I have some issues with the game thats why i used customer service option in the game but i never find any response of my issues to resolve it! I work as an advisor for one of the best company in the world! When we have usage questions or issues we do give our support to help our customers in seconds! So i loved the game but as we all know if you use a product or app etc. the support that they give is the most important think!! So please reponse of our questions and issues via customer service option in the game!! Otherwise you will loose ur customers even if ur game is the best in the world! Regards

Ignore the 1 stars. The game isn't too bad. Infact I would actually recommend it to a friend. Overall I think that the grammar needs improvement and that the music is far too loud when the people within the game talk. Some graphics were a little off nonetheless it is a good game for an mmorpg.

Originally 5 stars, now down to 1 star, great game run by a bunch of jokers. I've purchased an ingame crit relic chest only for me not to receive it, despite taking payment. Contacted customer service in game, they said its not their issue and I need to contact Google! So I recalled my payment via google (as suggested) and now I've been banned on all my characters despite me getting the refund from the item I paid for but didnt get. So basically they have taken about £40 from me and banned all my characters, despite their payment error. Needless to say I've raised this on the play store against the Terms of Use violation and awaiting a verdict. Avoid making any payments to this game!

I've been trying to get in touch with you for about 15 days but I keep getting ignored on all kind of communication platforms. You don't reply on my emails, Facebook, FB chat or in-game ticket. I asked you for a refund due to application it's not developed anymore, you come with nothing new, no new content but lots of new servers and my account has been banned or deleted. Very nice, after I've paid hundreds of sterling pounds you keep ignoring me. Well done, no customer support no nothing. Totally disappointed. ------------------------------------- You guys are amazing, I just wrote in my review that my account is banned or deleted, I can't access it. Tried to contact your team via in-game ticket, Facebook, email, phone, I tried everything and I'm still being ignored.

Seriously with the goddam moronic adverts, as a company you should be ashamed to debasing yourself to the lowest level just to get talked about so you get more downloads....stop with the crappy adverts and get better production levels....and whoever is producing these adverts needs to stop being 5 years old and grow up a little.

Guys after i played almost a month i started looting some decent items and when i tried to sell them on the market i saw that the fee i have to pay is 20% of the price but when i sell something for 2 diamonds i get only 1 diamond which is 50% and very very wrong for everyone selling cheap items. So my advise is to take your fee for the first sell and then the next couple of items should be without fee (calculated). Otherwise it is something close to stealing from players who are playing the game and putting their time into something which will be really disappointing later on.

Disappointed, I lost my character in update. Started again with mage class now but 147 lvls was just getting me started. Oh well.

Automated replies on here and Facebook page, not a good way of showing yous care ???????????? anyway got to try... please sort out the in game translate i can't screenshot it not working as nothing happens when you press the button, same as the lag that is getting worse all the time there is no way to show it happening but please look into it i know its not my connection as loads of people complain about it on the server that I play and the last thing, please consider merging some of the older servers instead of releasing new ones all the time. Ps overall its a good game, plenty to do early in the game to get you hooked but as with all games slows down later on, decent graphics and generally nice and helpful players, leans more towards pay to win especially when it comes to top ranks but doesn't ruin the game as there are more free players than paying one's, just wish the customer service was a bit better ???????????? edit obviously automated response ????????????

Literally the worst YouTube ad I've ever seen for a mobile game. Says alot about this 'game'. Also the 'Developers' response is cut and paste meaningless drivel.

Plz put a of hand slot for potions . it's really annoying when you need to use a potion because you have you go through you have to get it and press use and by that time your character has died

It was OK although I would update a few things. Other than that I recommend to play.

Lost my account in the new update and had spend money in game. My advice to people thinking about spending money dont ive seen a lot of people who have lost thier accounts.

Was looking forward to playing this game but i download go to play the first quest talk to some one i click it my character runs to a area and there's no one to talk so there for i can not play the game dissapointment !!

Very, very p2w prices of diamonds are obscene but worst of all is the customer service. Absolute idiots tried to get a lvl 1 char deleted answer I got back "sorry we dont have that capability" rofl a joke. Save your money avoid. Below 1 star.

Good and fun game...the devs needs to add a way to transfer items between chars on same acc [ and to be free without limit or requirement to be vip level ]...other then that the game is great...been playing it for 3-4 days and i already created all 3 classes and are above lvl 150, keep up the good work :) PS: If there's a transfer function for items on same acc between chars let me know..for now i only know to transfer via guild vault but it costs resources

After the level 170 all promotion gifts are missing If you recieve any notification the sounds disappear It is not for free as they said

i spent moneys to this game and i got banned for unknown reason this is fraud and if i am not unbanned or refound all the moneys back i will take this game to justice!

I love this game, but what I don't like is that you launching new servers everyday, and that makes people leave from older servers very easily if their not in top. Launch server atleast once a week or once two weeks, so people will attach more to the server. Now I started in s11 and in 3 days another 5servers opened.. which ended up with huge drop on players on s11.

Won't load. Stuck on the checking for version. Uninstalling unless fixed. So dissapointed. Cool intro though.

A game that forces you to accept all permissions or quit, even if you do not want voice chat, does not deserve your time. 1 STAR !

It's really nice and fun, the only problem it's the big at crypt king, if u non VIP and enter u can't exit anymore..

Enjoyed playing this game while in beta and still enjoy playing the game now even when having to start a new character didnt take long to level up to roughly where i was before
