Doodle Bowling

Used to be 4 stars, now I'm giving 5. The game has had a much needed overhaul, and it's great. Glad they fixed the tiny print issue that was hitting newer phones. Adding new lanes is a plus, I don't think I've seen that in the 5+ years I've been playing. Ad removal is now available! Probably my biggest gripe I had when I docked it 1 star years ago. Ignore the people who rate 1 star because of this game not having a sound effect they like. Those are not the type of people to rely on for reviews. Switch review type to newest, and then scroll for a while to get a better opinion of a game. Not just this one. Overall, great work dev team.

Do not like the new sounds played after a strike or spare, old sounds were much better. Has the game been made easier? Seem to be getting more doubles, turkeys and baggers. Still a very fun game. Nice to have an update after all this time.

I'm an avid bowler and until the recent update, the physics were great Very much like the real game. Only thing missing was side boards. Now after the update the pins seem to have gotten heavier and the ball also seems lighter. Hoping this gets fixed soon as it's making me not want to play anymore. Otherwise, like the improvements with the exception of the stars running across the top of the score card. They are distracting and take up space.

When I got the Sam S7 the game played oddly. Then this upgrade made it useful again. Thx. I usually play on mute anyway so sounds haven't mattered. But strangely sometimes when I get a strike it says "gutter ball" and don't get the star. Minor problem.

Thank you so much for adding the remove ad option. I love this game and I love the new interface and new alleys! Good job

The challenge has been lost in the upgrade. All I get are strikes, no matter where the ball hits the pins.

Liked the old version. The noise for a strike and spare is quite annoying. Would play with sound off.

I've played a lot of games to unlock all the levels and now the upgrade has started me back to square one. Not very happy

It would be nice..to have a real bowling alley board..watching the pins be reset..and ball return...

the update was a TOTAL downgrade for users, but more money for you guys. updated it because of icon, interface sucks

The old version was great, this sucks.

It needs to be tougher like longer lanes or smaller bowling balls.

As others have commented, the text is too small on newer, larger screen phones and tablets. Also, the score boxes are white. Hard to see on some themes. The game is fun and well made otherwise. Oh, and the pop up ads are the worst.

I used to play this game a lot a long time ago and was excited to find this again.. but it's different. The bowling ball speed is off when throwing , the lanes are shorter. Just not the same.

Was great game till new release. Now ball speed is not adjustable and print is so small. Got to take it back and fix it if you want me back

I would give this app 5 stars if the menu and score board and things like that was bigger. Right now the text is so small I can not see it, before all the recent changes everything was great.

I love this app so much on my iPhone when I switched to Android it's one of the first ones I downloaded here! But one minor complaint, please make the text bigger to read. The themes and scoreboard are so tiny and hard to read

I love this game. You have to, to put up with the super annoying hijacker Game of War ad. Apparently it's more important to have you spend time beating off that ad than enjoying the bowling game.

4/5 stars because of (1) realistic physics claim. Simply go to a bowling hall once and try it, it will be a trully revealing experience in comparison to this simulation. Nothing like it, and not so easy. For example, strikes in this game most of the time require strong hits, in reality not. And there is no post-shot spin control. (2) Also, because of theme limitations, the more you need to play to unlock. Whoever likes the game will play regardless of the theme. Fan and relaxing game in the end.

The score, themes(?) etc all are in a laughably tiny font. Also, you can't bowl a line without being very careful not to touch the banner ad and opening it, which looks pretty deliberate.

Great game to kill some time. Plenty of themes to choose from. Free!

The text is to small on my Nexus 6, also would pay 99cents for ad free version. Still great, was a fav on iPad too.

I like the different themes and everything, but it get's a bit boring after a while. I play maybe three games a week. Maybe if u added achievements or tournaments it would b a bit more interesting. Thanks.

Please give me a way to pay you money to get rid of ads. I've had this game on every Droid I've owned. I NEVER delete it. But I've absolutely had it with ads that flash like a strobe light. Provide ad-free version, please.

Nice to see another theme. Please make more. This is still my favorite bowling game.

Someone told me about this game a few years ago when I got my first iPad. I said I'd try it. Did, love it. Have it on my new iPad, smart phone too. Just wish I could get it free for the PC...

Great game but on Galaxy Note 4 the text is too small to read! Please fix or I gotta move on. #goingblind

Please add a font size adjustment. It is simply unreadable. Was OK on Samsung S3, now dots on Samsung S6 Edge.

I really enjoy the game,but why is the print so small,used to play this long ago, I could read my scores,c'mon...I'd like to see what I'm doing!!

I've upgraded my phone to a much bigger screen and now all the text remains tiny... graphics are ok, the problem is only the text.

The text has shrunk making it illegible. Although it shouldn't make any difference while playing the game it does. Too bad.

You've got to download this game, it's a riot to play!

This is one of the best bowling games around. Really like the way you can control the ball after releasing it.

I love the game but every time I go in it blacks out and I have to repeatedly go back and fourth into the game. I really like this game please fix
