Crossword for Android
It keeps making me buy games I've already bought, and depletes my coins for no apparent reason. Help desk never responds to questions about issues with app. Definitely deleting it.
I love the game. Love its free. Just would love to play a single game without an app popping up to interrupt. BTW if I don't open it the first time...Am Not interested. !! Geez
I really enjoy this app, but there are a few issues with some of the clues not making logical or grammatical sense with the answer. Thankfully I have been able to figure all of them out so far. A bit more proofing would be a good thing, but overall a decent crossword app.
It took me a while to figure out how to choose which puzzle to play. I feel like it's not very intuitive. But the game play is easy and the puzzles are properly challenging. I like it a lot!
D day is operation overlord not overload. Lots of wrong answers from the app vendor.
Puzzles are not the easiest nor too hard. Works great on my phone. Wish it had a switch direction button near the keyboard. Lots of good features.
This has a LOT of British terms in it. If you're not pretty familiar with their terminology, you'll be pretty frustrated. May be English, but not so much American English.
Sometimes the clues are too arcane/obscure which frustrates me and takes some of the fun out of it. Otherwise, it's one of the better ones I've done.
When I install a game like this, why does it need access to my pictures or anything else? Ridiculous. I uninstalled.
Some truly, truly bizzare puzzle answers. Definitely not remotely American based, not even British Isles based clues and answers. Lots of French, German words, lots of abbreviations. The game play is very well done. Easy to use. The ads are not annoying enough to make one pay to play. I would be more likely to pay if the clues and words were more well thought out.
Love this app but just finished one crossword and could not believe the answer to one clue ..... person, honky which was white I find this very racist indeed
Great game with English spellings. Slow to load. Wish there were larger grids!
Too hard for me. I have memory issues. Likes playing. I just need easy format.
Finally got her to try and if she doesn't have any other phone and she loved it
The adds are out of control they have very loud and the unnecessary poor controls make it hard to control you want to get rid of the app just because of the adds
You don't have complete control over the clues they claim their easy but some of these questions are asking for foreign Word answers most people don't know this stuff also they don't leave an option to report a clue as often as they need to there needs to be a more direct route
Not too easy, keeps its challenging
A little clunky going from one set to the next!
The fake "you have a virus popup" is unacceptable
Not to easy, not to hard. Lots of fun and passes the time.
I was enjoying the game until it offered to reveal a letter or word, and not allow me the opportunity to solve the clue.
Difficult enough to be challenging, but not frustrating. So far I enjoy it.
I like the fact that there are points in this crossword game and that I can keep playing as long as I've accumulated points. This is addicting and good for the brain.
I've forced myself to doing just 2 a day, so as not to get TO addicted.
I do no get it
Ads are a bit much. I don't think puzzles are American, but not too foreign.
Some of the clues are a bit vague, but still, a fun application.
Challenges the beginner but great time passer
I think this is a good game. I can play most anywhere that I am having to wait a turn.
Very addictive.. Fun and gives my brain a workout sometimes. Nice! "
Pretty good for a free app. Haven't fully explored all options in it yet.
Too many abbreviations and UK-specific terms.
Not impossible solutions
Crossword puzzle
App creates enjoyable puzzles. Play time seems endless.
Excellent crossword using british/Australian spelling
I like this a lot. Its great for passing time
Dating of years uses numbering system without a zero. The year before 1AD is 1BC. This also makes the 1st century the years 1-100. The 21st century therefore began in 2001.
Clue: fact / answer: gospel. Reusing the Roman numerals and a few other clues where having the opinion of the makers is key. It's an okay app but I'll try to find one that's a smidge more neutral.

Occasionally I think the clues are written by someone in the British Isles. Clues can be exceedingly generic and sometimes archaic. On the whole, gaining 18 coins per completed game allows one to use clues as needed for obscure questions.
