Twin Cobra Free for Android
Once you have died with enemies on the screen, second and third lives fly onto the screen straight into enemy fire before you even take control, hence only two stars.
Interesting port. While not perfect, if you're looking to play Twin Cobra on the go and that you don't know how to use emulators, this is the way to go. A nice port of the Toaplan classic.
The only arcade game I was able to "flip." I doubt I will be able to get nearly as far on my phone with the touchscreen controls. The graphics look spot on and bring back fond memories.
This was my top game back in the old days of arcades. I was able to get over a million points on one 20 pence. Back then that was quite a feat (only saw one guy in Italy beat my all time top score). However like another reviewer mentioned the controls make helicopter movement very fast and agile which makes this a lot easier than the original coin op. That said it the graphics and sound are just how I remember them 25 years ago! Back then we thought spectrum 48k and commodore 64k had good graphics so being able to play the arcade game on a phone for free is amazing really. If you are new to it. This is a great old skool shoot me up. Now if I could only find Truxion and Gorph.....
You lack good control as you fly, shoots really slow unlike most players who play this game and your finger blocks the view of the helicopter!
Only thing missing is second player co-op
The only thing the developers did was destroy a classic game. Controls are inacurate, the graphics suck and it generally is a terrible game.
I played this stand up arcade style back in the day! Fantastic gameplay and awesome soundtrack!
Nice! Ahh memories but my contacts? Rings Antivirus bells ????????????
U hve to pay to play this game
Loved it just like the good old day it's antiquity is the joy of it... good job
No controller support.
Best Game ever,I spend lots of $$$ on this game
I like it
Back in the day. Awesome
Ropey.
Fun to play.
Why cant we xbox or playstation version....format of da game stay the same......graphics update.....nd a bit more stages with increase power to helicopter ability.....imagine blu ray or hd version.....tht wld be damn cool
The touch controls give your helicopter too much maneuverability. The arcade game's challenge of having to account for the helicopter's speed is replaced by putting your finger where bullets aren't.Bonus lives at 50,000 and 150,000 pts have been removed (to sell more coins for continues). Many other issues exist such as no invincibility period after respawn, and a looping mp3 soundtrack. The HD, but true-to-the arcade graphics look fabulous, but unfortunately that's all good that can be said about this game

No save....must buy coins to continue...sometimes the bomb button dosent work on level two....ZERO replay fun, without buying
Way to much going on ,to have to pay to continue,
continue button does not work
Where is the free life after 50000 etc bar that great old game that I used to play
Its a good game it sucks that it does not save your progres
The controls are faulty. How is it realistic to move your plane from the one side of the screen to the other in a millisecond? The touch controls literally make this game an uninspiring "experience"
Reminds me of raptor call of the shadows
Svjgf
Arcade
Awesome
I love it
awesome
Super game
Lots of time spent on this game!!
Do not buy coins if you intend to continue more than once because you can't. Don't bother, this game is a rip off!
Great game but give 1 star for having to buy coins really a waste of time and money if you eliminate the buy coins I will reinstall and give 5 stars
This is a great classic helicopter game. I remember when I had to place quarters everytime to keep continuing the last chapter. It's been a real challenge. It's not too easy to beat this classic game.

it's an okay port from the arcade. I don't really write game reviews. but this was a high favorite of mine when I was a teenie bopper. the sound and music were good ports..the only thing I am not satisfied with is the rate of auto-fire..it's too slow. Hitting the fire button in the arcade shoots faster. If I recall the rate of fire from the arcade..you can burst fire about a volley of 8..before you see a visible pause between volley.
