I really loooove this game ????????!! Among all the Glu games, it has the best graphics.. But I have one request ????????.... If you developers really want us to enjoy this game, please decrease the price of the dresses. Because everyone is not able to pay real money just to buy some B-gems.. And all the beautiful dresses, hairstyles are so high in price!!!!! Either convert the B-gems prices to just dollar price; or give us a good source to income B-gems. Because only 3 B-gems after completing one level are not enough!... Thank you!

SO HERES THE PROBLEM- i clicked on free b gems and it gave me an offer of 200+ gems to download and reach level 11 on Lords Mobile so i did and the offer disappeared and i never received my gems!! I AGAIN completed ANOTHER offer for a good amount of gems for downloading Coin Master & reaching the second village, so I DID and guess what? The offer was gone and still no gems. Im super displeased.

I completed the a-list quest, but the quest still shows up. Other than that, this is a great game except for the time required to gain back energy. One energy equals 5 minutes of waiting time :/

Well I liked the game and all but I can't buy clothes or stuff like that anymore. It says that I have no money for a 200 coin shirt, but I have 2,366 coins? It's annoying really. I can waste my money on missions but not that... Extremely disappointed

This game is fun.Its totally worth it to download this game. Red gems are hard to earn. The game should add a private chat system, some of the people from the public chat are rude and its very disturbing. I even saw someone talked about sex in the public chat. Stupid people ruins the game.

Love how you can do cool things on there that you may want to experience in the future or just right now. But one thing I wish that they updated it to the Christmas version I would really love that so yea keep playing.

why can't i get the daily spin prize that i won? i already get a highheels and a fancy tops.but i can't find it anywhere. please fix this for i really love the game. i'll give 5 stars if you guys could help me

I did like it til it won't let me change clothes and each pants or skirt or short the same pair pants I worn day a 2 ago it don't removed. I tried it won't let me. The clothing thing don't have them pants what she wearing the only way I can get them remove is to restart the game or make another person. I uninstalled it and going to lost my game I was on level 10 or 11. If you fix the game where I can removed pants I wouldn't had did that and now I'm start fresh or get my game back

Ive landed on these shoes in the daily spin and i STILL havent been awarded the shoes. Which is extremely frustrating, i cant even explain how annoying that is because i spent money on the b diamonds and used them for that spin. Fix this issue, looks like im not the only one having it. Id also like a refund for my b diamonds.

OK this game was really good. But so many glitches. Perfumes aren't working.... Sometimes you have to re due a quest... The game needs a lot more work, as in make it better. Will you guys ever update this game, its still having issues. Guess they ditched it.

Nice Idea buuuut.... It needs to be fixed... A LOT! Way too slow to tap, get started, and to talk. The sensitivity is crap and you need to tap like crazy to get a response. The design is garbage, it's like it got smashed by a frying pan, the face models looks non life like and just insulting. Overall, the idea and I guess the actual story is fine.... I like the idea of it, but the story needs to be tweaked, you move way to quick, that's nonexistent you idiots!

So I've wasted at least 40 bucks on this game..a glitch caused me to lose all of my fans and status-plus now half of the items I've bought aren't showing up and I refuse to rebuy them. I have contacted customer service and had no response as to how the issue could be fixed. Could I please have a refund???

Ok so read the top description I give it a 8-10 because... 1st of all there's too much connection errors which messes up MY wifi! And 2nd of all its to slow to load but overall that its a fun addictive game! ????

It's a pretty fun lil game, time killer, even though I don't like B.Spears at all. The clothing shoes and hair options is extremely disappointing.

Hi Glu company I really love your games and most of your games are exellent! But this one The graphics are good but the gameplay are so slow! And why does it needs a connection? It even doesn't have Leaderboards so why does it need connection? Also your crontrols was good enough for me.

I'm so sad. I really wanted to play it, I was so excited and then... just did not start. It keeps saying "Failed" and does not load. I am really sad.

It was okay, but the energy thing takes waaaaay too long to re-up. I can't even finish what I start because I run out energy half way through and can't sit around and wait for it to reload. By the time I can play again, the event is over and I lose any bonuses and stuff. Over it.

Love it but.... I adore this game like I usually do when it's by glu, but could you possibly not make so many things to buy for the b-gems? Also when u watch a video to get b-gems, can u get more than one because it takes an awful, long, boring time ? Thank you

Love this game. Only problem is I also got stuck on the Kyle Kane quest- Anne calls you to meet up with him in Bayside Miami, and he is no where to be seen and all locations are locked. PLEASE FIX ASAP! I want to keep playing this game and not be stuck! I am NOT going to delete it and re-install because I will lose everything in my game! Please fix this issue so users can keep playing!

I love the game and concept, however, the game needs a massive update to fix all these bugs. Me personally, I'm stuck on the "create serialization manager" page. Please fix this game as it has a lot of potential.

The main problem that I have is that the items for purchase, like the clothes, are expensive. I also think some more energy would be nice. I was unable to finish a task , because I ran out of energy. Overall the game is fun.

I really like the game, however as someone else mentioned there is a glitch with the daily spin. I've landed on those sparkly shoes but can't find them anywhere. I'm very disappointed as I saw a forum that was on about this exact same thing from 2016!

THIS D*MN GAME JUST DELETED ALL OF MY PROGRESS!!! AND RESET ME TO THE BEGINNING!!!! DEFINITELY TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT GET THIS GAME! I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS.

The content of the game is good, but whenever I close the app I risk losing progress that I made. I've lost stars on goals that I had completed before leaving the app and also contacts I had made.

Stuck on Kyle Kane for over a month! Support said they would fix it, lol! Deleting game, happy I didn't spend any money.

I have reached out to support about being stuck in the kyle kane quest and was told that my issue would be resolved in the next update. either i did not get "the next update" or it didn't work. either way, im still unable to play so i am giving it a one star rating, and am waiting ONE week for a resolution or i will simply uninstall the game and find another one to play. im sure there is something out there that i can play.

Almost 9 out of 10 times I buy a perfume for my events it will not show up and I just lost yet an other 5 red gems. Fix it or give me back my 30 red gems (yes its happened at least five times or more since the perfume is featured)

Let me start by saying that all of your games have lots of issues. This one made me spin a wheel for free stuff and I won a pair of shoes I never received. I've searched my inventory and can't find the pair of shoes I have won for spinning the wheel. Please fix this issue and I will give this game 5 stars. If its not fixed in a week I'm uninstalling and moving on to a better game company cuz glu is always having problems and never making much effort to fix any of them.

I complete quests and yet it still says they are incomplete. I made the C list, and now have the quest to make the B list, however the C list quest is still there. Also, it still shows me as being on the E list in my record label? Fix these issues and I will change my rating. Thanks.

When you spin the daily prize wheel you don't always get your prizes. I landed on these cute shoes and I believe a purse and they weren't awarded to me. I've looked everywhere -- huge disappointment considering I won the shoes by spinning again and using my Britney diamonds. 10/23 UPDATE - I JUST WON MORE AWESOME CLOTHES FROM THE DAILY SPIN AND THEY AREN'T BEING AWARD TO ME. GETTING IRRITATE..GOING TO DELETE THIS GAME!

I actually enjoyed this game to start. Then I hit a bug that locked the location I needed to enter to continue the game. Customer service told me there was no resolution and that I should try playing Kim Kardashian instead. I tried resetting to see if that helped, and the game deleted all the gems I bought. Forget this $#%*@#!

I'm a new player of the game, I was enjoying the kardashian game and I wanted to try this one out. Bad impression. It is stuck on loading clothing and stays there for a long time, I won't spend hours just waiting for the game to fully load

This game was GREAT and I had fun with it, even advanced to level 17. But at one point I was no longer able to go to different locations. Which is necessary to further your career. I was stuck in one spot and unable to move. I put in a help ticket. After weeks of back and forth they told me they couldn't fix the bug and told me to play one of their other games, such as Kim Kardashian (barf!) Or Kendall & Kylie (barf again!). Really disappointed.

Not sure who will read this but I have been informed that there will be no more updates. I am on level 19 and have been informed through customer support. Would upload a screen shot if I could to prove it. Delete the game
