Bought money was never able to use it. The app did not even recognize my purchase.

Bought money, used it, then the game said it was paused. Tried everything under the sun and then closed the app and reopened it. The money I bought was gone and I had none of the stuff I bought. Technically I was robbed.

Its not loading all I see on my screen when I'm playing A purple screen with Green words saying sleep, eat and Clothing I didn't know where to go coz it wasn't loading
