Great game! My only problem is that like all other games, if you spend money you can get more. Meanwhile, those who work their way up end up with lots of coins and nowhere really good to spend it. How about being able to exchange coins for an Iso-8 pack? 1 or 2 million coins for a good amount of Iso-8?

I'm unfortunately never going to be able to play this game again because even after talking to support they were not able to recover my save of spidermen. This dispite my game was fully synchronized to social media. I'd also like to add it's extremely frustratig to have to play for 20 minutes in order to access the settings. Used to love this game.

This was my favorite game until the latest update. Now the frame rate and lag make it so choppy it's almost completely unplayable. Watching videos to continue will make it crash half the time as well. The only reason I haven't deleted it is because I don't want to lose all the progress I made and my fond recollection of the earlier version.

What have you done guys? Graphics are now pretty fancy so that I can't concentrate on run. Secondly, there are no Free Rank Up reward in specific day challenge? Now how can I rank up my Spidey? Till Yesterday, it was very good!! Please give back the Free Rank Up reward

I had a problem where the game menu changed unexpectedly and caused me to make a purchase. I immediately started a ticket to correct the issue. I sent the ticket in English. They replied in Spanish. I request it to be in English and I haven't heard back. I feel pretty insulted. The game is also beyond glitchy. Pretty much all of my failures happen when the game glitches. Unreliable.

Almost every time I use an ad to continue after getting knocked down the game freezes and black screens after I view it. You're welcome for earning you money without a reward. Think I deserve some sort of compensation. Smh. I love the game and the concept, but it's just way too bugged.

I dont often review apps on the play store, however I felt compelled to mention that this game would be a lot more fun if it didnt crash so often. The game's graphics graphics are incredible for a mobile app, but it is entirely too glitchy. Furthermore, the monetization of the gameplay mechanics make it an infuriating pay-to-win disaster. All that being said, it's good to kill time and it has been enjoyable during the time when it's NOT glitching.

Well this game is something for me but i find it a true challenge to rank up my spider team its really frustrating plz fix. I would like if the normal portal gave u spidey u already had to help rank up

Put more detail into characters, make it easier to collect iso 8 (thats not buying), the portals to recognize the spidermen that you have that way we dont get duplicates, remove opsicoles on the floor when you web sling, remove the green suprise things when you run, when you add this stuff i'll 5 star it and recommend it to friend and family. Its pretty awful

I have only 1 thing to say for this update: DESPITE HAVING A GALAXY S8, THE FRAMERATE IS SO F*****G BAD. 20 FPS AVERAGE. NOT TO MENTION THE LAGS. come on gameloft... are you guys even trying.... im still upset (pretty sure every player) for the previous iso deduction fiasco, which is pretty obvious that its your fault for screwing up the drop rate on the Mystery Box videos and we, the players were punished for things that we did not aware is a bug.

Gameloft is slowly but surely getting the game back to it's first year release. With support that helps you, a game that keeps on giving you more Spidey's, I can only keep hoping for their constant unbelievable fan service.

I have faced two big problems during the days that I started to play again. I haven't receive answers from those issues (just from Facebook but it didn't solve my problem even if he/she checked that I sent an email) I need to solve those problems :/

Fantastic endless runner with a fun twist and great graphics. My issue with the game is the newest update. Before, the game ran flawlessly on high graphics mode at 60fps. After the update I find even when I switched to performance mode, the game still stutters and never maintains 60 frames.

Fun game, but crashes at annoying moments, lags when you buy portals, and doesn't always revive you after watching a video. Please remove the energy and make the things people say if you fail a level a little less mean. Some of them are just taunting you. Also, some levels need you to be a GOD at Temple run.

Update, game still broken, no help from CS, what are the Devs doing!! The latest update has broken the game, xp gained is showing Zero after each run, I can't open portals, and each of my spidys is set at x1 combo giving me a max of 4x combo for every mission. Please fix this.

Game is good But Why Iam not able to login. When I click on (Facebook) icon it always show “there is no network connection" even when I switched on Data connection. Why Gameloft it is. Please help me Gameloft give me a solution for this problem. Then I rate your game 5 stars....

I love this game but if you are making a Spider-Man game, isn't Venom part of the sinister 6? Please add Venom issue! Other than that, works perfectly on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. Thank you Gameloft for asphalt and this!

Totally awesome game, highly addictive and very competitive. I'm quitting though, game suddenly crashed after the update and all my hard earned progress got wiped, thanks. It was fun while it lasted.

I think the game is great, my biggest and only complaint comes from it force closing after watching an ad to continue the run. Happens about 90% of the time. Very very frustrating

Loss of data. I accidentally uninstalled the app and when I tried to get my data back it said :"Do you want to continue with this account which the highest Spidey is at level 1?". Then I reinstalled it and tried to login with that account. Still not working, I felt unsatisfied and logged in with many different accounts. Uninstalling and reinstalling, by logging in with many accounts I cannot get past the level which requires 3 star mangaverse Spidey. Okay, now when I click on get now they show me to an ok button but no matter how hard or soft I click it , it never proceeds to the recruit menu unlike before. PLEASE, I REALLY LIKE THIS GAME AND I WAS PLAYING IT ALSO 2 YEARS BACK.PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE GUYS

It was going so great until I came back to find out I can't even get my progress back.. I tried to email support team about 3 times and no one even answers my emails.. I had nearly every spidey you could ever dream of, 10 million plus vials and over 1000 isos and can't honestly not happy with gameloft.. it seems they took out some player accounts just so wed have to start again and earn our shat back

This game is a glitch-fest and they ignore reports, so play it if you like being frustated and getting black screens instead of rewards. Its sad too because it has "amazing" potential.

Game was great until end 2015. Since then became greedy by the hour, terrible events and bundles/pay to win. Terrible. Pay and play! Terrible!

It is amazing plz if u r going to update the game plz add more bosses for story mode, have no ranks. for spideys,add races,add alternate suits for spideys,premium portals for 10,000 vials or 25 iso 8, 3v3 fights in minigames like injustice (exept for consoles), add these bosses (venom,rhino,lizard,and Kraven the hunter),add alliance charecters ironman,deadpool,blackpanther, and black widow.

UPDATE: The game is currently running poorly, making is mildly unplayable given it's fast-paced gameplay. Great endless runner. The unlockables and leveling bring me back. My main gripe is that some of the later hazards are kind of unfair; mainly the spider sense ones. It's cool to apply gameplay to the source material, but sometimes I'll instinctively swipe left or right to get vials and the slow motion will stop. Give us more time to react and don't let my one swipe end the slow mo, please.

It has a cool variety of different Spideys and fast, fun, addictive gameplay. Fighting people, swinging and crawling. It only is annoying when they don't give you ISO-8...

Controls are very unresponsive at times. I had to defeat Carnage during the recent event 2 times because of the game crashing. I lost over 5 iso-8 from glitches with the game crashing. Also most of the time I try to turn, slide or jump...nothing happens. Even when I use mobile data the game is laggy but it only lags when you're either opening a pack, synthesizing your spideys, selling your spideys, or playing a mission. 4.5/10 would play again but might break my phone in the process because this game has gotten on my last nerve.

Sometimes when i open the game It shows a notification of recurit When i open the recurit option it shows that symboite portal 2 is available for 10 iOS And battelground portal is avaulable for 11 iOS when i try to open it after sometime it dissapears plzz fix this and if u can make it available for 10 and 11 iOS it would be fun

This is an EXCELLENT game I actually paid money to this for the iso-8 stones so I could get Silk (old web costume) and Ultimate Jessica Drew (which I did) great move btw putting the awesome Ultimate Jessica Drew in HER FIRST GAME never seen her anywhere else before gj gameloft keep it up please this is a game I'm willing to play forever definately recommending this game for everyone and introducing it to anyone

What is Wrong with the Advertisements that this game shows, it says that the video cannot be played even if I have a strong wifi connection and each time I click the End button It would not go back to the game so I keep losing progress and spider energy and I already wasted 5 refills.

Before the latest update I loved this game but now it's more laggy ranking up is very difficult but worst of all it keeps freezing up while I'm playing it and half of the time I can't open the app please fix whatever you have done to it

This game is great but plz add an option that we can save the files in an external storage also. My internal storage always gets full. Plz add and option. Like in asphalt 8

This is a great game, can you guys make the graphics a little high, can stop lagging. Including the energy system, so stupid.

This game is superb, fantastic,mindbloing,amazing,historic.many amazing spider man almost above 200 spider man we can swing all around world. fight more than 40 bosses we can also team up.

When i try and move left it goes right. The game crashes when i try and open a portal and it takes my spiderman so i cant get it. And it has to many bugs

Good game but I wouldn't worry too much about getting the infinite card because I got up to just over 500 of the 1000 required and got reset to 0.BS

I was playing offline and got some rewards and I lost them when I logged into my account plus I lost some of the story mode please return my rewards that I earned 13 iso8 and 20,876 of those bottles

Please fix, I spent money on this app, I bought a 2.98 bundle, but I only received iso-8. I was supposed to receive 2 legendary portals but I didn't get any.

What the loser game is this i have already turned on the internet connection but it always shows check your internet connection and also i can't log in to my old profile i liked the game before , more than any of my games but now i don't like this cheating game what the ***!

Please increase the quality of graphics more and more like play station 4,if possible.please add vibration mode for more excitement.please improve visuals and effects to high degrees.please improve encounters,conflicts ,actions and explosions to be more real,attractive and exciting.Give me new versions monthly.I have a request from gameloft,please design a game like death race movie with high graphics,cruel fire,huge arsenal and great weapons.
