Got kicked from my krew and I don't know how to join another one. Please help. Also when I open my game and I'm in an event, the energy doesn't come back even if I've been gone for days, I have to open and close the game. Perry gets annoying because he texts constantly about if I am ready

The game is buggy as hell. I would accept job with full energy and when I go to the place to start it, my energy is gone. Also, I would do a job and it would reach 4 stars but I have 0 energy so I would just come back, but when I came back, the stars were gone. Complete waste of time and energy and it's really frustrating.

This app is great if you want a time killer or have some fun being a celeb. The controls are great and the missions are challenging but not too hard. The one problem with this game is that it doesn't work offline. You can ONLY use it when you have connected to WiFi. I would appreciate it if the app could be used offline and if you could invite friends from other social media(s), like Instagram or Gmail. So far, it's only Facebook. Overall, the game has a great goal and I really enjoy playing it.

The game has made restart 3 times and when I try to go back to my saved game, it won't let me. The first time I accidentally restarted but the last 2 it has just not let me go back to my account. I've also had issues with events sometimes ending earlier than they're supposed to. Overall, it's fun when you're able to play but it really killed the game for me, having to keep starting from scratch every couple months.

I can't log into my persons saved account. It's saying it's there but won't load up when I click on it. It just sends me right back to making a new person. I play this game a lot and it's a 5-star game for sure, I just want to be able to load up my saved character and not lose it all.. again. Once that is fixed it will be 5 stars again.

Even after the update I can only play a short period of time before the game crashes. I really do like this game -more than the Kim game - but I can't play it and that upsets me. UPDATE: Still can't play the game and I have sent multiple emails and have gotten responses back but nothing is working! I know I'm not the only Android user having problems so it'd be really awesome if you guys could fix the issue, because as I said before, I really like this game. Thanks :)

The game was great. It was totally addicting, but when I logged in today, I was logged out. I tried to retrieve my saved game, but all it did was direct me again to a new game. Please fix this. UPDATE: It happened again with me at level 17 with 700K followers only this time it says that there is no game saved on my Google Play nor my Facebook. Please fix this. I don't want to start all over again.

I love love loooooove this game ????????????????!! Everything is perfect, the graphics, the dresses, hairstyles, storyline..... But I have one request ????????????... Pleaseeeeee decrease the prices of the dresses, hairstyles and accessories.. Because everybody is not able to buy K-gems by spending real money. You developers have to understand these matter. Thank you!!

To be completely honest I absolutely love this game one day getting home from work I went on my app and my saved game was completely gone did not log out of anything it was saved on for my Google account I was on level 12 with about 500K and a lot of money that I spent real money on so I'm very upset about this because I got so hooked on this game and just for it to be gone with no explanation and I know I could write to the game but there's absolutely no point... All the time it would take I've tried everything I could do I'm just over it but it's still just sucks :( besides that it was a great game I got addicted.. I'm just very upset that this happened.

Ah iv been playing this game for a year I'm one of the top players. But then I went on today and it's started me from the start all over again it took me sooooooo long to reach 6th place out of everybody playing then to just start me bak with nothing screw this :(

It's really nice! And addicting. Love the videos from Kendall and Kylie. The weekend events r great. The social media element is nice. However hair styles require k gems and a lot of them. Also please fix crashes and freezing problem. I can't air travel too. Mind u, this is wayyyyyyy better than Kim K's game. Once more, I love the weekend events and the events on Kylie and Kendall's birthday. Thanks for such a nice game!!!!????????????

Its a great game.. But recently every time I'm in a project and you know earn stars whenever I leave a few minutes or so before returning to the game. It takes away all the stars I've earned and Also it's been glitching ? It pauses in the middle of the game and starts over missions. Please fix this issues.

So the game got better, I beat Aubrey and all but ever so often when I close the game and wait for my energy to reload while I'm on a task while I have 3*, I come back to having only 1* and any gifts that I won within that time are gone and I have to pick a box again. Can you fix that glitch?

Im actually very upset right now. Today on the new weekend event I opened 2 boxes of prizes and I got a top that I loved and a very nice hair. For the event I decided to download the game to my phone as well as my Ipad just so I can do more gigs while at work. On my way home from work I started a gig and when I came home I finished it on my Ipad since the connection of the game on my phone is pretty slow, by this time my character was still wearing the new things I got but now an hour after I went in the game on my Ipad and suddenly I get a 2 star rating on a gig I finished in the morning and my character is dressed the same way as she was when I started the event and the items I won for the event are gone! I would like to get them back if its possible or at least an answer on what to do about that!

I liked playing the game. But after a few weeks of playing, it keeps on crashing every evening. It works good on the afternoon but wouldn't load at night? Do you have a timeframe for playing this? Please fix this so that others can play with no problems. Thank you.

The game is great but it keeps glitching during events and making me restart them. I could be half way through an event and already have 4 stars but it glitches and takes me back to 0 stars and doesn't give me my time back. Alot of events I end up with only 2 or 3 stars which is really annoying. from that I love the game

Currently struggling in the game due to my character not having any jobs to do. All I can do is go on dates and then the 1 gig that Perry gives me and that's it. I don't know what's happening in the game but I would like to gain more followers and do more events but apparently I have no events or anything. It's already been 2 days with no event just the 1 gig a day . Please fix issue.

I was shocked because I just didn't play the game for a few days and then basically it restarted. I think I should delete the game too.. But it was a very nice game. But you know, it restarted. :( don't know how to be on level 9 again. It really takes time to get to that level too. Like it will take you days or weeks.

Love the game.... Just reinstalled and my old progress was still there, SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT!! Just wish they could add more to it, like, allow the avatars to get married and start a family, cause I have already maxed the relationship.... But I really enjoy this game.

I downloaded mobile strike and advanced my headquarters to level ten but never got my diamonds and I was supposed to get almost 2000 so Im probably done with this game it cheats me all the time! Not happy at all:(

It's a fun game it's just really annoying when you leave the game and come back and it takes you back to before you completed an event that you know you just completed. It also glitches and just sticks at a spot when you try to travel, one time I bought diamonds and it never gave me my diamonds it just glitched and kicked me out. It also takes forever for the energy to reload. I really don't wanna delete his game but if these things aren't fixed I will delete this game, I will except a refund on the diamonds I bought or you could just give them to me in kkg. Thank you

Awesome game and i have told a lot of friends to download it but they all deleted it and im still playing ... but whenever I go from lax to anywhere... It just hangs..and if i close the game and open it again.. I see that my coins r gone but i hardly ever reach those places and still my money is wasted.. Taking flights from lax is the worst... And the duration for energy is sooo long

I used to love this game. It was one of the best between all other games. But lately it just started to mess around. I can't even date or do any event because there are NO OPTIONS even to start with! PLUS! When those things happened, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again. But it GOT WORST! AND ALL OF MY GEMS (which is 600+) and all of my cash are gone and missing! Please help me. I love this game so much. It's just so sad to stop playing it and uninstalled it for good.

High Maintenance Game If u don't have a credit card with lots of money on it don't bother downloading..... ALL the cool stuffs in diamonds and worth hundreds so if you want to enjoy the game u have to spend money if u have no money like lots of ppl just uninstall and don't waste your time.

It has very good graphics and it is good to allow to communicate & share to your friends about your new fashions, interests, & experiences in the world of this app! But, all apps have some cons & the con is that the energy meter loads up to long for me to handle. My experience was frustrating. But, the app is amazing, otherwise! #????

I've been using this app for a while now. And today I experienced the first glitch. I was doing an event and got almost 4 stars. After that I waited until my energy recharged. When I returned to the game my event progress had reset and the energy I used for it was stolen! Ended up getting one star on an event I was almost finished with. Please fix this. So frustrating.

The game is great and all but I lost all my progress when I tried to open it not long ago... You know how hard it is to get on 14 lvl only to get all your efforts erased? ... I'm so angry rn... it's not the first time I get my gameplay erased...but this time I rlly believed you resolved your problems.... atm I really hate this game.

I'm restaring this game originally I gave it 2 stars. I started playing when it was first released and it had a lot of bugs and glitches but had potential. Like a year later at least I'm taking away a star, the game is a total scam. Playing the completely free version is all good, but spending RL money is no longer an option. Nor is the in-game offers for free gems, energy, and stars worth the time.

5/5 ! I don't care to much about the jenners but out of all the similar apps like the Britney Spears etc this is by far the best. After getting into the game you get to focus mainly on just doing your own thing. Its great. Great game.

Game crashed and logged me out of my game I've been playing for a long time. Can see it on the save menu but can no longer use it. Don't want to restart so I guess I'm done playing.

I really like this game, but is there any way i can quit my krew? They haven't been active and i want to join a new one! And the price for hairstyle is diamond, but the diamond is so hard to get. Other than that i think the game is really addictive.

I really like the game, its fun! But this new update made it so slow, last time i tried to load it and took about 45 min. Now I dont even try to load it, no one wants to wait so long. Please fix it :)

I REALLY LOVE THIS GAME I WAS IN LEVEL 15, I HAD LIKE 20.3 K IN MONEY, 405 K-GEMS, 29 ENERGIES, 290.8 FOLLOWERS AND A LOT OF CLOTHES. BUT THEN SUDDENLY THE GAME WAS RESTARTED, RIGHT NOW I HAVE 204 -IN MONEY-, LIKE 25 K-GEMS, 16 ENERGIES, I'M JUST IN KEVEL 2, AND YOU KNOW WHAT? 10 FOLLOWERS. I'M REALLY MAD AT THIS CUZ I GAVE THE BEST OF ME IN THIS GAME, AND FOR WHAT? I THINK IT IS NOT FAIR, I READY ASK FOR A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM But at the same time the game is amazing af, I just hope/wait for an answer

For some reason everytime I try to complete a mission it starts my energy at zero even if I originally started with full energy. This has cost me to get one star or sometimes no star ratings on performances and dates please fix

I bought the $20 gem pack. I received my gems and bought a few things. Well now everytime I exit the app it sends me back a level and buys new things. I had 1200 gems after i bought things but now since I exited the app I only have 492 gems. This needs fixed. I either need all my gems back or a refund. I didn't pay $20 just to get ripped off.

**update** Haven't been able to play for months!! Anytime I've emailed the game devekoper, they reply about doing some refund. I've told them that I just want to be able to load and play my saved game. It's still unresolved.** I've been playing this game for a long time. But I haven't been able to play the last couple of days. Every time I open the game, I'm unable to log on to my saved game. I've submitted a ticket to the developer to fix, but haven't heard back yet on any solution. Uninstalling until it's fixed.

There are so many bugs. Conveniently some of these actually steal your gems and the money you spend on your gems. But fear not, the support team will refund you 50 gems. Although the cheapest buy is 400 gems. This app is so addicting and upsets me so much. I don't enjoy things messing with my money. I'm kinda surprised a Kardashian-Jenner doesn't have an issue with their name being associated with an app that literally steals money.

I have a problem.. i just started a party in my home in santa Monica and no options are coming up to complete the event the only thing i found is invite celebrity to my party i tried quitting the app , going to places and coming but nothing is working .

Love this game! Glu support is always helpful when I'm having issues! Love the weekend events and the clothes. The only problem I have is I have beat the storyline and only getting gigs from Perry. Would love an update! Also if anyone wants to join an awesome kre search Trend Zone!

I LOVE THE GAME! Just one tiny problem... For some reason I got logged out of my saved game and when I tried loading it back with my email that I had it set up with, it wouldn't load?! I spent money and a lot of time on to that save! Why can't I get my data back?!
