Adventure Escape: Time Library for Android
Time library is a fun escape game with a great story line. It's fun, creative and humorous. I found most of the puzzles challenging but solvable. I needed the solution for the sundial; I found it too obscure. There were only a couple more puzzles near the end where I needed to use hints but I had enough from collecting stars throughout the game. This is the best Haiku game I've played so far.
So far this is very good! This type of game is new to me as I normally play HO Adventure games but I thought I'd look around and try something a little different. I'll let you know a little further along how its going, too, but for now....back to this promising game!! Still digging it☺
I've only finished the first challenge, when I finish the game I will rate the game properly ok. Update ten minutes later, your games have been freezing on me. I'm thinking it might be because I skip the public profile with Google. I don't want a public profile on any game so I'm going to delete your games and play other ones, let's see what happens. Yup my other games work just fine. If you don't make it mandatory to sign in w Google with a public profile I will gladly install your games and give better ratings. I like your games very much. Thank you.
I liked it a lot...I was trying to find something like tiny spy but I found this and this is much better but there was one thing in tiny spy that was better which was we could zoom into things and places...whereas in this game you just have to press the whole screen unless you find something which is not much use of brain and depends on luck. Try to include that zoom thing in your next games or updates
I havent been playing long but im sucked into the story and want to keep playing to figure it out. Its been easy so far, but its just the first chapter. The controls are easy and graphics are great and fun. I know i will enjoy the rest of the game, and its FREE! Thanks for making great games that we can actually finish without paying for, its hard to find a whole game this quality for free. Keep making more we love them ????
I really love THIS!!! This is so nice!! Expecially for teenagers I see!! Can #relate to almost everything the boy is talking about???????? One of my favourite games from Haiku. And also one of my favourite escape games!! P.s. I really need WiFi connection or I'm going to die???????? I don't wish to go through adventure when I cannot get wifi????????
Kid friendly and cute, enjoying so far. Hiro is a bit annoying with all his hashtags! Puzzles are engaging. Every time you ask me to leave a review to get 5 more stars, so far you've given me none!!!!! Whats with that? I would have left a review any way. So thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!! Again with the review for stars? Wow, I like the game but I do need those hints?!
This is like reading a mystery book. No need to rush to solve problems. Just enjoy the conversations in every chapter. I don't mind to see the outdated nerd librarian or read the hash tags, they are part of the story. As always, I step back when I get stuck, start to look around and come back to solve puzzles. No walkthrough needed.
I like that the mini puzzles within the game are not so easy. They actually make you sit and think for a minute, you have to use your brain a little more than other games make you use it! Its pretty fun to play!
Addictive, fun to play. Storyline is interesting and separated into "bite-sized" levels. The puzzles aren't so hard as to be exasperating. I would have liked it to be longer or have a sequel. My only complaint is that if you don't finish a level or get bumped out for any reason, you have to start again from the beginning of that level. Still recommend highly.
Not too difficult; not too simple. Good to ease bordem or pass time when you are burnout with word games or woord searches. Good variety of challenges and tasks throughout the entire game. there's an end point so you don't really get too addicted and you don't become obsessed so it can't really take over ur life like candy crush. Lol!
Just finished the first chapter, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. For the longest time, I was playing hidden object games, like the offerings of Artifex Mundi and the like, but then I accidentally stumbled upon "escape" games like Lost Island and games like that, and found that I really had gotten tired of finding hidden items, and enjoyed figuring stuff out. These guys seem to hit the nail on the head with their games. Looking forward to playing more, for sure! 5 stars all around for me. Good stuff!
This game sucks! There are no directions, every thing you try does not work right. I'm going to un-install. I have no idea how anyone can play a game that requires you to stumble around as if you're in the dark!
Controls are a bit sluggish on this one. There is also too much unnecessary dialogue. Puzzles are fun, though. Edit: I didn't get my five free hint stars for leaving this review last time here! Edit #2: Once again, the game asked me to leave a review. This is my third time clicking the link.
Fun game so far. However, must the Librarian look so stereotypical? I have been a librarian for 25 years and know only of one librarian that looked like that. And having her have problems with using a phone? Really? I wish people would stop making librarians look like stuffy spinsters.
Just started playing, but, so far, it has my interest piqued. I like the puzzles and the storyline is easy to follow so far. Will change my rating accordingly after further play. The game is great. Short, but great. Only had to skip one time. Worth every second of playing time.
Fun game, good dynamics and it makes it nice to have a plot to play within. I'm guessing the game stops at the Aztec ruins because after I solve the sun dial puzzle the door takes me right back to the same morning and same book. Regardless it was very entertaining to play.
Another great escape game. I only have one gripe so far: The wording in the 2nd hint of the sundial puzzle is misleading. Changing one word would fix it.
This was a great game. I loved the variety of puzzles. A lot of games I've played have the same thing over and over, but this one keeps you on your toes! I got frustrated a few times, but that's a good thing. It wasn't so frustrating that I wanted to give up, but just enough to make it challenging. And I like that there's an end - a sense of accomplishment. I'm looking forward to playing the other games now!
I love mystery/detective type solving games. This game has those types of puzzles; and you progress through the levels, the puzzles get more difficult, some of them proving to be quite challenging. I love a good challenge and this game makes you really think. Great game for both teens and adults alike!
This is your 3rd game I'm playing and seriously I'm getting tired of not being able to see most of the screen. The flickering and glitching is awful please fix it you're loosing customers here. I luv ur games but there's enough anyone can take.
I have now played 3 of these games and can't wait to start the next one. The storyline mean you are not just trying to open random doors for no reason, which makes it less boring. The graphics are good which is always a bonus and the puzzles are not too taxing. Onto the next one!
Maybe I'm the only one having this problem, but the game doesn't save from the last pizzle you complete. I've had to repeat a whole level because I closed the game. Not only that, but the game occasionally freezes on you so that you have to start the game again.
Love all the games of this make, one problem though. The solve it button is too close to the back up button and I have pressed it by accident several times. It would be good if it was further away of if I do press it, a message came up asking if I am sure I want to solve it.
The story was boring and felt like it was rushed and threw in some short random story. The escape asylum was still the best game you guys made and took time with with twists in story made u sit on edge of ur seat. Please make more games with story's like escape asylum.
I think the puzzles in the game are great and decently thought out. I also like the modern vs old look. I would give this a 5th star, but it's really difficult to see. I understand not knowing 'where' to click is part or the fun, and thats not what I mean. I mean its just a little too shadowy and difficult to see stuff on smaller devices. If I could turn up the brightness or have a zoom in button, i'll throw in a 5th star(or if the game just totally blows me away; i've only done a little bit so far! :) )
I've enjoyed all the other Adventure Escape games by Haiku. This one I did not like at all. I hated the story. There was way too much dialog and the #HipsterHiro character and all his #HashtagSpeak was annoying. I didn't even like most of the puzzles. A couple of them were okay but as the story progressed, I just wanted to be done with it.
Can't stop playing, literally. I am loving these games more and more each time I download an app just like this one...the Murder Manor totally cool too! I really recommend others to try these App's, you won't regret it!
The puzzles aren't ridiculously hard, and if you get stuck, there are hints available. It's not a mindless hidden object game either. I compare it to the Nancy Drew games by HER. Very fun! I plan on playing all of them. Thanks!
I'd happily pay for these games and there are no annoying pop up ads or need for any in app purchases. Amazing quality and value. I've just removed a star because I've hit a level that keeps freezing up after a certain point - hopefully this is something they'll iron out.
After playing: Cult, I figured I'd try more of these games. The creator is awesome. This version still has a few bugs, like in the pirate ship, it wouldn't let me collect the stars. I was super disappointed when the last game ended, but I'm glad there are more versions to play!
Fun game so far. However, must the Librarian look so stereotypical? I have been a librarian for 25 years and know only of one librarian that looked like that. And having her have problems with using a phone? Really? I wish people would stop making librarians look like stuffy spinsters.
The only thing is that if you don't finish a chapter before you quit, it starts that chapter all over again because it didn't save it. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star!
The puzzles were fun but the story and dialogue were pretty ludicrous. Does Fort Knox even have missiles? I thought it was just a secure place to store gold. Still great, especially for a free game.
I downloaded this one because I had done all the other ones by this designer. The adventures with detective Kate and loved them. This one was not good there was no real story line and the task sucked and clues were idk this just was not what I expected from them.
Cool story line. It seems like the developer knows a thing or two about teen fashion and slang. A little weird but ok. After completing the entire game some of the puzzles are absolutely ridiculous and I almost quit.
Very entertaining! Some puzzles were very hard and some were easy. The sundial was very confusing and in no way represents the correct answer of 9:30. Other than that issue, Time Library is 5 star!
I'm playing through all these games, and enjoying them very much. This is my least favourite so far, but it still gets 5 stars...if #Hiro dies in the end, it might be my favourite... He's annoying me already, and I'm only on chapter 2.
Very annoying that it does not save level progress like other escape games. It also has a lot of time consuming puzzles(which are fun), so if you stop playing for whatever reason and come back you have to do the same time consuming puzzle all over. Annoying. Just add a save feature. It's not hard

I've barely completed the first stage and so far so good but they do make it look kind of harder than it actually is... Plus the hints are kinda lame if they're not going to help you out with exactly what you're working on at that moment rather than giving you a hint for later on in the game. So other than that I'll update my review once I've played longer or at least more stages.
