i like the game but your mandatory tutorial makes me want to kill myself i hate them

I've been with this game almost 5 years, and for the first time I trust a few of these reviews told about "crashes", and it did to me several times especially when doing Auto Continue. Please tell us what's the true specification for this game without getting crash ? RAM to be at least 6GB or Snapdragon 800+ or what ? *after clear cache = it appears that this game still crashes at certain point even after clear caches, as I was once QA in IT company, I'd say this is RAM problem. Because it appears that this "auto continue" consumed so much memory, and then if auto continue stopped, when we tried to access other features, the game crashes again somehow, mind if I could give suggestion ? Plz update an auto clear cache in the game system, so it will give notification such as "game cache overload, please restart the game to prevent crashes" I gave that idea because not all phone have same problem as mine. Maybe larger RAM capacity wouldn't crashed easily (mine only 3GB).

Just came back to this after 1 1/2 years of forgetting about it and now all these different classes are awesome. It's keeping me again.

The game is fine. But on any rooted device, it is naughty and asks for root access. 1star for this. I do not simply grant superuser access to my device.

The game freezes in the character selection menu. .pls help.. It still crashes aftet i clear the cache and reinstalling the game many times. .fix this issue pls. .

Overall tis a great game.... But money stems and thosej vip is drawback for me....

I installed this game, got my characters level up to 30 plus, this took me abt a couple of weeks. Even though it was a bit hit & miss, lagging sometimes, I even change the setting on the graphic to low to accommodate my oukitel k9000 pro 8core.. I'll cut to the chase my account went miss a day ago.. after I closed the game fully from running in the background.. Started back yesterday asking me to create account...I can afford to waste time playing a good game with potential to lose my account gems etc. It's long Sort it & I'll change the ratings otherwise I'll jog back to tai chi panda & I've been playing that for over 2/3 years.. I don't false ratings, if your game is good I give a fair & honest rating..

Can you help me what phone do I need to use so I can avoid the crash error report just asking please reply thanks # Forever Kritika

New updates but the bugs still there. So annoying. Cant play my crimsons asssins. Always stuck in everything. How many response that u get from ur suggestion to contact the link u gave. But it still doesnt change anything.

19th March 2018. Just crashes all the time forcing you to re install then it just crashes . leaving you with an empty feeling, not good enough gamevil :(

Its an ok game but i see alot of failed enhances even at high lv rates and its very frustrating to save up weeks only to havd items fail and the game also crashes alot

So, now im using a new phone and tried kritika again. Wow it works! Loving this game. Can i have some troubleshooting? Whenever I listen to music kritika minimizes the volume of my music. What should I do? Is this a bug? My game is on silent mode.

Since s3 to s9, the game always crash. And you telling me you guys can't fix it till this day? Horrible.

Ok. I should have let my 1 star rating of this game stand because the devs, after all this time, STILL have not fixed this game's crashing problem. In fact, after the latest update the crashing actually seems worse. However, I have been playing this game off and on for over 2 years now and it's still just as engaging and addictive as it's always been. I cannot 1 star a game this excellent. I have downloaded countless other games like this and none have even come close to pulling me away from Kritika's vice grip. I've given up all hope that Gamevil will ever fix the force closing. I just have to accept it and continue enjoying this masterpiece...when it lets me. :)

I love the game. It's so nice especially for the busy worker. However, idk about customer service. I've ask for quite awhile complaining of the game crashing on me. No response

Crashes or Hangs very frequently!!! Because of that I didn't play a single guild battle and then told I've used up my counts pls check to this problem.

Its been a while since ive played with this.. but when i open my account.. my characters are gone..crimson assasin, valkyrie , blood demon..only berzerker remains.. i dont remember thier names but i do know i have link my account in this mail.. as far as i remember.. all of them is level 70 except blood demon.. as i am looking in the achivements.. i already got the lvl 50 for berzerker and that was in 2015.. but my character is only lvl 30. It seems that a roll back has happened to my account. Can you please fix my account??.. ill change to 5 stars again..

I'm afraid I might lose my account again. My 2 accounts was lost 2 years ago. I think you need to improve your security of permitting us to log in. I always used my Google account and no problem on it. Just on this game I lost my account. In other game they didn't lose. Many players asking why their account was lost, and I know for sure , your security of fan evil doesn't work for hackers. Funny! If my account will lose again, I won't play anymore with any gamevil games.

I contacted the customer care through your link and they said some additional stuff like restart mobile, use wifi, etc. Nothing worked.????. Crash occurs randomly when i start world boss, tower of tribution, arena, any stage ,monster wave. Sometimes while returning to main lobby after completing the said above ones.

I will rate 5 star back if you fix this game. Allways force close when i want to start a mission. Wasting my energy.

Fun... addictive...and yet so frustrating when it crashes. I don't get mad. I haven't invested any money yet... "Yet", but when I lose a "participating turn" in guild battles (due to crashing) it is disappointing that I couldn't help my guild more, but besides losing that...stamina, and sapphire here and there. It is a lot of fun. So just try it. If you don't like it....no loss..just uninstall it. ????

I tried the suggestions given me in the response by the company. I cleared the cache then reinstalled the game. I found out my machine had a bad clock. So I stopped using that tablet to play the game. I went back to an older android tablet with a 6.0 OS. I followed those same directions. My results were not much better. They are more erratic. Sometimes I can play for almost an hour with not much problem. However, tonight I have started the game twice with a fresh cache and went immediately to the Battle Guild and before the 'Loading, please wait' began to spin the game locked up and I was thrown out to the desktop, and my two turns were used up without my getting to make a single hit against my foe. This cost my Guild two turns at winning against our opponent. If there is something wrong with my hardware I do not know how to check it. I stumbled upon the clock problem with the other machine. I have no problems with other games and programs on this tablet. Thank you for the previous response.

OPTIMIZE YOUR FREAKING APP ALREADY!!! It's been TWO YEARS since I informed you about this ongoing issue and NOTHING has been done about it! I'm sick of having to deal with all these crashes!! GAMEVIL. I love this game. It's really addicting to me. But! Please fix the crush. It's keeping force close. Every player had a same situation like me. Evenmore another player already told about crash for a past year ago. Fix it as soon as possible because this is the game make your company make money, another game of gamevil are so underrated. Before player a more less and your starting bankrupt, please fix it and update something new!

I loved this game at one time. Now it constantly breaks down and costs me play time. I will no pay for anything because it might not let me play what I buy. I just went to play in the Battle Guild with my main-toon and it broke and took my turn away from me. I've begun playing other games just because they do not break.

One of the best game I've ever played. It's very addicting (play for months now), easy to understand, lots of task to do and many avatars to choose from. The game have different yet amazing characters with various skills.

Really? I quited after I reached a max level with Eclair and now that I have a LG G4 and want to come back stays in "Unleashing the Chaos..." Ummm.. I have restarted my phone multiple times. I really want to come back but things like that kills the mood

A good game but can not download the latest patch after updating. I am a VIP and leader of a guild so this is troubling so until this issue is fixed the game gets just a star from me. The game has gotten worse tried to play after creating a new character and the game crashed on me, seriously gamevil you are slipping and it's a shame

Server Issue!!! Please fix your server! I'm really angry/pressured play your game! Especially event time. My connection it's really great! But why i'm always disconnected during play your game. The game is good, only the server. If you guys want people continue play your game. Do something about this. I hopefully, this problem fix as soon as possible!.

The game keeps kicking me out everytime i play. I cant play because the game crashes it takes me out of the game fix that and i will give it all stars it also gives me errors in the game itself for examples stamina error and free draw error I stopped playing the game because it kicks me out to much. This game crashes for android any android phone I don't understand.

Keep closing randomly on some missions on both my S8 and galaxy tab S2. Starting to get annoying. Waste resources when it closes. I uninstalled n install and that didn't solve the annoying problem. Waste resources anytime it force closes

I'll give it 5 star if only I can Recover my account. I forgot my password then when i asked Gamevil support, there so many requirement. I can't provide CS ID because I can't log in to the game anymore. Hope they can fix this. Best gameplay but sad account recovery system.

My Story When the game was First launched, I was so excited to play it. After installing it on my old device,the game seemed to glitch and hang... I uninstalled it. After 2-3 years, getting a mid range mobile, I installed the game once again to try it on my new android & guess what, it WORKED Flawlessly! (On Moto G5 plus) and also, thanks a lot for giving me Rewards as a returning user back to Kritika. Love you guys, you are awesome. Keep developing XD(Request: like orders & chaos 2, please try to give a open world look) thanks once again.
