Great game, I love that there is so much to do in game that I don't get bored of doing the same things over and over. If I want to sit and play for a couple hours I can or if I just want to check in and get a few things done it is possible. This game has so many different layers to it I would love to see them invest some time and take care of their servers. There are too many and so many that are not active enough. Allowing players to transfer servers or merging more together would be great. Thanks ♡

I love this game, the graphics are amazing, the endless amount of updates keep you going and occupied for days. The only thing that does start to get annoying is those that have been on the older servers for a long time now, mine is over 550 days, others longer, but we're on dead servers. An update that merges servers would greatly help. Also many players are now getting strong enough to where we're completing the TR chapter quick. If you could possibly add more chapters, that'd be greatly appreciated.

This was the best game and it just got better. So many more options and great rewards. I would give it a ten if I could. ...This was my first review now six months later I am more in love with this game. I've read a lot of complaints but I don't have a one. Compared to a lot of other games this one has very few bugs and they get fixed quick.

The only negatives about this game is that money gets you more (a lot), and the new heroes are so strong. There's no point using one of the original heroes. Maybe lower the price of diamonds so event gifts are still easy to get. Slightly lagging since last update. Also merge some servers.

Always fail to update and closes suddenly. If you try to clear data and try it, it will update but u can't log in and play ur old game where u left..... I have tried it with multiple device same thing repeated. But i love this game lot...... Tooooo pooor maintenance

I had to reinstall the game after the last patch as suggested by the developers. However, even though I connected my google account, it isn't recognised forcing me to start all over again. This sucks and I probably uninstall the game. Update, I wanted to replay this game. However, my virus scanner informs me that my list of apps is send to both Facebook and the developer. That's a no go!

All my friends play this game it's one of the best .played game from the beginning was the best. Last update left all players unable to log in as there is no start up/ log in button. Have to uninstal and reinstall even then doesn't always work. Plz fix. Dropped to 2* from 5* till fixed.

Game is great. But even sitting on 1 bar of 4G the game tells me can't log in, network congestion. Seriously Wtf. Leave more on the device so it doesn't have to constantly ping the servers which from previous reviews need serious work

Although I desperately NEED the app to be allowed on key SD card. The game now takes about 900mb of my phone memory and I can no longer play due to no more space. However I have 25gb of memory on my SD card available. If you could make the game available to move, I won't have to delete it from my phone. Thanks!

8th edit. Reinstalled app on a brand new device. Logged in for the first time in months. After I exited the app, I can't access it again on this device. This game has gone to hell due to bad devs and them being unable to solve account related issues.... Tried several different ISP-s, NOTHING works because the issue is account related...

I spend more time sending in reports than playing the game. fix issues don't keep adding new stuff. Sad to see all of the unhappy players because of lag, crashes and connection issues. You claim to improve all the time yet it gets worse with every update. Don't lie to your supporters or blame them. Still crashing every day. Terrible service. All GTarcade games are dropping in ratings. Fun while it lasted. Horrible. 0 stars.

UPDATEoh joy my whole account has been wiped. so glad all the time i spent was wasted to restart. UPDATE 10/5/15 I just logged in and saw that my 6 star Fortuna angel leader is now gone. I grinded out the rep for weeks to get her maxed out and now it showed me I have 2 shards. It also unsummoned 3 other angels I had unlocked 1 of them being a 5 star rank. It came back about a half hour later but this issue bothers me

I really liked this game and because of that i paid a bit for extra diamonds, now as per comments from other players the latest run of updates have killed it. I cant even get to the log in screen. Way to go gtarcade ruined a game and ive wasted money. Emailing them does not help they ignore your communications. Launched an offical complaint with google. Wow i get a reply on google play nearly 2 months later telling me to contact them. I already did contact yous twice and still had no reply

I used to play every single day and I even donated.. I stopped for a couple of months and now it says that there are no characters on my account. And I also havent received an answer from the developers about the situation. Untill I get my character, im not changing to 5 star. Edit: I still have the problem and Ive tried switching networks and reinstalling. Nothing works

"Network congestion " is really annoying! Always happens during blitz for obtaining equipment. During rune upgrade game just shuts down. Then I got to restart it. During the opening of chests in inventory I get constant "Network congestion "! Fix your issues instead of coming out with new hero buys!

LOVE the game! Support team will NOT help in anyway. They say "our support can not help, thank you for your understanding" on EVERY issue. Love the game, sucks they are SO MONEY HUNGRY willing to scr-w people to get it. Now the game either freezes or won't load.

I had to reset my phone I forgot what server or name I pay an incredible amount of money. They refuse to tell me what server my Google play receipt is linked to. On top of that you may or may not get rewards for event stuff in mail box Other than that fun

Rather than making me sit here and click a button 80+ times before max level pops up, or even in any other option, make it like exp pots. Hold to rapidly evolve. I refuse to sit around to burn up 100k of an item I can no longer collect

Money grabbing, even paying leaves you in the trenches later on. Terrible customer service, crashes on every action.(every player has this issue). There is little to no actual gameplay, just lvling heroes. CHARACTERS are constantly made obsolete, overall worst game I've played for awhile thus far. Been nearly a year of playing, so please for the love of everything avoid this atrocity.

Cannot log-in. Server failure. Network failure. Server List error. GTA does NOT care about its players, only the money. The game is extremely unstable as is the Help Desk! Download at your own risk! You've been warned!

So many different things this game has to offer. There is really a lot to it. Never gets boring due to the fact of all the different quests, upgrades, mini games and battles, characters and angels, and adventures. You can honestly play this game and never have to purchase anything. Not like other games where you get so far then your required to purchase something before you can go further. I really do love this game. And it is continuing to grow

It's a good game but everything is so expensive. That's why I only make very small progress everyday. Plus you really have to spend to be on top. THEN I TRIED TO PLAY ON A NEW PHONE USING THE SAME ACCOUNT. ALL MY PROGRESS HAS BEEN LOST

This game has just gotten tedious to play. I've been playing for 18 months and with every update a new activity is added that one must complete every day. It's gotten to the point that the game consumes 2 to 3 hours in a day just to complete all the tasks. Then the Astral Stone upgrades are the worst. It can take 3 to 4 hours just to upgrade one category for each hero. This game also punishes high level players by placing a maximum limit on the items one can possess. This means that when event rewards are handed out the player can't collect them like everyone else can. It's even worse for those who pay to play because they can't collect the items they paid for.

everytime.you blitz app crash, you buy something app crash, you open something app crash. app always crash. server so lagged.. every server is a ghost server after 2 weeks. new server twice a week. the game is 100% pay to win. everytime they update the game. the app crashing get worst and worst. dont improve the give aways. fix the app crash. its unplayable. i hope i can give this app ZERO STAR.

Don't waste your time or money! Constant glitching and network congestion. They won't fix it. Missing inventory. When you contact support they do nothing but tell you to refresh or they don't respond at all. They're worthless and so is the game.

My application keeps crashing. The new hero's are glitchy. The arena doesn't show up the angel trials won't let me go past the 12th tier. I am level 50. Please fix this game

Listen, i always read reviews before downloading a game to not waste my time. People say the connection is bad blah blah, they arent lieing. I wasn't able to even log in and this was my first time downloading. Basically dont waste your time.

I really love your game!! But the only thing is, many bugs! I cant even set up a play!! Its always crashes when the battle started! Hope you can fix this!! Gtarcade please! Have a concern to your player!! Not just only in money!! Besides make more events so it wouldnt be boring after all!!

Avoid. Typical Free2Play - Pay2Win. It's practically impossible to complete anything in this game unless you pay lots of $$$$$. Played for 2+ years. servers are always saturated, Plus it will take about 1GB of you device internal storage space, the game cannot be moved to an SD-Card.

It's a great game so far besides this HUGE problem I'm having, if I try to collect quests or do anything under the hero tab it lags extremely bad! Everything else works great. Help?!

The game does great in introducing it self. The characters are original exempt for a few specific ones that I recognize from other games however I love playing it when I have the time to sit down and look at everything it has to offer. Its addicting and will consume your time but it'll be entertaining.

ANNOYINGLY funny how I can use a pvp game in real time just fine but load loa n it kicks me out-unfortunately loa has stopped...fix this...updates dont do this game any justice...now I cant even load this game...worked just fine b4 all these updates n btw I cant even get to cs the game wont even load now to play

Best game i am playing since its launch on mobile. I used to play it on browser, but when i got mobile version, i give it a try. And its realy worth of 5* to me. I love the events. Always update with new fun. Only problem is the game is big so i feel lagging a bit now than i play it previous.

there are lots of unresolved issues. they developer is super money hungry. with large spending campaigns the game just gets slower, more bugs, more lag.

Well I like the idea of the game and the characters and the graphic is not that bad but I really don't seem to get the idea of the game! You don't get daily login rewards as promised and the chances you get to play the arenas are too limited! The worst part is that they don't get recharge at time! I don't know how the schedule works anyways according to me it's just a waste of time playing this game! And yeah why should we spend money to buy VIP rank this thing should be changed because unless your VIP stats are high your chances in the game is extremely limiting! I'm sorry overall don't like the game!!!

After the update. It crashes everytime i use the blitz 10x. And needs to restart the game. Its nice to have lots of updates. But if the game kept crashing it sucks.

Check please! I don't know why but it suddenly crush in Angel Trial from the time u start New Year Gift. Sometime I can't get on another floor it just my princess walk straight to the guard but can not fight, maybe she just want to kiss the guard instead :) But i want to fight to get reward....hmmm please check it please. ( my internet connection is good i'm sure)
