After reading other guys reviews..i wasn't expecting much..yeah with login there was no problem, but almost can do nothing...just yeah..look after this and that.. and turn on my laptop again for continuing the game...

App needs work. I was able to use it at first, but only once. I logged into another server and now I can't log into any server. With the thousands of dollars I put into this game, you guys could afford to put more effort into your app and your main game.

pls make shop avaliable and add more things in it .if we are somewhere else and don't have our laptops or comps and it could help us

Its totaly sucks. I cant even log in it still shows that i am logged somewhere else, besides its stops loading on 92% and never moves forward.

.It just not going to work. Everytime log in it appear error. Just fix it. It will gain more 5 star if its fixed.

Using gtarcade login with Facebook, I get network error please try again later, every time I try to login. Unable to gain access since this update.

Worthless app for a worthless game. Worst customer support of any game I've played an that's saying a lot. Avoid all games made by gtarcade at all costs.

Useless... Devs should test it by itself first before launching it for public. Players not wasting money for nonsense

Was nice for a few days and now won't work, can't get past the log in screen. Would also be nice to actually do some upgrades on characters and equipment.

Something is wrong. Can't access it starting a few days ago. I use the companion during weekdays, cause I can't really play during weekdays

I think that u may have more thing to do. Although the idea was excellent that kind of disappointing me

I wanted to try out this game since I've been playing Discord but this game, can I not play or something? I want to create an account but all it says is that i have no character and I've tried both portals.

Already crashing. Won't load past 92%. Worked good before for a few days. Liked how it helped in the Abiss

Hangs at 90% loading. When this app loads correctly I will update my review.

I left my first server so long ago but i still can't access the other current server

Been trying to login for the past 2 weeks which fails rediculousely all the time says network disconnected please try again..whereas the network is fine with other apps even online streaming... Companion should ease the urgency to log in for the platform game not make players frustrated .. do something..will rate if see any change soon to my issue.

Cannot go any further to play the game. I am stuck after the login. It is telling me that I DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPANION and to PRESS BACK button. I tried logging in on my FB account and linking my FB account to GTarcade. Both are unsuccessful attempt.

The main problem is not even in the app. It simply does not work, because server is not being connected to account. I've messaged support about this problem, but at this point it seems noone gives......

There is no real benefit to having this app. This app will disappoint you just as well as the actual game itself. You're better off downloading Puffin browser (has flash support so you can actually play).

This would be a great app if ypu could log in. Support said to reinstall , log in from Facebook , grab a decent doesn't matter. IT DOESN'T WORK!! And the other reviewer is right it is not a priority for them to fix it despite advertising for it like mad.

The app perfectly works but why does the SHOP function unavailable? The app needs further improvements like add the arena, battle royale , equipment & relic enhancement, etc.. without these important tools how can we stay connected to the game using our phones? tsk. ;)

I'm level 96 and the Hero Trial no longer works for me. It says I have zero attempts left, however when I login to Facebook I still have all my attempts. Even tried reinstalling the app, but it still doesn't work. I love this app, when it works.

I just installed your stupid game and I need to set up a gtarcade acct or Facebook? No guest, are you kidding me? When I did setup a stupid gtarcade account, I cant move forward. Work on this game and ask help from LOA 1 guys, they might help you.

Worst app I have ever seen Considering the money players have paid into this stupid game you should have top notch app for Android but it doesn't even log in into the account. Fix this issue or stop advertising about it on the desktop version -

Edit 10/02/2017: login but no characters to choose from. App is currently broken. I have no idea if this app is any good because it freezes when I attempted to login using my GTarcade login.

This app does not let me to login or play. I am playing on S4. Tried reinstalling many times with same result. You shoud fix the problems. I am playing the game for a year on my laptop but I need to play it on smartphone. All over the game is very good.

You really need to update the function of the app because all your stuff displays wrong when it comes to the heroes you need to add a little bit more functionality and allow people to like go to into the store and stuff like that but it is nice because you can at least chat with your friends

It's running smooth, but other options are not available like shop, equipment enhancing, etc. Pls improve your game then I will rate more stars.. More Power LOA2!!

Overall is quite ok. But I hope we can just access to more features such as donating to guild, collecting mails, access to Astral Divine, buying things from shop, as well as leveling up and increasing the skills of our heroes, equipments, pets, mounts, runes and soul arms. It helps you view the angels and avatar, chat seems to work, gameplay button only includes areas you can blitz, guess this is almost purely for monitoring your avatar and angels. I did see this lighting bolt symbol used for energy it counts down, but when it says click and I do click it nothing happens... what is it suppose to do? Shop seems to be unavailable, can only view equipment and stats, can't enhance it using this app I guess? It does gives notifications to events, and guess it does what it says it does. I still don't get how you can use this, I still haven't checked if it purely synced with the account if viewed on pc. Summary to those who look at reviews before downloading: It helps you view character stats, chat, and play the parts you can blitz like abyss etc and shop is probably still being developed. Simple viewing and checking in really. Oh, and there are reddish-orange sparkles whenever you click. Just a fore-warning to those might be irked by it, haven't seen a button to turn it off or on, although, guess it really goes with the game's fantasy like setting anyway.

Could be a great app if they ever fix it. You get to 90% and then says network server error. This app is useless.

Worst game ever! Don't play it the devoloper should just delete it. Just a waste of space.

I`ve tryied many times to connect from my smartphone (Galaxy S6), but no matter how I connect (Gtarcade or facebook) it says the same thing: This account does not contain any character information on the current platform, please tap Return and select another platform, or make sure you entered the correct account password. The account and the password are correct (the same I`m using here), but nothing. As someone else said, you should try fix this problems, `cause many of us are putting a lot of money into the game and it`s not fair of you just to ignore this problems.

We can't log in. Shows I dont have an account. But I have.already verified email in gtrade.I know my information. So dont reply to me saying that I have entered wrong information

Used to work fine, came in handy for blitzing but now server gets stuck at 90% every time! Utterly useless...

I have logged in with facebook and i have opened the game but I can only do five things amd see five menus why cant i open the real game because whenever i open it only gameplay, chat,events,shop which is not opening and my character opens pls tell me how to open the game .

Can you please add a control over enhancing equipments and enable the ability of the user to use blessing stones and milechuchu stones to lvl up char. via phone companion. Thats all. Pls take this as a consideration. It cn be pretty helpfun.
