Furbacca

My little sister has been crying for a very long time because it won't scan. She loves her furbacca and she was crying tears of joy when she found the app on her Kindle Fire, and when we tried to scan it, it kept scanning our Roku. How could you fix this? By making the scanner work!

Getting fed up trying to make this work, after who can count how many scans it finally connects, then if Furbacca doesnt fall asleep because its taken forever, it then loses connection and says scan, seriously frustrating listening to the kids moaning because it doesnt work

YOU NEED TO GET YOUR TECH PEOPLE TO START WORKING ON UPDATES AND NOT ON THINKING ABOUT WHERE AND WHEN TO GO ON VACATIONS! THIS APPLIES TO ALL FURBY APPS YOUR PUSHING! REMEMBER CHRISTMAS TIME IS COMING AND A LOT OF PEOPLE MIGHT CONSIDER ANOTHER TOY SO THEY DONT BREAK THEIR CHILDRENS HEARTS!

Scan issues aside, the app and furby are missing key ingredients like personalised name and personality. This sounded so good on the box, a little more development time should have been spent.

I've tried connecting the furbacca for days and it won't connect! Very frustrating! I have a galaxy note 4 is my phone the problem? And that high pitch noise drives me crazy!!

I have been trying to connect my furbacca like forever I got the furbacca for Christmas and I can not connect my furbacca to the app pls pls pls fix this if you do I will rate 5 stars

My almost 7 year old has watched me try to sync his furbacca over and over again to never succeed. What's the point?

The volume is awful at the beginning of the game it turned my tablets volume all the way up I don't like that I mean some of us have family that like it to be quiet in the house

Horrible... can't even play ANY mini games without the real toy, also so lame and boring

Well I don't own these so I was disappointed to find out it wasn't just a game u had to scan to play

Why market an app that won't sync with the $100 toy it's made for!? Extremely disappointed! Makes no sense. If t won't work on android don't make it downloadable on android!

I tried it with a S4 and it worked just listen for a high pitch squeak hold it 10 cm from his stomach

My Furbacca scans fine and I love it. One thing though, can we have more characters please?

Furbacca is a very special Disney Star Wars Furby that I love!! Maybe you could make more furblings on the app and another Furby that might also connect to the app along with Furbacca!

So far I'm trapped on Yoda and I can't get get it's for it keeps going so slow but other than that I love it

I had a galaxy s5 and it worked good I changed to the galaxy s7 and been scanning I have tried three times but still can't get to work

I got it to scan with three tries on my Galaxy S5 ... but I have been trying for HOURS to scan on my daughter's RCA Viking Pro tablet with no success. She is extremely upset.

Scan ... nothing. Scan ... nothing. Scan ... nothing. Scan ... nothing. Over and over again I've tried this with my daughter anxiously awaiting to use this as it is something she saved her money up to buy it and now she gets a lesson in why you manufacturers only care about your products in terms of getting it deployed, who cares if it works right?? You guys suck.

I have the Galaxy S4 and my wife has the S6. I've tried to connect to my son's Furbacca every which a way and it will not connect. But it only took 4 tries and my wife's phone connected and stayed connected. We havn't cracked the egg yet because I think my son will enjoy it but it seems pretty cool. I just wish it worked on my phone because I spend the most time with my son.

The only reason I still have this on my phone is because my son is obsessed with it, DESPITE the fact that the app causes my S5 to freeze and randomly restart. When that happens, the emotional meltdowns by my 6 year old are magical. Thanks, Hasbro!

I really can't wait until Christmas when I get my furbacca and start playing this game, I see there's a lot of Amazing Star Wars Furbys and there's amazing references to the Star Wars trilogy I bet this is going to be an awesome game! Five stars!

It will work one out of ten times. I've tried it on various devices. Really disappointing.

It wouldn't let my daughter scan her furbucca to the app. We tried over and over but it didn't work! Maybe its the device

It will not find my furbacca at all. I've been scanning and scanning for almost an hour now and it simply does not work. Such a shame. I'm scanning on my Galaxy edge S6 and nothing. Sort it out.

When we try to scan our Furbacca it won't connect. We've tried several times. We've adjusted settings. Is it maybe our device? It's an RCA Voyager tablet. It is running Android 5.0. How can we get them to connect???

It's not bad but once you crack four eggs, that's it... nothing new. No reason to keep the app. Some updates would be nice.
