Born in San Diego, California, 32 years ago, Lilly Bloom, a true detective, is the oldest of four sisters. She joined the Police Department with a sole purpose: to prevent the younger sister Julie, the black sheep of the family, from getting into troubles.
Since Julie has joined the Piston Skulls gang, most of the time of Lilly’s patrol is dedicated to chase, stop and then release her at night, with a harsh rebuke.
