Goddess: Primal Chaos - SEA

I have a problem. It's that my character's experience is added automatically every new day. I don't like it when I have a lot of exp cause I'm trying to stop leveling up. Please help fix the problem.

Because its a fun game. You dint need to buy anything in the game not lake other. You can enjoy it freely. There is only one disadvantage i get to problem all the time. It kind a like laggy at some point. But i still give 5 because its not like its the server's fault. Maby because of distance from the server or my internet connection. YOU CANNOT BLAME THE SERVER JUST BECAUSE OF THAT RIGHT?

I purchase items to this game. My character is lvl 77 already . Until this system error happen. I couldn't log in this time so what I did is re install the app. I used the same google account. It starting creating a new character where's my warrior? Im so frustrated right now. Jeez

This games is rigged... the game play is nice ... but the GM team sux.... when u recharge they just dont give u the gem... when u ask them they ask u alot of question on where u reload how ... and then totally ignore u for months ... when u ask again .. some other gm will ask u same question and repeat the ignore for another month~~ totally bullshit~~

After the update, I havent been able to play it without disconnecting and it always says that I have an unstable network connection even if my Internet connection is strong..im an alliance leader and an active player before but now I lost all interest on this game and im now uninstalling it.. Worst server connection by a game..so sad, I enjoy it but now its goodbye

What's wrong with you developers only checking list of adventures we can't get into the game.. Its not our connection problem its your game... Merge again even don't know to cause lagg and problems

After the recent update, I could play it for a day. Ever since then it doesnt allow me to connect to the server and prompts a network error. Not very happy.

Game is great, a fun way to pass your time. Laggy but that's a given. One suggestion though, I hoped your energy replenishes when you level up like most RPGs. I want to play more.of the game but the energy restore takes a long time

The game is good. I like that it has auto function. The only problem was it keep crashing. Like every after mission. Most of the time i am in the middle ofthe mission then ot crash. I hope the developers can fix that.

Always lagging,... Some of my friends in the game have issues about being disconnected and when they try to reconnect they can't get inside the game again, please do fix this issue Management, a lot of people are already complaining. Don't turn a blind eye to this... But since the game works fine for me, I may get disconnected from time to time but it's worth to have my rating as 5 stars

I've been playing for over 3 months now and I love the game however I charged gems on the wrong account so I refunded and out it on the right account but it seems I'm no longer getting my gems put onto my account.. I tried to contact support but no one has answered me

After the recent weekly update, Dec. 15, I was not able to enter the game. I tried reinstalling it but it was of no use. Just the same "Network Problem Encountered." appears on the screen. I lost my patience. Network is not my issue here. It's the game.

pls fix the retrieve items ! I have two accounts and all my retrieve items from my official account is at my dummy account . I'm not using my dummy at boss lair or any events coz its weak .. . it happened after the update . pls fix it ..

I learnt my lesson. I actually spent a few thousands dollars on this game but when I didn't receive my items, I contacted their customer support many times through every method available, be it facebook, email or in-game help. I was mostly ignored but when I did received a reply, it was the standard generic reply. No action was taken to solve my problem. The G.M. then closed my case. I spent so much on this game yet this is how I am treated. Recharge at your own risk. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Fix the game pls, suddenly disconnects while playing, and its not just one occurrence, its happens over and over, and its been 5days now. Its really annoying and frustrating. Everyone is noy enjoying this game anymore. So pls fix it and ill rate 5stars!

So I have sent in a ticket and have not heard anything back. When the get a godly weapon not only do you have to buy a new one every single time you want to upgrade it... but now you bring out a godly weapon awakening stat bonus yes on the outside it looks amazing.. I finally found one that really helped my character.. and it brought my character up a great deal of power and pdef and then at reset that just passed I lost over 4k power. Originally I thought it was because a bug

My account is lost. Its so frustrating. It was linked with my facebook account but when I tried to log in earlier its asking me to pick a new character.

On 1/1/2017 when I had installed the game, I'm just casually checking out the vip benefits and privilege you'll be able to get or how many diamonds I need to spent in order to reach certain VIP level. I'm sure that I didn't made the purchase because I didn't even enter my pin to proceed with any of the purchase and yet it stated on my purchase history and my bank account transaction that I had made the purchase. Now the purchase had been made due to the deducted amount, I didn't receive the diamond too.

Complaints from various players have been frequent as of date. These were complaints about players who were cheating. I may have not yet experienced playing against the cheaters, but a modded version of the app (and is PAID unlike the original. shame.) was confirmed, providing access to advantages which proved unfair for other players. Devs, please address this. primal Chaos is a great game, and the presence of the mod has my concern for the gameplay and for the game itself. Lots of love from an SEA player.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP, IT WILL JUST EAT ALL YOUR MONEY AND ETC BESIDES FROM THE BUG AND OTHER PROBLEM. THE MOST HATED GAME EVER!!! S6 player name ™°HitLer and Permesta™ they able to check others player's account info, they can check all char, dummy under player's ID. And they also admitted that they can set to get dg token! This is unfair to others players!! I have send email to GM complaint, and since you ignore my email, I'm going complaint to Google Play cause you against privacy policy!

If you pay and never receive your purchase you got no one to blame but yourself. G m in the helpdesk are hired to pretend ignorance only. Takes 4 to 5 days to fake reply then close your case in 5 hours. Better put a sign saying no customer service available.

it was after the update. everytime i play it always says detect timeout and my network is unstable. Eventhough my internet is strong (yes, I tested it and i have no problwms to my other games that uses internet.). Only this game says that my network is unstable. And because of this, I really don't wanna play it anymore. please fix it

Please fix this issue.. i was able to log in yesterday with the same server and all of a sudden my character is no longer there. It's asking me to create another one. I am at lvl 100 and vip1 please fix this and i will rate you 5

This game is highly addictive,although the leveling part is kinda hard to achieve. But, that's okay. It's MMORPG, it's normal and I love it. RPG is my genre. And also, I hope that you will add more avatars/class in the next update so we can enjoy this game more. And fix some minor bugs as well.

Recharged 3k gems(+3k gems bonus via mol) but to gems received. No email receipt also. However my bank account was charged. Shame on the devs! Already reported and it's been 2 weeks I think. Still unsolved issue. Never gonna download a game from this lame company.

Very poor customer support. They will make you wait for weeks if you report gems not receive and after a week or more they will reply with nonsense.. Did not even resolve the issue. Dont say to refer or check to customer support or technical support. Because that is nonesense.

This game has the worst ever server connection! You will keep having the 'detect timeout' issue and the game developer is doing nothing about this! And the worst part is the GM is ignoring all the queries and none of the problem solved! If you plan to enjoy playing this game without any connection error, think twice before downloading it!!

This game is very great n fun. But, the management ability to solve problems n issues is too weak n too slow. Lots of players feedback in fb regrading lagness n delay, but the blames is always been pushes to the players. New promotion keep releasing, but lagness n delay didnt solve. Rate it from 5 star to 1 star !

After server merge, huh.time to see another dead game.itchy hand huh.how can you merge two crowded server together? Even if i can join the server,i cnt even enjoy it for minute like used to since it disconnect me every minute. Fix it,we want the old unmerged server back.

I've been playing the game for 2 months and so far I like the gameplay. But starting around 3 weeks ago, the game has been suffering a major lag for all servers. Whenever my character is in the city, dungeon, wilds, or empire strike, there will be blue circle that on the middle of screen and keeps loading. Sometimes, the game will freeze in the middle of clearing boss lair and participating alliance war. It sucks and many people are complaining about it in world chat. Please fix the lag ASAP. Thanks.

Been playing for 2mths level up to 128 but after recent updates kind of having serious lagg n app crashing. Game play n graphics amazing but lags like hell n crashes. Recommendation dont waste time on this game. Move on

What the hell are you doing? Still lagging! Lagging! Lagging! You cant even finish a dungeon nor bosslair its stuck always! The issue is almost 2days and you guys not doing anything to fix it! 1 star or 0 star is much better to rate it! Uninstalled!

I cannot log in my old account. I created a new one in other server but after playing few minutes I cannot log in again. Also noticed few days ago the game became so laggy. Please help me to restore my old account to be playable again.

I loove this game, and I had no issues with playing but now everytime I go to login in, It comes up with "registering server" for a while then tells me my Internet connection is unstable and to try again, but it had been doing that for a whole day now. Is there anyway for this to be fixed? I reaaally enjoy playing this game! Its so much fun!
