Not much to this game. You start as a turd floating through the last stage of digestion, this lasts about 10-15 seconds. You win the round. Next catch poop in a cup like some kind of reverse asteroids mini game. Didn't catch one, you say? I don't think it matters as it seems to be of no consequence as to whether you catch it or not.
