Well the update messed up the game. Won't open now I just get a black screen. I like it lots of fun... Help

It kept shorting and crashing on me. But great game.

Doesn't work after the new update and the game will lag very bad after you play for awhile and then will just shut off.

Multiple people have let you know of the issue since the last update. Black screen, game won't load. I'm not uninstalling and losing my character. Seriously just remove the update, fix the mistake, and re-release it. It's a good game, I'd hate to see you lose hundreds of players over this

After new 5/25/2017 patch I had to uninstall and reinstall game. Unfortunately I lot characters on one of my devices. Note to all; link characters to FB or email account. Game is extremely fun. Suck there was an issue with this last patch. Only complaint. Suggestions; add guild pvp arena and a way to trade lower tomes for higher lvl tomes.

This game has a title bar that blocks most of the top interface. No way to turn off in the settings and no support to contact for fix. Basically, it looks fun but is mostly unplayable. The irony is the obstruction blocks the in app purchase button so they are shooting themselves in the foot.

This is an edited post, the game was very fun addictive and enjoyable. However with the most recent patch it no longer allows me to access the game at all, even after their "corrective steps". I'll go play Legacy of Discord instead.

i also have the same issues with the black screen. i have also spent quite a bit of money on this game and have enjoyed it. if this issue is not fixed by tomorrow morning i will delete this game and never play a game 37 games has made again. just saying all of us spend hard earned money for some entertainment at least 37 games can do is let us play.

New update May 25th loads to a black screen. I spent money on this game because it is something I play every single day. I am changing my rating because If the game is not fixed I am not going to be happy about this! Please fix ASAP !

I just updated this app and now all I get is a black screen of death. I've deleted other apps to make room for this one and now I can't even play it. Plus I would love to have my Silver Archer character back. I uninstalled then re-installed this app to fix the glitch that logs me out of the game and now I can't even play it at all. I created another character Warrior named Xray on the Universe domain same one as Silver. I would like to be able to use both of my characters and play the game. Don't get me wrong it's a cool game when it works like it's supposed to. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've sent this week ago and still no change or a fix in the program so I'm done playing it.

I love the game. But im about to quit due to being able to be killed while offline over and over is anoying. Fix it plz. No one should be able to be attacked while offline. Whats the point of the clocks . Plz fix it or alot of us will be quitting

I like the game just fine...but then i saw the ads supporting it through youtube and facebook, ect. It bothered me thoroughly. How can you purposely make the ad look so much different than the actual gameplay. I think it's a bit distasteful, personally, that things like that even exist. The games ok. Advertising represents the game as better than what it is. Anyone who reads this, don't think i said the game is bad. It's not. Just look at some of the advertisements.

Well I was loving the game until this morning it did a update and now it will not load up over level 200 and now can't play at all... tried to remove it then re download and now lost everything and all that work I put in so now not very happy at all

Ummm i fight high server bosses and i always get kicked out and start all over again 10th time. Soloing bosss takes forever please fix...

So I just updated this game and I am having a problem getting it to load. It keeps going to a black screen. I have restarted my phone and restarted the program. I have really liked this game up to this point.

Everything was awsome the first day I played it but the secound day it would never let me play it would load and then go to a gray screen. My brother tryed it and the same thing happend to him. This game sucks!

After last update all i get is a black screen. Im scared to reinstall because other comments say they lost their character when they did it and ive spent alot of $$$ on this game. Pls fix asap

Amazing in every aspect except for one, the one thing that makes them deserve a 3* rating and not 5*. They literally have worst customer service than any company I've ever seen in my 30 years. Any issue gets a unpersonal, generic response two to three days later. Or its all the customers fault, never theirs... Where in fact it is their fault. Aside from that, amazing graphics, amazing open world boss fights and much to do.

I can't not get back into the game! Each time I press the app everything seems like it's working and then it goes black! And it stays like that! This happened just after the update. Please Fix This, this game is amazing when you play it but right now I can't! Fix, Fix, fix, fix, Fix! I am NOT losing my character for this! Everything I worked hard for will be gone :(

It's an amazing game , I spent real life money and I'm doing great, however after the recent update, the character select isn't coming up. It just stays a black screen. Please fix this.

This game was horrible. I like games where you have to find where to go, not crappy auto-pathfinding. Worse than Legacy of Discord. I thought it was good too.

Getting black screen just like everyone else after update. Can log into the game once but I have a large white bar on the top blocking health bars and top menu. After I have to uninstall and reinstall to get back in but same results. If I close it loads to black screen

New update crashed, can't even load the game exits out as soon since clicked it, uninstalled and reinstalled, and same issue, was lvl 235 have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times and still black screen of death sand no help from developers

I have been waiting a week for 37 games to fix the problem with the new update they did. im not trying to uninstall and lose my character. I'll wait a few more day then im deleting the game, im dont want to start all over again!! Please fix the update or make a new one!!

After recent update only get Black screen on S7, ZTE z981, AND Bluestacks. Reinstalling app fixes black screen but charecters are gone from all servers. This is the sort of screw up that kills a game and ruins reputations.

Im new in the game. I just started, and i see the logo at the top. The problem is, its covering the screen. I would probably like this more if it was not blocked by the logo... i cant even see my hp!

Every time I try to login in keeps saying fail to connect, check your network. I loved playing this game. So please get this game fixed so I can play it some more.

This was a great game till the update now all you get is a black screen why after all the other reviews with the same problem haven't you let us know what's going on....are you even working on a fix! Some of us have got money in this game it's the lest you can do. You owe us that!

Black screen after last update. I deleted and reinstalled. It worked fine for a few hours. Then next time I went to play it was back the black screen again.

Since update I have cleared the cache uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the game still lags. I've missed the last two events because I can't attack or move the lag is so bad on my LG G5

After the update, everytime I try to play it goes to a black screen and it won't do anything after that. Please do something. I really love playing this game. Its amazing!!!!

It's a good game, but rn I can't get into the game. It loads for 5 secs then I get a black screen and it won't load anymore

I wanted to start playing this, but there is a banner saying the name of the game that stays on the screen permanently and it blocks things. Really annoying.. maybe I will play after an update fixes that.

Great game till update. Won't load, just goes to black screen. Fix it fast please, people spend a lot of time and money on this game for stupid bugs like this.

How does it say I missed my level 270 stuff like I dident spend for vip and work hard for nothing.But honestly your vip 4 isn't worth $20 you really like get nothing for it .So anyone thinking I strongly advise against.I will change my rating once I get my reward for getting to level 270.Never played a game in my life that says missed on something you spend weeks to earn.I mean really you achieve the level it is yours and if it's not why even work for it or spend time on your game?

Are you serious? Can't even see the upper part of screen because of your stupid and unnecessary banner. Too bad, i like to spend money on games like this, but not yours.

Good game but after last update my game won't load. And I spent Real life money for recharge to get diamonds and vip and never received anything.
