Game History & Updates

What's Changed
* Puzzles have been reduced slightly in size on the screen to avoid covering up controls.
* Placement of the game control buttons has been defaulted to on. If you don't see the controls, check your preferences.
* The problems of game rotation have been solved (though not completely to my satisfaction). Rotating your device will work but the puzzle will end up mirrored. This will be resolved in a future version.

What are users saying about Sokoban

by K####:

Huge collection of levels. But the interface is outdated and frustrating. But, the worst, when a level is solved, the game don't recognizes that, and keeps waiting forever until you solve it.

G70%
by G####:

A good game and easy to follow. But, the UI is a bit bland, loosing place is just bad, movement needs improving.

S70%
by S####:

A lot of levels, and for free. I miss a clever UI in which we can directly move the gem, and not only the player, a zoom in/out option (puzzles are small).

S70%
by S####:

There are a lot of different puzzles at various levels. I just wish the undo option undid the last push instead of the last move of the push ball.

S70%
by S####:

Love the game but lose the move undone thing it takes forever to go away

Y70%
by Y####:

100% cpu usage is a great problem. Otherwise great, with lots of levels.

S70%
by S####:

Don't get discouraged, this is the best android game, seriously.

R70%
by R####:

It says 328kb, but in application manager its 2MB

S70%
by S####:

Fun game. Try touchscreen controls!

T70%
by T####:

Good to see this classic on g1 with hundreds of terrifyingly difficult levels. All time best computer puzzle game.

S70%
by S####:

It is not working on my touch 3g

S70%
by S####:

A great game, but the puzzle grid is too small for the touch-screen input, and other input options clumsy, means not really playable.

S70%
by S####:

Its very slow to touch otherwise nice game !!

S70%
by S####:

No longer works on my G1

I70%
by I####:

Huge collection of puzzles! More accessible undo would be nice.

S70%
by S####:

Great game. Only bug so far is open/closing G1 kb during play messes up the board.

Y70%
by Y####:

Works again. Great game!

Prefer Socoban 2.0. Better UI. Good effort though...

W70%
by W####:

Very well done. Always nice to use when travelling.

X70%
by X####:

Totally exiting and losing the level if you hit the Back button is unforgivable, and entirely too easy to do. Capture the back button, use it for Undo, put Exit under a menu.

X70%

While this seems to be a nicely written app, the way the user interface is designed is a bad match for those of us with small screen devices, because it is too difficult to point accurately enough to distinguish in some circumstances between pushing an obstacle and moving around it. Giving the choice of arrow key or perhaps accelerometer-based controls would be a big improvement. Just my 2c.

Really ♥ this game, free and no add

My top criteria for a good sokoban implementation: * Tap where you want to move ( not repeatedly hitting arrows). Check. * Lots & lots of levels, including well-known sets like Microban and Sasquatch. Check. * Pleasing graphics. Check. My thanks to the developer!

Great graphic

P70%
by P####:

Collection is great but there is no indication when a level is completed... Please solve this issue and I'll give 555 stars :o)

D70%
by D####:

Great, but you need to do due dilligence with levelset rights and author credits. Sasquatch and Microban are by David W. Skinner.

X70%
by X####:

It neeeeds a save feature. With G2, it's too easy to hit the back or home buttons and then you have to start over!

V70%
by V####:

Unplayable on touch screen. Hopefully a work in progress.

X70%
by X####:

Not very enjoyable with touch screen.

X70%
by X####:

Changing screen orientation or leaving and continuing a game change the position of many blocks, ruining the game

S70%
by S####:

Great sokoban collection. Many hours and days of briliant intelectual fun.

X70%
by X####:

Not bad but on screen cursor buttons would help touch screen only users. Also not recognising when level has been completed. Htc desire on 2.1.

X70%
by X####:

It's fantastic. 5 stars

Please add app2sd.

Poor

X70%

Game is ok but I suffer occasional crashes on the Nexus One, and am not happy with the controls (keyboard shortcuts not convenient w/o one).

X70%
by X####:

Love it, but just got a nexus s without a keyboard or trackball. Please add an (optional) cursor keypad :)

L70%
by L####:

Is there any way to undo moves easily using touchscreen controls?
