I really do enjoy the game but I keep getting the error that this item does not exist. This happens when I am trying to upgrade my active skills, it happens when I try to upgrade my passive skills, it happens after I beat a level and then I am not able 2 get out of the level without restarting the game and therefore does not show that I beat the level even though in the experience or scavenger levels it still takes my daily level away from me. It also happens when I'm trying to buy items with gems. It has been doing this now for about 4 days and just will not stop doing it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice yet I'm still having the same issues. I also have contacted customer support and told them about the issue and they have not responded to me in any way. As I said, the game rocks but if they don't fix this issue then I will just uninstall it completely and not spend any more money on it. If they do fix the issue, they will get five stars.

It'll go to title screen and when I login it just says "syncing" and then follows it up with "connection has timed out". I installed and uninstalled several times to see if that would fix the problem but the same thing keeps occurring. Fix this.

its clear that you left it aside but some ppl still wanna play! no more quests etc. nothing .Can you at least make it possible for 1 person to fight to Raid Boss alone? Will be awesome since more of my clan are gone and its hard to find active players nowadays . Thanks :)

your game sucks! after the world boss fight it keeps syncing and syncing even my net is too DAMN STRONG! and suddenly theres a box appeared saying SORRY THIS ITEM DOES NOT EXIST?! wtf?! . . solve this problem guys your server or maybe your game is damn sucks! bring back my money that I bought some GEMS I deserve it!!

It was fun playing 3 rd version but there were few errors. Improved a lot in ver 4 . Till now np error but npw getting errors while loading the game and at the time quest end prize " Item does npt exist". Even though at the time of loading game when the scene of tower between mountains appear. Please fix it so that I can give it sparkling 5 STARS! Awesome game !

Nice graphics and great controls. Gameplay is pretty sweet so far. Only complaint is the energy system is slow to recharge and the game does not provide any other way to refill it except with time or diamonds. Additionally, it keeps wanting me to watch videos for diamonds but there is none available. Remove the limit on how you can watch per day for diamonds.

Would have loved it, if not for the fact that every other level would get stuck with an error message saying item not found and ask me to retry or the connection would time out. Unless this glitch is fixed this game will continue to suck. Shame because I really liked the graphics and storyline behind the game.

There's no way to offer feedback! Decent game, great game play, but they don't fix things. I lost energy, coin buff, Xp buffs today multiple times on both my mage and crusader. They seem to have sync issues. ...fix things before you offer x2 Legendary!!!!! Test test test!

Ridiculous app, I can't play this game. I had played eternity warriors 2 and loved that. Then i installed e. Warriors 4 but it doesn't work at all. After downloading app & additional file, this game stuck on syncing. I had tried so much, I uninstalled and installed this app so many time but it doesn't helped. This thing is not only happening on my device but also on my all friends devices. Please do something.....

we don't need all those things at all... and why there is chat continuously running. it lags a lot... while fighting with boss sometimes it lags... even though i have a good processor and gpu... this things lag like a hell... please remove unwanted things from this game....that lag irritates a lot... other heavy games doesn't lag even for a second, then why this game is lagging... I like this game.. but that lag makes me insane

This game is stuipd. It is pissing me off bc it won't let me play. It keeps syncing and then saying "Sorry the item doesn't exist" and then makes me restart over and over. I have played EW 1-3 and they were great games. Except for this one. Please update and fix the bugs.

Almost every time I get on and try to play a level i have to close it out because "item doesn't exist" or can't connect to server. Never had this problem before last year when I played but I was trying to get back into it and it's not working

I liked it. The combat are interesting and fun. It's challenging, and that's something quite missing from other mobile rpg. Some downside is it needs a more attractive and interactive interface. And for some reason it lags when you're in the lobby, so i guess it needs a lighter internet connection. And...it has many ads that'll pop outta nowhere in your loading screen. Fix these three and this will be one of the best mobile rpg in the store.

The idea of the game is great! And its fun and challenging aswell. However the "syncing" occurs way too often. Both in wifi and cellular data. Its annoying having to redo a stage up to 3 times. Without the syncing problem, this wouldve gotten an easy 5 Star.

Forced to watch an Ad. I know thats how you make money but still sucks to experience it. I guess there is no better way to gain 10 to 1 cent on a view but to force your players to watch an ad. There should be some sort of EULA for that kind of interaction.

Sorry, item does not exist... Syncing... Connection timed out. Retry? Please fix it. It's a decent game. Although, B&G Immortals and Eternity Warriors 2 are better. Support your games for longer than a year or at least make them self sufficient.

Im trying to play on a Samsumg Galaxy J1 but Everytime I get to play "sync" will pop up and say unable to connect, while I have full bars on 4g lte. Or when it does decided to "connect" I'll finish a level and as the last treasure box drops it will start to say sync again then 15secs later ,everytime, a box pops up and says item does not exist. I click ok then it continues to loop continously saying "sync", "item does not exist". Plz fix this big and I will change my rating. Thank you

This game use to be good but all I get after changing phones, from the HTC One to G5 its syncing. I. Clear the data & the cache too. Uninstall reset the whole phone back to factory & still get the same thing.

It's a good game and I like the new features, but somethings are too expensive,rare and it is also very new player aggressive. I mean some quit cos they can't handle the prices and equipment and the types of bosses they fight. At the beginning it's difficult but at the end it gets easy. This needs to be fixed.

I'm literally paying for a game i cant even play. I've spent money and can't play the game. I either get a connection error or a "this item is not found error" I'm getting 30mb a sec so definitely not on my end. Filing a claim with Google to get my money back. Oh yea and i uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. It's a good thing to not that their support team is also useless.

Played for all of 5 mins, seemed decent. Then at the end of level 2. Syncing Syncing Syncing Syncing.....sorry this item does not exist! Only option retry. Syncing Syncing Syncing Syncing....sorry this item does not exist! Retry!!!!!!!Over and over and over again. Then why the f@#k did you give it to me?! Over and over completely stuck with no other option but to return to my phone homescreen and uninstall the game. Won't be reinstalling.

Keeps crashing, keeps "syncing," crashes at end of level....that is when it actually connects to the game after you start it over again. Super frustrated!!! Could be a great game otherwise, what do you guys do all day????? Fix this already

Great,until i changed my phone from galaxy s4 to galaxy s7. The great graphics dissapeared colours seem like they are washed away. I played this game alot , but now i don't even have the will to start the game so i am gonna reduce the number of stars because of this. I'm not happy with the game anymore and i even contacted the developers and still nothing!

How could you possibly play the game if it always says update failed . . For that you failed to me one star until you fix this issue. Ps i have a strong internet connection

Dear glu team. I just installed the game, but I couldn't make any account. My internet connection is very good though. When I tapped 'sign in' it said 'login time out'. I'm sorry to give u one star. I need your solution. Best regard.

The problem arise when you tried to play the game and it's pretty difficult to load the game because it's either said CONNECTION TIMEOUT or ITEM NOT FOUND. It's really disappointing and you guys should act fast in solving the issue. Thanks

The game is completely awesome i love it. But it lags a lot and is slow in loading which isnt too good for me cause i like smoothe moving games. Apart from that great effects add lots of cheaper stores and fix lag flr my five stars.

Love this game but for the past week its been very glitchy. When you try to open game it doesent sync just says "item not found" or it keeps saying "connection timed out". If you do manage to get in a level or two when u beat the level it starts with the "item not found" thing again. Please fix. I love this game

Sometimes and in last time happens often game stay on syncing and after that gives some error like this item doesnt exist and cant do anything just close the game and pray to work next time...plss its a good game with good potential fix this bugs please.

Hi guys. I really enjoy your game. Have played E.Warriors 3 too and seem to have the same problem with this one. My game keep saying "syncing" with 4g connection. Not sure if it is withe actual game or just my SP. I am giving this a 5 star rating cause i'm 100% sure where the problem is. Otherwise brilliant game

i'm from south east asia, and the feel i got from this game is very different from other similiar hack n slash genre, but the lag become worst the more i play...

Graphics and gameplay is good. The only problem is the internet connection. Please put into consideration that some of your players play on 3G. Fix server requirement to make 3G connection players have a decent in game experience rather than sucking up to the long "Syncing" message everytime we load a menu.

Did I mention the loading (-1)? Paying to remove ads wouldn't affect the massive load and lag times in this otherwise decent game. The main screen is a redundant place to run around and talk to NPCs instead if using the icons (-1). Skills, progression, and eq are well done but fighting is like 1/5th of actual game play (-1), add in energy and you get very little fighting indeed.

First of all, I love the game play and graphics. Too bad it's clouded by poor service. It's constantly needing to "Sync" all the time, Freezing up in the Daily Dungeons, etc. I play Swords of Chaos, Walking Dead, Dungeon Hunter 5, Vikings and other online based games on my nVidia Shield LTE Tablet. Not a single one of them have an issue, not one of them constantly is Freezing, Losing Connection, Having to Sync every time you touch something. No, I'm not going to go to your website, the problem is stated quite clearly right here for all to see. Fix the problems, I'll be more than happy to update my comment and up the rating. Until then however, this is how it is.

Boring game. Slow paced game. You have to wait for an energy refill that will take 1 energy for every 3-5 mins. To get to a battle/game proper, u must have atleast 5 energy points.

can't find friends at real time with the same server.. i'll rate 5 stars if the developers replies and will say any preparations for this problem, and the Lag pLease fix it.. my phone is a Jiayu G6 variant with OctaCore mt6753 and 2GB RAM, why so Laggy ?

Sync all the time. HACKERS and CHEATERS everywhere in the game.. Already email SO MANY times to GLU and their sucks customer support, They do nothing, even worse.. Now they didn't even reply. GLU IS VERY SUPER EXTRAORDINARY EXTREMLY BAD COMPANY, they didn't care with their customers, they didn't care with VIP customers who pay money to them. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEAL WITH. THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!

Firstly, Love the gameplay. Like a God Of War taste to it. The various splashes and slams and freaking Sword is awesome the axes the magic is complicated and amazing the the the EEEEEEKKKKKKKK. Just play it play it till you die it too awesome to give up on haha

Disappointed by this game at the time of this review (2/8/16), and I'll give you three reasons why: #1: greedy devs. I'm fine with spending $20 - $30 on a single mobile game a year if it is top notch quality. Sadly, they want more. You'll fly through the first third of the game and not have to spend a dime. The middle third of the game your progress substantially slows unless you make small, real money transactions. No biggie, right? But the last third of the game and all end game content (where you will spend the bulk of your time and where all the competitive PvP will be) you'll have to spend a lot to go anywhere and stay competitive. I don't know exactly how much that will be in this game, but I can tell you it looked like a lot. Like $20 - $100 a month depending on how much you play. It's not just this game, but beware this is one of those games. #2: graphics. I know, they look amazing. Too good. I have a new Hauwei Nexus 6P 64gb phone and it can't really handle it well. The lag others have mentioned is real. #3: data hog. It used 45mb of my data in one hour of LTE play. If you are always using WiFi while playing, you'll be fine. If not, beware. Hope this helps you!
