would make the sound, but wouldn't trace a lot of the letters. the little "e" just look like a blob of white in the end. Not bad if they're just playing around, but not good if you're trying to actually teach.

My son was very entertained with this activity game. Since its the 'lite' version this is why all the letters aren't demonstrated. You have to purchase the full version for all the letters. Good for temp entertainment.
