Conway's Game of Life for Android
I wish I could zoom in an hour. It would allow for easier shape building.
I made an ever changing maze with b.3 and s.2.3.4
It is creative and cool.
Simple and nice
the game broke! I could not watch any ads or start a new game. (Request) Please make it so you can add your own boxes!
Problems with touch, though, my phone works fine with everything else.
Nice aesthetics. Lock/unlock toggle would be more intuitive as a 3-way move/draw/erase toggle. I like the continuous board. A better icon wouldn't hurt. Good version of the game.
I wish I could zoom easier to paint specific shapes easier and I found a glitch if you change the rule to S. 8. And B. 3,4,5, 8 random total extinction some times occurs and it looks like its for no reason.
Does not all for any permissions. Though it'll help if the game allows to construct gliders or trains by filling specific pixels
Plus features I didn't even know I would want like random fill!
I can't place dots where I want them. Frequentlyy the game places the dots slightly off from where I click and with no undo or erase option, I can't create glider guns or any other cool designs.
It is creative and cool.
Very cool! I wrote a version of this "game" for an Intel 8080 microprocessor back in 1975.
Great to see this famous cellular automaton crafted into an easy-to-use and aesthetic app. The extra 'settings' are a treat. Am also glad to see no 'permissions' are required. Great work!
Too bad it crashes all the time. I'd give it five stars if bugs were fixed and either the settings menu was more user friendly (there's really no point in having lots of different settings screens with one or two settings on each! - why not combine them into one screen?), or at least the changing of survival / birth rules was accessible directly from the game UI.
Very bad hard to use needs improvement
Loved the lock unlock feature so you can zoom and move and the fact you can zoom in without deleting what you've been working on can, can I delete single cells? Without having to start all over, generation counter would be good,
Amazing game.. Loved it..:)
Excellent game made... hats off to the coder.....:)))
