Crosswords Puzzles Free Daily

Enjoy the game. My only complaint is that after the latest bug fix the selection box goes to a filled space instead of staying in a blank or wrong letter box. I have made multiple mistakes due to this jumping and it makes game play more tedious.

Really good replacement to the now defunct Splashpad Mobile crossword app! My only complaint is that the 'skip filled boxes' function doesn't ignore the last letter of the word so it always lets you type over the last letter. Super annoying! Will update my review to 5 stars when/if fixed!

Please add option to stay on the last letter completed and not jump anywhere. Don't want it to jump to the end of the word or any other clue. Stop blinking ads. I have to stop & wait till it's over. Wall Street Journal download for 2 days and now won't download at all again.

Ads while trying to type an answer? 5 + ads at a time? No thanks.

This app is great except that you cannot mute the volume in SETTINGS, (users used to be able to do this). I like to work on puzzles after everyone has gone to bed and I have a little bit of time to myself. Unfortunately, many of the ads wake my sleeping husband. I don't want to have to turn my volume up & down every time I want to solve a puzzle. I miss having the ability to turn off the volume in my SETTINGS so that I don't have to deal with it. I still saw the ads & clicked on the ads I was interested in.

It's ok. Would like to have the clues like the puzzle from splash pad that is no longer working, sigh. Makes it difficult at times to answer and whatnot. Wish the other one I mentioned would come back with puzzles.

I really like this app because it has my favorite crossword puzzles (Joseph's) but it is SO frustrating! The screen freezes about every 3rd word I enter, and then I just have to tap a new answer box until it finally comes back to life. Does anybody have a fix for this? This is the only app that I have this problem with.

My puzzles are not updating I can't get any new puzzles at all. I have the ones I like turned on to update when I open the file and nothing for 2 days. Fix this issue and I would give it 5 stars!

Infuriatingly poor design, unresponsive controls, intrusive adverts. It's just the worst.

I was using splash pads crossword and this is the best crossword app I've found since that went defunct. My one complaint is that sometimes the screen doesn't respond but it's still the best crossword I've found.

Get new puzzles free everyday... A selection from easy to challenging... Can download from any date & get daily's... Enjoy, much better than only getting so many free from each app

What happened to the clues at the top of the puzzles. Uninstalled until it comes back

So close a copy that it has the same bugs, specifically it is unresponsive to taps to change the active square. Tried this because Splashpad Mobile seems to have disappeared.

I only use this because the best crossword app is no longer supported. This app shows you an ad every single time you switch orientation. Every. Single. Time. The ad at the bottom is intrusive and the area visible for the actual crossword is limited (though in landscape orientation the puzzle is simply not visible! At all!). This is a bad app, but it has access to good crosswords and is usable if you lock it into portrait orient.

Getting to the clues is not easy, can't exit the puzzle and puzzles freeze up.

Loud video ads all the time. I would pay to remove, won't use this app otherwise

Easy to use. Lots of free puzzles. It's not as good as the now defunct Splashpad Mobile Crossword puzzle app, but it's a good substitute.

I just want traditional crosswords. Not all this drama I've been downloading.

Game is constantly interupted with clinton ads.

Puzzles I've chosen are OK except the weekly People puzzle has been the same one for 3 weeks in a row. Unselected.

But it's buggy this week. Can't click on a number of boxes now. Fix it and I'll give it 5 stars.

Love my crossword but it seems the clues are off on the joseph cw it completely messes up the puzzle

Best android crossword puzzle game!

I downloaded the recent crosswords and none of the hints came up. Not sure how I'm supposed to fill them in otherwise.

The puzzles might have been fun, who knows? I spent most of my time jabbing at the screen and cursing, trying to get the cursor to the box I wanted. Answering 1 across sends you to 17 down not to 1 down or to the next across question to the right. Worse, answering 17 across sends you to 40 down. What the meaningless intensive? Touching the screen where you want the cursor to be is ineffective.

Hands down the best crossword app around!
