Simon's Cat Dash

Amazing game. One suggestion though. After you in pause the game, there needs to be a short count down so you don't crash or anything. UPDATE: to many microtransactions! Gems need to be somewhat easier to get, and for the love of our sanity PLEASE change the sound of collecting butterflies to somthing not as loud and annoying.

I was happy to see this game updating on my phone, but instead of working on optimizations, you went ahead and went even heavier on the microtransactions. Game still has an awful framerate on my phone which makes timing the jumps on the hardest levels impossible. My phone is last gen, so it can't be the problem. It's a shame you guys are giving Simon's Cat such a bad reputation with this game. I'm uninstalling.

Love this game. But always watching videos is becoming a drag. Cant win gems very often. Freezing has been sorta fixed but now there is an issue of video (as much as i hats them) loading failure. Ive lost out on double coins or 2nd life and is annoying (but not as annoying as videos)

I enjoy it, hoping to see new bonus plays in the near future. Update. New update does not run smoothly. Controls stick my cat gets stuck in slide, doesnt respond to dash at timed or will jump instead of slide.

Framerate is bad, screen usually jitters when im playing. But overall nice time killer when you dont have internet connection

Very fun and addicting game. Runs smoothly, has good graphics, and brings out the best of Simon's Cat. My only complaint is that it's sometimes hard to predict when the cat would jump or dash shortly after it leaves the edge of a surface.

easy to play... loads a little slow and moves a little too quickly but overall a fun phone game for sure.

Slides are often picked up as jumps. This is a gamebreaker.

It's a very cute game. The music and graphics are just like the cartoon/book. The controls are still a bit funky, but that didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the game. The developers are responsive to when I send in emails about the bugs I find too. So many pluses!! I find myself playing it for good periods of time as it helps relax me! I recommend giving it a try. :)

Mostly a good game. Controls seem responsive enough. Animations are very nice, just like the Simons Cat videos. Would have given this 5 stars if not for the crappy loot box system. If you want to collect different cats outfits you have to collect 1000 butterflies to open one loot box. Then you have a small chance of getting a coin or two to put towards a new cat. More often you get a few butterflies and a powerup. Only other complaint is that the first loading screen is long.

Good game, but the controls could use some more work. Like with the ducking and jumping. Half the time the cat will jump instead of duck when trying to go through the tunnels. Or with jumping over the fence, I make it over and the cat just falls. And the bonus runs with the mice an hedgehogs need more work. It gets annoying when I make the jump over one without touching them and it still fails.

Takes a while to get used to the controls, but it's a pretty nice side scroll runner. I really wish I didn't have to pay for Kitten but I can live with that. I've only unlocked hedgehog mode so far and I haven't been able to get past more than one hedgehog - but I take that as just poor skills on my behalf. There's no game lag for me. Very impressed with the game

The controls are a little funky but it doesn't make the game any less fun. People are complaining about the characters you can buy but it isn't like they're important to being able to play the game. Overall I think the game has a good design and is pretty entertaining. Work on the bugs and it'll be good to go.

Really cute game, but has quickly got to the point where there's nowhere to go. I have tonnes of coins but nothing to spend them on, more head starys and catnips than I can possibly use because every time I use one I get a couple more, the misdion rewards are just more of the things I can't use, and I have no idea how to unlock the trails or buddies other than getting one in a present every so often. So I'm losing interest, because there is seemingly nothing more to achieve.

I was super excited to try this game but after 5 minutes of playing it's annoyed me. You literally lose the game as soon as you hit an object and it wants you to use a diamond to continue, the controls aren't responsive enough to make it possible to play for longer than 20 seconds a time so it's just frustrating. I gave up after a short time as it's really looking for you to spend stupid money on diamonds. Please make it so you get maybe 3 chances and then you lose, that way you get a longer go and more time to practise.

I'm pretty much addicted to this game. Load screen at the beginning is a little long but I just playing it. The animations are just as the videos and I love the different cats you can choose, they do make it harder to get extra stuff but you don't need the stuff to play the game! I don't have a problem with the controls, sometimes he jumps when I mean slide but really I think that's my fingers and the sensitivity of my phone screen. 5 stars, keep your games coming Simon!

The controls make the game useless. Love the videos. Disappointed we can't play the game. Hopefully they fix the issue and an update becomes availablr soon. If not ill uninstall. Waste of space otherwise ????

Poorly designed controls that sometimes don't work, but the worst thing about this app is the lack of flow between screens. If you lose you have to force (and I do mean force) the device to close the app, as it tries to force players to use diamonds (which I believe costs real money to get more) to continue, with no option to do anything else. Whether this is just poor app design or a deliberate cash grab attempt with children and the less technically savvy who wouldn't know how to close the app, I don't know. But regardless, these issues need to be repaired to get anything other than a thumbs down from me.

Controls need work. Particularly the duck/slide. You mostly end up jumping and face planting into the obstacle. Since you can only hit something once and your run is over it isn't much fun.

Big lack of imagination. There are plenty of games like this even with a much better movement control. Also you need to kill the process in order to exit the game since it doesn't provide any exit button, neither it responds to the back key.

How do I exit? Otherwise, overall an enjoyable game. Does start to glitch after a time. The jump and slide controls are finicky. Love tha there are No Ads. I hope the next update will fix these bugs.

Controls aren't my favorite as they're a bit finicky for me at least. Makes it a bit more frustrating than it needs to be. But otherwise I really like this game.

Really like this game. It's a platform game with funny, lovable character(s) and great graphics. The main problem (weirdly) is that the game doesn't run smoothly (keeps having short glitches). I have never experienced this problem before, so really doubt it's my phone's fault ...

Wow, just a poorly executed (dreadful controls) and shameless cash grab. You would have thought Simon Tofield was rich enough already but obviously he wants a lot more of kid's money with this game. Seriously it should not be £8 to buy anything in a game! Difficult to control and easy to lose your life so you have to shell out money. Avoid.

It's a bit slow and confusing with the controls sometimes and quite slow starting up, but I don't care! I love Simon's cat and I'm enjoying the game so far. No adverts is a bonus!

I really enjoyed this came until I noticed it cost £7.99 a character to unlock some of them. It's a game... there's no way it should cost that much. Completely lost my interest unfortunately.

I like this game because 1. it's fun and challenging, and 2. The game features Simon's Cat! What I dont like is how the sound for collecting the butterflies and the cats noises will randomly be heard or cut off for like a minute. Other than that, great game.
