I had an internet connection loss for about fifteen minutes in the middle of a game, and somehow my chip count went down by 150000. I emailed support and within 36 hours they gave me my chips back with no problem. I don't know what happened, it's never happened before, but thank you for being so considerate and attentive! And that is on top of it being a fantastic game to play in the first place.

Gsn is my all time favorite,im hoping grand Casino is just as much fun to play. Couldn't ask for a more fun or exciting game. since adding thw millionaire tokens game, i thunk there should be more ways to get tokens for use on that game. once a day when you log in and when you level up by that time you could use all your tokens up, please make another way to earn tokens for the millionaire game. thank you.

NEVER have I been to a casino where I LOST money on a bonus round. Deal or no deal awards your bonus on your line bet ie 100 dollars per line. We'll if u bet 15 lines that's 1500 dollars but if you only get 1-9 times your bet in the bonus then you only get 100-900 dollars, ie you loose money in the bonus. NEVER SHOULD THIS HAPPEN u should at least get your bet plus the bonus or your total bet times the bonus. Also now I have not been able to coins and their support team can not fix it.

This game use to be fun but once you have reached level 100, it sucks. There should be more levels after that. It's really hard to get a good win. Please keep the game interesting and stop being stingy with chip wins. Everytime I buy chips you take them very fast. The fun is over once you reach level 100. The millionaire machine sucks as well.

My only complaint would have to be your token prices are ridiculas.. check your competetors your charging waaaay over the mark. What you offer for $100 is 10x less than the next worst prices Ive seen. There is nothing special with your tokens, they disappear just as quik as the competition's lol.

I really have liked this game and I would rate the customer service 10 stars. My only complaint is that winning has been difficult since last update and spin wheel in the am is nearly impossible to get more than 200 which is $1000.

I started playing this when each time you cleared a level they would give alot of coins :( I miss that. But I do appreciate the daily bonus giving coins every 30 min. I've Max out at 100 no more medallions except with the daily bonus. I do have to say this is very addicting.Waiting for new games.

I can't get a break! Payouts are bad and can't level up anymore. Stuck at level 100 max. Need more new games and bigger DAILY BONUS just to play. I use to like it a lot, but when you go into a slot and it doesn't pay not on any spin, then that's not COOL!

Continues to "stop working" in the middle of bingo games and keeps the money I spent to play. Please fix this, it's extremely frustrating especially when I've gotten bingos and can't complete my game to collect my winnings. Otherwise it's fun

I had an issue with chips that disappeared after I logged out. After contacting customer service, it was corrected immediately. I was very impressed by the speed with which this was dealt with. Thank you for your help. If only they were this helpful on the other GSN site, I might still be purchasing chip packages from them.

I installed this and when game loaded and I went to play screen went black. I closed the game and reloaded and game froze. I uninstalled it so I can't give this a fair rating. Would have loved to be able to play this.

Changed from 4 star to 2. I read other reviews where people say their money just upped and dissappeard but never had it happen till tonight. This isn't right. How does it just disappear. Urghhhhh you need to fix this GSN...

I really liked the game and was finally almost at 300000 chips now it won't let me in because it says fb log in error everytime yet my fb is updated and working fine. Very disappointed guess I have no choice but to uninstall would have rated higher before this happend :(

Had a great run last week and got to 80 million. Then lost 50 million of that in just 2 days because it just stopped paying except every 10th spin or so. Come on increase your payouts as I love this slot or do you just want us to buy buy buy to keep playing !!!!

I would have quite happily rated this game 5 stars all the way across the board if it wasn't for the fact that every time it says that I have won chips and to go to results to collect, I never have any chips to collect. It's very annoying and I don't know why it even tells me that I've won, when I clearly haven't. Maybe if you could send some chips my way, I'll be happy to change my rating to a perfect 5 because I do enjoy playing that much! ! !

The only thing wrong with this game is the payout percentage is rubbish. But they have pulled their finger out as yesterday I won loads. Good choice of slot machines.

I would rate this game -5 if I could. They screwed me out of daily bonus points. They screwed me out of the daily bonus chip and put me back to day one. I've logged on every day this week. Also I'm losing the 5x the bonus spin because they are screwing me with the daily bonus login. Don't waste your time downloading this game

Woke up this morning and 2 million tokens were missing from my account. I will never buy coins or play if this is how they do business. Was my favorite game. What a disappointment. Took a few days put it am pleased to say that they did credit back the coins that disappeared from my account. 5 stars to someone who will help their customers and care about what they think.

I have mixed emotions about this app. First off, it's hands down the best casino slot/cards/bingo app out there, as far as consistency goes. Ive been using this app off and on for 3 years now, having gotten angry and deleted it over 50 times. But the thing is I keep coming back. I see you haven't changed since the last time I tried your game. Your daily spin is as horrible as it can get. Why have big amounts on there but only stop on 2000. Your game isn't worth playing. So your being deleted. I wouldn't recommend your game to anyone.

I love the game alot and had unlocked a new slot. The boogie one and every single time i press to play it, it just get stuck on the loading screen. The game acts like its loading but still just stays there. The other night i was waiting for 45 mins before i ended up just shutting the game down.... Please if anyone knows how to fix it HELP. Seems like a great game... if I could ever get past the lobby. Every time I click on a slot game it freezes up my phone! Maybe you should work on some of the glitches!

Nothing like being called a liar and basically having 3000$ worth of coins taken from you. Watch your coins because they will dissappear. Then if you ask what happened they will show some ignorant report. Like it's going to show them, yeah we took the coins and hoped they wouldn't notice. For the last month I just keep losing no matter which slot game I play. The odds make it no fun. A few months back I used to be able to atleast win some lose some, but now I just lose. Also, I never get anything higher than 500 on the daily spin.

Graphics and sound great. Works slow and bonus coins are only a thousand z really? Thats awful. 90% slots give yoy 10 grand or more. And so called big wins here are about 24,000. Its a joke honestly.
