My son loves playing the games over and over, but I'm disappointed because it will not let me purchase all the books. 2017 Recently had to reset tablet now it wants me to buy all the books again. Very disappointing.

The free edition did take a little while to load but it finally made it. The app info only says it's for tablets, so maybe that's why. All the puzzles I tried so far have worked perfectly, though. Using on a tablet definitely makes sense, since details of the pictures are hard to see on a smaller screen.

Still unable to purchase Amusement Parks and Music and Dance. Contacted customer service a couple of months ago....they were going to investigate. It still won't let me purchase...keep getting an error message. Very disappointing for my 3 year old granddaughter ????

This app requires finding the free game within the app which is too hard for a 2 year old. This app is pretty much not free. You are shown lots of options to pay for games.

If you are expecting people to pay for in app purchases, you need to update your app to run on modern tech. Even the ONE free will not load. Goes to 28% and NO MORE even after 30mins. Totally rediculious. Talk to tech people and update. Maybe you'll make some money.

I purchased both the Winter and Spring All About Apps and cannot download either of them. Followed all of the customer services suggestions to no avail. Highlight told me they could not help me any further and to contact CHAD. Has anyone had success downloading the purchased apps onto a Samung tablet w/4g?
