This game deserves 5 stars. It really is unique, the whole "fear of the darkness" theme really gets me every time. It's not a 3D game, by any means, but has a very well-done atmosphere. The song that is heard can make you scramble to get away, which is often extremely terrifying, and I won't spoil anything else. All-in-all, what a unique game and concept.

I got a mini heart attack . Super duper scary . I almost breaked my phone whn that scary thing showed up. + the sounds makes me nervous. 5 stars for u. gotta show this to my friends and cousins :)

Me and my boyfriend were playing this...I've never seen a grown man jump around cry and scream at the same time...this game is super scary you really need to play this game at your own risk!!

If the game was made for blind users, it still needs improvement. The menu options have unlabeled buttons, so Talkback does not read them correctly. Improve accessibility, please! 2 star rating for now. As a blind Android user, I am Always looking for games which cause emotion, so I am interested in "The Song"!

I have my friends play it because I'm way too chicken to. I was right not to play it. We were playing in class them we all jumped back while screaming... and it says it follows you, it really does. My friend noticed a pattern, then the pattern changes at random so you really have no clue where it is... and apparently... it climbs things... Both headphones are needed since it uses both ears to give her location and how far it is. My friend said that he heard it's voice go from the right to center top.

When I first played this I was really SCARED and when the lady came out I THREW MY PHONE!! Hahahaha i really enjoyed it so i showed it to my classmates. THANK U FOR CREATING THIS APP. I REALLY ENJOYED IT. IT WAS WORTH IT.

I luv it becus,its ya,u know,SCARY, as every body says, but i dont get it much becus i passed first level (well i didnt really pass but i und the key) i didnt hear any SONGS as the game says, and also ppl are saying its bad,and not so s ary becus they aint gonna admit that they jumped a few times!! I honestly did!! It scary enough that i could of crapped my pants lol :-)

I had installed this game....but i got a little bit problem for the song...but it doesnt matter this is the game which ive ever wanted! Hell ya arigato yamiuta!

Now I know what people meant by saying "don't go towards the creepy song." Like, oh my god, I heard it, and my heart just started pounding. I didn't know which direction it was coming from, so I just walked forward. Then it started getting lighter, so I went faster. But then I saw a face and I was like "ah HELL nah!" and I turned around and went as fast as I could. Then I heard it again in front of me and I was like "noooo!". So a big hint: don't play at midnight with earphones that make really good sound.

I have never seen any kind of game like this. The first room is kinda to get the hang of it but the second room is when the horror really begins. Its hard though to find the way out ta each room. I tried going towards any music or sign of anything but darkness because I felt I was getting somewhere doing that but all it got me was a screaming face that scared me then it brought me back to the menu. Did I lose? If I did then it should let you actually know. I am sure I didn't win for sure otherwise the game is too short and had a non conclusive ending so unless this game truly sucks I am sure I lost or something but this unclear thing that happened makes the game confusing and doesn't make me want to play it unless I get some sort of answer or something because idk if it is worth playing or if the same thing or similar thing will happen. Great concept and originality though.

It takes a not-all-the-time used mecanic, and puts it under a magnifying glass, giving you an incredibly strong horror experience. Playing it in the dark only amplifys the immersion. I play horror games all the time and do commentary for youtube, and with the immersion, and the feeling of dread and helplessness as you think that something is around every turn, makes this an extremely good game. Its way up on my list of horror games!

It's a pain finding the key but overall all it scared me like no horror movie could. That song is going to give me nightmares! You should only start playing it if you have quite a lot of time to spare.
