I love this game much. I have visited the forum and so sad that my inquiry there has not been replied. Please take a lot of your care to it and don't forget to release at least 4 heroes each month to keep your game alive. Please also offer us the rune/equip available for purchase as it is so difficult to obtain the good hi-rank rune. Thanks.

Ok.... graphics 5/5, char disign 4/5... game battle it just for me. Ilike it so 5/5.... story line ?/5 because just start it. Voice . . 1/5... sir trust me add some voice to the main character some people want this i think. Then i give my last star if u update it at major update next time

I really like the game. Good stuff. Only a couple of concerns overall. 1. Work on the character looks alittle more cute and pretty sells. With functionality. 2. Make the battle in diangnal not left to right. Left to right is overused. To don't want to be another generic game. That all for now. Do this you probably make more money too

Its a good game but the idea of collecting gold and rocks just to summon is a little tedious... It may get better later in the game but im not sure... I have yet to pass the first chapter which is incredibly difficult for new characters. All and all though a solid seeming game so far.

Its just hard to summon. I have more than 50,000 gold but still cant summon cuz u need to get the stone or whatever. Its hard plus i always get lvl1 character.. wasted lol..

ZERO customer service. I've been swearing at these idiots on their forum (in THEIR OWN posts) for months now just to prove that they don't read them. As a result, the dwindling player base can't even provide feedback to fix the myriad of problems.

Loving this so far. After a while I realized if you don't spend money it's just not fun. Not a lot of reward incentive, EVERYTHING costs gems. I will play something similar that gives gems as well.

Maintenance is starting to hurt this game. It's far too often and way too long. Also, have you guys heard of advertising? That might help with the low pop. Games gonna fail if you don't get it together.

This game is more realistic than same type in difficulty battle level. U cant get easily 3 star even from 1st battle. Its quite fun. The graphic is also good. Perhaps the city needs more.... easy to look changing

First I like the idea of the game but I have never played a game before that doesn't want you to play it after 30 min I have zero keys zero arena passes zero gems zero gold and sitting here waiting for six hours or more so I can play again I would rate the game higher if there wasn't a you have to spend real money to actually play this game mentality games should be games fun and something to keep you occupied not waiting to play when you are in a waiting room in real life get rid of the pay to play model

Placed in the top 10 guilds "DARKPROPHETS" loved this game quit due to no improvement played for well over a year and wish you kept up the work dev team, the only reason why I keep it at a 5* rating is because of hiw much ai loved the game and the hope of new and better days, lo g rest the never changing Once Heroes. P.s guess thats why its called "Once" Heroes.

Don't bother with this game it is dead. Play Summoners War instead. Game is literally dead!! No updates what so ever.

There was a 2 to 3 days maintainance and after that another 11 hour maintanance..... and to think that i summoned a natural 5 hero from the compensation and after i exit the game and open its gone ..... double the dissapointment . Fix your game pls

Just downloaded the game and the permissions have asked to manage and make phone calls??!! This is NOT in YOUR list of permissions at the bottom of your description!! Please explain why you need this permission accepted to play the game??

Addictive!!! I said to myself, "5 more minutes," but I can't stop playing!! With those characters, and A+ storyline, this game deserves more attention.

This game keep charging your money!! Scam. I'm a legit player top 5 rank player. I used to purchase in game here last year and stopped playing coz no update but i just realized they still charging me up to 400+ $ till this year april

I've waited for the whole week to get a dark seline dungeon and when i already got 1 dungeon opened the game suddenly goes on maintenance? Yeah it's only a freaking 2 star guy but the thing here was, I've wasted a whole week for this game! And then after maintenance dark dungeon will be close!!!!!

Its fun. Just starting off but enjoying it. Only element F2P will have along way to catch up. Disadvantaged from the start.

I love this game much. Please make weekly events and create at least 3 heroes monthly, and also provide us the special package of IAP every weeks just like the game of seven knights

Great game.....But I don't think it's supported much. Submitted a bug to the developers and haven't heard back for months.

This game is dying. No updates no events. Only one channel means low volume of players. And they wont do anything about it. This game is hanging by a thread.

Maintenance has lasted over 24 hours and still continuing, i dont know if anyone else has this problem but i do and im missing out on daily logins and time to do events & gaining materials to summon is quite difficult compared to most games so maybe make them abit easier to obtain.

I tried to logout my accnt but nothing happens It should have an option that it can be logged out and use a different accnt... Im just suggesting guys... I do have 2 accnt.. in any of my games..

Culdnt play the game. It ask for permission to contacts, phone and pictures when i deny it wouldnt play. What a shame, couldnt get to try. Will uninstall

Wow really enjoying this game , lots of heroes and plenty of quests , the battle can be a bit grindy but I'm kinda like that too , highly recommend this game for any rpg / hero collecting fans :)
