an archer or riders please.

A good game, but unfortunately because of time differences not really designed for European players. Unless you are prepared to take part in an event at 3am. I have contacted IGG about this but to be honest I do not feel they give a crap. And now with no online support to talk to it is worse. They bring out a game make money then move on. Like they did on GodsWar online.

Latest games update is rubbish, takes ages to load and then crashes when you start to play.You have still not sorted it out. WHY ?

After the update and server merge it keep getting hard to login into the games. After the merge my char from old server got deleted. Most of in-game event only benefit the cash player.

I cant connect to the game..it always say REQUEST FAIL...HELP ME.

I am level 67 and trying to go on city defense but will glitch out when trying so have to wait for someone else to do the trial and go with them. I have tried over 20 times and no luck or rewards. Also I am now 80000 in arena zenith and was 640 and loading bar glitches so cannot play on arena zenith either :(
