Hugoban - Go, Weiqi, Igo for Android
Really nice idea , but poor realisation .Didn't ask for a refund only because I would like to support the developers of weiqi apps.
liked the ability to load my own L&D collection. The pro game interface can be significantly improved. Many L&D problems have wrong answers.
Not bad. Game interface could be improved. On autoplay, the screen timeout needs to be disabled.
Like the pro games with hotness, not a fan of l&d set up as can't place stones on any point to test
The app I have been looking for! Works great, input very usable. You should get in contact with Kuala go for IGS support. Would pay $10+ with IGS
Works pretty well. I really wish it had an IGS client though.
Great GO program and excellent support!! Would be nice if igs could be added in future version
Would love to see IGS/KGS server support.
Love the app. I like to use it to record games. Only 3 stars because it does not fill the entire screen on larger phones or tablets.
Good study tool, i want game support.
Nice life and death collections.
No AI. Pro games list hard to navigate to games (too long).
Enjoy the hot cold testing for pro games, however it needs the ability to change skins
I waited a long time for go but this is overpriced for what it is: no a.i. vs & no igs connection. £0.99 would be reasonable
Doesn't come close to SmartGo.
Life and death are crap, and last updated 2009. Sole reason to get this is for the pro games. £4 for this is lunacy
So much potential for this app. It looks great, however there are several problems. My saved games only show the first ten moves. I've tried contacting the developer several times with no response. Uninstalled.

I have tried all the Go apps at this point. I avoided this one for a long time, because it was so expensive, and hadn't been updated in years. I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised now that I finally tried it. It is great for recording games. The stone hovers above where your finger is, so you can see where you are placing it. If it isn't the right place, you can drag to move it right after you place it. Unlike other programs, you don't have to zoom back and forth to make your move. I would give this a 5 if the graphics were nicer, but at least it has a clear display, even if it lacks wood grain and stone textures. If anyone ever reads this, and ever updates the program, a nice feature would be the ability to move a mis-recorded stone, and then jump to the end of the record with all subsequent moves in the correct place.
