ACCOUNT IS LOCKED! Why? I didn't do anything you just locked my account without any reasons? This is so unfair! I invest a lot on this game a legit one. I always top up using Smart or Globe Load. And I also sent an email to your customer service but no response. Just because of your error I need to suffer like this? What about the inconvenice to my part? I'm a President of the guild. I didn't do my task because of your fault. This is very disappointing! Poor customer service. You're just concern with our money not as your customer. If there's a 0 Star you deserved it!

Seldom submit reviews :) Recent update shows that they are looking to improve the game further which is very good news to all players. Developers are really responsive unlike the other games. They take feedbacks from players very seriously. Just had a small conversation on facebook due to the new guild war system. They are thoroughly investigating the issue. What the community can only hope, is that the developers stay on the right track because they definitely are on it at the moment. Minor bugs here and there, but it should be fixed after our reports with such a responsible team. Small amounts of cash are required to advance. However, not mandatory if you are looking to make friends with an active community. Which game don't require cash to advance now? Looking towards to more updates in the near future Bomb Man team!

No way to measure / repeat angle & power of attack. Payment method sucks, says bad connection but currently playing online, is that a joke?

Why my bombman IP banned? When I connect to WiFi always "failed to connect " please try later.. When I connect data I'm on in game whats happening.

this game is great but BS unbalanced... arena is super depressing,, enemies take turns 2-4 times b4 i can counter attack matching system sucks,,

Bad description for guild card(didn't say it stacks with monthly card) and blame it on me that it doesn't say that it stacks either. Blatant lack of info and they turn around to fault the people who gives them income.

I love this game but please make 1vs1 2vs2 and 3vs3 with same level,its unfair when i got to fought higher level than me and another thing please put your server time in game,thanks...

experience after 1 year playing this game: this game is total p2w now.u must use money to go further.latest update showed dev being greediest ever.the UI change just to cover up their greediness.they reduce diamond reward in any way player can collect diamond.what a stupid game.without monthcard or perm. card, it almost impossible for u to collect daily diamond to reach at least 10k for good event reward.thats all, im leaving.stupid develepor, i warned u last time.this game going down.dont ever play this game, unless u want use money 1000 dollars for 1 night just to get mount or else..

After an update i cant run the game anymore it always say disconnected from network despite very good internet connection. Reply: There's is nothing wrong with my internet environment. i have 100mbps download and upload speed. Nevermind. I uninstalled this game anyway.
