UNO ™ & Friends

I would give this a 5 star if it didn't keep having connection errors and booting me from the game when I'm about to win the tournament. Once, fine... twice, okay... but more than ten times makes me want to punch something... especially when I occasionally pay to play. Customer support is no help and I've seen others complain of the same, so it seems shady. Also, the winners should get more than a couple hundred coins for winning since the influential specials are several hundred coins.

They are always updating the game which erased my entire profile and send me back to the beginning. They have no customer care number to reach them you have to do everything by email. Second people playing they purposely take long on their turn which does not give you enough time on yours. The 2 tokens are not enough I literally have to save for a day to get more tokens before I play. I had love this game and it was very addictive but I will be uninstalling if they can't fix the problem.

It has some cool features, but is missing a few things that could make it better like an option to choose how many people you want to play against. Also needs an easier way to add friends. ID system perhaps? Where you can enter your friends ID instead of only facebook and google+ which is not working properly.

Loved this game, had a couple minor complaints such as how difficult it is to build up tokens but nothing major. About 3 days and 40 levels in the game reset despite being connected with Google. I sent in a customer service request and started over. Was back to level 30 and was reset. This time I connected through Facebook, got to level 12 and then my original level 40 on Google was restored. 24 hours later it was reset, but still had Facebook. Today Facebook reset. All within 2 weeks.

After this last update I lost about 300 tokens overnight. Don't bother contacting their support bc they'll never get back to you. I'm not paying real money to get more tokens on a freaking phone game so I'll just uninstall it when they're all gone. It's pretty crappy that their update screwed everything all up and they don't even acknowledge you if you write to them for help.

It's a fun game but after playing for a few months it completely reset and I lost my ranking and coins I paid for. I can be streaming Netflix and the game will say I don't have a strong connection. I also work online teaching via video and never have a problem with the connection so maybe it's your servers?

With this new update you've taken away the best part of this game. - Spy - Safety Net - 50% Point Bonus - Mirror For this, I'm done. You had to delete those so now I'm deleting this Sorry App and Sharing why on all my social media. Bring them back and I will come back.

I like the game but need to fix why take my gold coins if games has an error or doesn't play it should be given back. Plus I won two tournaments and it did not give me my two crowns I just still see the Pearl which is the last one that I won. But the I did the uno tournament and I won that won but it's not on my crown fix it please ty. Then I will give it 5stars

Love it, makes me feel like a kid again. Newest upgrades with combined bonuses r excellent, ☆☆☆☆ on that! I only wish that we could always or reliably receive what we earn. Not to seem ungrateful, but I hate paying for a boost that doesn't boost, lol! I know the system occasionally awards in a VERY DELAYED manner but who's to say it's correct? I guess this is why the 50% boost is gone. Plus, if u r disconnected by the UNO powers, please don't take away the boost in play. Why would I intentionally quit while up in the finals? Those r my only complaint. Loving it otherwise...

I have had the game lose all my progress twice now. Once at level 12 which was no big deal so I started over then just went to open it this morning and it started me over again and lost my progress from about level 37 or so. Don't think I'll be starting over again so unless the issue is fixed I'm done playing this game.

I used to love playing Uno. It was so simple. Now it is more frustrating. I was just playing Uno and I won the tournament in two rounds. Then when I go into my third round guess what? I get an error message that tells me something about my internet connections. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. And this is not the first time it's done that to me. I don't think it's fair that nothing can be done when it does that. When I use all my tokens and coins I am done. I will not be playing anymore unless some of these things that some of the others have commented on has been fixed. You have a lot of faithful customers. You should do whatever you can to rectify the situation so that your customers are happy.

I was so much addicted tat I would have given 5 star. But update really irritate. Connection error or crashes. Or gold coins get deducted without any reason. It's like fooling there user. Pls resolve issues asap to get back ur users.

I can't help it. I'm still a huge fan of Uno & Friends. But, it does waste my memory storage since I have to use my Clean Master All so I wouldn't get low memory storage. But I'm planning to play Uno & Friends on my tablet if it doesn't get out of wack on me. Hahaha! Anyways...here's the 5 stars for you. No need to reply back to me. Just keep up the good work. Money is the main objective of this game. You cant do anything without paying money. Im uninstalling. They take anything away that helps u not have spend ur money. Pure fun if u have the money to spend. Customer support doesnt respond. I keep getting charged for stuff im not buying also. For tokens i didnt ask for.

I grew up playing this game, and I love this app. One thing I like is that I don't have to watch out for my Grandpa cheating :))) I'm only giving it 4 stars though because you have to send gifts to one friend at a time instead of all at once. It takes forever.

HA HA!!!! They took the mirror and spy boost away and I'll bet all the cheaters are whining and crying about it, well I got 2 words for you cheaters on here....TOO BAD! go cheat somewhere else, most people on here want to play an honest game of Uno, not a rigged Uno with a bunch of cheating cry babies who can't even win a game without cheating.

Update: Decided to give this app another try. As of yet no problems, we'll see what happens. Pervious: Had high hopes for this game. For the first two days that I was able to play it, it was great and I loved it. Now not so much. Now every time I start the app it locks up my phone rendering it completely useless for anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours and that's unacceptable. When I'm my able to use my phone again, I'll be uninstalling this app ASAP. This was suppose to be a fun and relaxing game to pass the time. This is not worth the time or headache.

Those who are timed out at tournaments should draw cards instead of automatically put their cards out by the app. Some deliberately do that to stall time and yet still able to go to next round. That is just unfair

I recently installed it again after a couple months on my android phone and its totally disappointing because i keep getting exited from the game at anytime. Please fix this and I'll give a 5 star!

Ever since the new update the game e has been crashing a lot! I've played tournaments where I was about to win #1 and then it crashes just before the game ends!!! Ugh! It makes me soo mad!!!! Other then it crashing it's a pretty good game, it's good to play when you have a lot of spare time. (I will rate 5 stars if you can fix the problem with the game crashing)

Seems like since update reverse, skip and draw two is not working properly. But I liked the update, too many and confusing boosts however I think that safety net should be in there.... overall I love the game and enjoy playing it.

It's a great game, but they fu&k you with their computer players. At the last second someone always screws you to knock you out of a tournament or lose a game. Typical bullshit, but really addictive.

I Do Not! Recommend, this game it freezes. It always says error and is horrible for your battery it loses lots of battery! It is not worth it! If I were you I'd not even bother to install it! I downloaded and uninstalled because of your lame game loading issue. Guys don't download this game if you want your mobile battery work better. Worst UNO game!

Yall took away the best boosts that I always play with. Spy, 50%, mirror, and safety net!!! Those were the best ones!!! PLEASE PLEASE BRING THEM BACK IN THE NEXT UPDATE. I've been a player since this game came out I'm at level 200!!

It used to be good, now after the update, it keeps telling me internet connection problems on EVERY single round I play and kicks me out. My internet is fine and working, i checked it and ran a speed test. Please fix thisss. It eats my tokens when I got kicked out.

This is a request to gameloft. I am collectibg 5 tickets after every 5 days but still not able to join any club. Where are Those tickets getting added? Plz help i will rate 5 star after it.

I have the highest ranked white tiger, and if any box is open on the screen I get jammed with cards. Like if I use the new hand power up, I get fucked with cards, once with 6!!!! Or if I'm blocking the chat of others I get fucked with cards!!! Keeps freezing. KEEPS FREEZING MY ENTIRE PHONE!!!!!!!!

It is quickly going downhill unfortunately. More features are being cut versus added. Every update seems to be a downgrade with bugs and glitches. Does Gameloft have polls, questionnaires for users? I find it hard to believe this is what people want. I sure as heck don't. Well damn. They took away some of the better boosts and nerfed my dearly-paid-for white tiger. Done with this game.

I don't understand why I always have an odd number of tokens. It basically makes the last one useless. I wish the game had a normal game mode instead of just the quick plays with objectives. But overall its a fun pass time when I'm bored of my other games

I was really enjoying this game , until it started crashing every 5 seconds. At first ,I would be in the middle of a game and boom the screen goes blank. But now I can't even join a match. On top of it I lose my tokens despite not being able to complete or join the game.

How many people have to complain before you FIX THE CRASHING/CONNECTION ISSUE?! absolutely ridiculous. We don't want your useless updates, fix the already existing issues.

I love the game and how it's true to the original Uno. However, the game freezes and crashes way too much. I have tried playing on my tablet and it never works after I download it. Please fix these issues!

I wish it wasn't so tiresome to navigate your 'friends list' when you have a lot of friends. I love that most most of those horrible boosts were removed. Those boosts were straight up cheating, and they completely sucked the fun out of the game for free players. It would also be great if this game had a global chat where players can talk and actually make friends without the restrictions of those gimmicky chat bubbles.

Update: What is happening? They removed some boosts and increased the vost of new hand boist. Not sure i like where thisbis gojng. Thrg have changed yhe game so much...it is not the same game. I am now on level 198. It is more difficult to earn coins when you win...as they reduced the amount yoh can win. Now, some boosts cost more. J stopoed buying coins. Not as fun. Very disappointed. I barely play anymore. Previous review Longtime player. Although the club is okay, they lowered the coin award when you play games...but kept the same coin cost for the boosts. So you are blowing through your coins much faster and not able to earn as much...I made it to over 100 game streak and still kept getting minimal coin award....half of what we used to get. Very disappointed. I enjoy the boosts but will not pay for coins to play them. May have to stop playing...not as fun with minimal rewards.

Super addictive, I have to make myself put my phone away! Journey is challenging, tournaments are fun, and great old school feel. The token recharge is a little slow, and boosts are a little expensive.

This game can be so damn UNFAIR..to the first n second place to the proper rewards never being received to the crashing to the being booted from games to getting free tokens. Ive been playing this game for a very long time n it gets worse n worse every time an update is released! Oh n what happened to a player being booted from a game because they are stalling?? They need to bring that back! The new update is horrible! Why did they take away my favorite boosts??? U cant get boosts while in a game any more??? No more watching ads for tokens? Why is my white tiger not working the way it should? Go back to the way it was!! PLEASE! 1 star for new update! Yes the game is fun and addicting but dont force LONG time players to buy tokens or coins! UGH!!! I see I'm going to have to find another game to pass the time this is just CRAZY!! As of the latest update I wouldnt recommend this game to anyone anymore.

I would give it a 4.5. I'm addicted to the game, but it has its problems like any other game. The game draws cards for me even when I have the color sometimes but overall great game.

I've played this game for years.... I miss tha jump in feature and wish that ALL tha games weren't timed because some games are more challenging when played long. But other then that I still love this game.
