The game over screen takes too long to display. It should appear immediately, so that we can play again quicker. The high score should always show the medal earned next to it. The screen would therefore show two medals, what was earned in that game and what the high score medal is. As soon as you click to play, let the game start. It is not good that I have to press the screen again to get the game to start. Rather move the Get Ready screen to a tutorial screen.
