Rising Empires is an epic 4X turn-based strategy game in a fantasy setting, where four races compete for control of all the land on the Surface and in the Netherworld. Many reviewers compare the game with classic strategy games like Civilization and Total War.

The world of Rising Empires consists of two levels; the Surface and the Netherworld. While the Surface is the ancestral home to the long-lived Elves and the Humans, the dark caves below is the home of strange creatures like the unliving Ende and the brutal Greenskins. Long tunnels connect the Surface with the Netherworld. Two more races, the insectoid Krant and the versatile Dwarves are only playable in Rising Empires Premium.
Rising Empires features a rich and large technology tree and loads of buildings ranging from regular marketplaces to structures unique to specific races. Expand by building both settlements and fortifications. And even better: design your own troop types and try to master the advanced combat system with your own strategy. Make war against other empires, undead Ghouls and powerful Dragons!

Should be a giant race , real big n strong but BC their size low birth rate n everything cost much more resources and BC giant culture is against progress lower research points per citizen

It is a fantastic game, but in my elf campaign I can't even get past turn one. I press end turn up and then it says "unfortunately rising empires and stopped". I hope you guys still work on this, because I would love to play it but you really need to fix crashes.

You need to fix problems in the game and this game could be a lot better add in more features and graphics. Seems like a great game made and then abandoned.

Edited from last. No problems there's the occasional glitch but with it auto saving every 5 turns it doesn't set you back that far. I've gotten as far as 600+ turns with no glitches. Only suggestion is a better research tree so you can understand what unlocks what and the ability to actually enslave and use either the neutral races or captured ones.

I LOVE this game! I have been looking for a game like this on android for forever. I just have one problem. The map generator always generates for one ai a capital completely surrounded by the sea. I can only get to it by using super expensive flying units but since ground units can't cross the sea they have like over twenty thousand soldiers doing nothing and I can't use ground troops to attack. Please fix this or make boats so I can use ground troops. Right now the ai has over 78,000 troops stuck there.

This game cries out for tablet support, but there is no landscape orientation and the UI is tiny on a Nexus 10. Pity.

I really like the game! Its awesome, fun, good time killer but now it crashes at move 208 with really sucks because my game is getting really intense

I looked long and hard for a strategy game that I could play on the go in short or long bursts, that wasn't shallow and wasn't using a bad microtransaction model. This fits perfectly. I love civilization and I love how this game uses a similar model but is far from a clone. Really impressed so far. I bought the premium version to support the devs, but the free version is great and the ads aren't intrusive. I'll be following this game for a long time, and hope that the devs are successful after beta.

Two things that would make it even better than it already is; 1, simple battle animations for the armies (just like a cute little animation showing the armies as a whole duke it out) 2, please make it so I can't exit my game to the main menu without a pop-up asking me if I really want go to the main menu or not. I really hate losing save data, cuz it's a really awesome game!

Love where this game is heading, has a sort of Avernum feel where you are playing above and below the surface. Just give me an option to buy and get rid of the ads and we're golden. Edit: Doh! Just noticed the full version available. Keep up the work!
