AimU launches you into the world of mass spectrometry in a fun and challenging way! Speedy charged particles generate a magnetic field as they move, and electromagnets are used to deflect them according to their mass-to-charge ratio. Here, you act as the mass analyzer: take control of the field strength and push the particles to the right detectors. First, choose the particle you want to launch, then choose the field strength that will send it in the right direction. You'll have to think fast—and think smart—as the time you have to hit each detector decreases and the target patterns become more varied. It won't always be easy, but it's easy to start playing, and you'll learn some chemistry along the way!
