They can't even bother to get the game to start for anyone. This game used to be fun. Shame the devs just don't give a shot about it anymore.

There was a problem parsing the package. These are the messages I get, and have not been able to play once.

Cant get passed opening page, just stays on gamefuse/ fire elemental screen.

When launched its stuck at loading screen

Since the new update I have lost my friends list, but when I try and add more friends it says that I have too many friends. Please fix this

I played this game on my pc but when I open this game in my phone It says pls update when I just download it. Then to update but there's wasn't any update.... PLS FIX THIS!!!!

I do not recommend this game for parents who want to let their children play an online game. Blatant racism, constant player abuse and cyber bullying is a frequent problem on the game and even when reported with screen shots, the support team will just respond saying "Oh they're just kidding", or some other ridiculous response.

I enjoyed this game, so much so I even spent some money on it, but they have yet to fix any of the issues that have persisted for over a year and it no longer works at all. Customer support is terrible and in barely comprehensible engrish.

Insert any complaint about any aspect of the game or any glitch here. Response "Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we're too busy building furniture out of hundred dollar bills to do anything about it ever." Could have been an awesome game if the developers looked long term instead of just trying to make a quick dollar by making a new server every week.

This used to be a fun game but I havent been able to play for over half a year. When I log on im told to update the software but I get an error that says "there is a problem parsing the package"

This need more upgrade and always the 'parsing package error' which failed to update and open.

DO NOT SPEND REAL MONEY ON THIS GAME. It's a fun game but ...... the rewards for in game things are rather rare. When your buying vp levels the rewards are little and when they say getting high lvl cards are normal but you almost never get anything good for all your gold cheap big time game is geared to rip you off as much as they can from real money.

I used to play this game on computer a lot and was excited to see on mobile but it just isn't as good as pc version - the intro guide is not as good, there are no online bonuses to claim (but there is an activity for it), there are many missing packs and cards (race etc), boss fights are not 4 v boss anymore etc. Still a good game but could have been a lot better if had all features of pc version

Game was fun when I started, even bought a bit of gold after deciding I liked the game. Couldn't be more disappointed in the development team and their lack of support or concern for players, been well past six months and bordering on a year of bugs, no update or solutions. If you get this game, DON'T SPEND A THING ON IT

Very poor game support. Game is OK but unless you are spending a LOT it's probably not a good idea to spend more than $5. Massive cash players dominate the top of the rankings so don't expect to enjoy the game after a month if you are a free player and expect to compete evenly. Stopped working for a few days now after they said they updated the game.

It's actually a fun game before u get any stronger when you got on this game later u get bored at it...the reason are plenty of em...is always the same person on top's there is where the reason lies...u will never beat those big whale(hardcore spender) when u are just free player another thing was since the in -game purchase ridiculously high price i wondering how much can we afford to pay and follow up the latest stuff..certain cards u cant obtain for free player unless u are spender

This game has the worst customer support ever they have been ignoring me for 3 weeks. This game will steal your money. If u end up having problems with the game they won't care. They won't help. They Will just take your money and THAT'S IT. It's a joke this game should get 0 stars and removed from the Google play
