Just Minesweeper

The bottom of the board on expert hangs off bottom of screen. Zoom and scroll won't drag it up far enough. App will not rotate with screen. Kyo hydro is apparently outdated for this. Still a recommended minesweeper app.

Addictive and fun game. I love it. It's​not perfect however. Number of "lives" settings do not persist. 5 undos are lenient and having to change it to 0 every time gets old quickly. Overall lightweight and excellent game.

No ads, no popups, no permissions needed, nothing extra; just the familiar game I was looking for. Zoom and flagging. Spot on. I have been using this roughly 5 times a week for many months now, and there are a few annoying details that force me to drop the rating from 5 to 3 stars, but I still play it. - Game settings are not remembered and have to be re-set every time starting the app. - If I start a new game without finishing (win or lose) the current game, the clock will be ticking already before the first move. After the first move the clock is ticking twice per second. Repeat, and you can get it to tick 10 times a second or faster. - If I move the game temporarily to background, the clock stops, and will not start again. This allows to get ridiculous records, like winning the Expert game in 3 seconds. - The pinch gesture for zoom is unreliable. Almost every time it ends up regressing to some one-finger action like tapping a tile or panning the board, something I did not intend to do. This makes zoom hard to use. No other app I use seems to suffer from this. I'm using Android 6.

I have to revoke my 5 stars and the previous comment because you have mistakes in your algorithm implementation. I have a screenshot to share if you need it. Sorry.

This should be higher, instead of the ones above with the full page loud volume adverts that are no better.

No special permissions, no ads, no frills. Just the game I was looking for in an attractive package!

This app doesn't require any special permissions or have any adverts which is great. The gameplay is pretty good. The one thing that's missing is an option to allow flagging with a short press rather than a long one. If it had that I would give it five stars.

Had another version that I found was turning my wifi on to track and sell my location, creepy. This one has all the fun and none of the stalker tendencies. Thank you!

It works exactly as it should! The zooming occasionally interfered with flagging, but it was unnoticeable. Highly recommended!

Seems to work great and has an undo feature. Biggest advantage to this game is no ads and no special permissions.

This version of Minesweeper is very simple but enjoyable. I wish it had a feature to define custom board size and the number of mines like the Windows version.

Thanks for the great game. One minor nag: the long tap to set/clear mines works, but is slow, user error-prone and mildly annoying. Maybe it would work better if a two finger gesture is also possible? E.g. touching white margin with one finger and then touching a mine could toggle the flags?

One of the better Minesweeper apps out there. The hints could use some work, and it would have been nice to know that clicking on numbers is the same as middle-clicking on a PC. Also, it'd be nice if the default attempts allowed were 0 like classic Minesweeper (yes you can change in the settings, but you shouldn't have to). Still, I've yet to find another free version which has zooming, hints, undos, etc., and that doesn't insist on serving ads and such.

Spyware doesn't belong in games!
