I don't know why, I downloaded the the and when I open it its was supposed to download some additional data but everytime it says unable to download retry. I literally tried it for 25 times with different different network mean on wifi on mobile data everything but it doesn't go ahead. I am using Xperia m5 dual. I hope you can fix this.

Friends this game not working some days . I install the in safe way but the problem is downloaded file verification the apk can't find the diwnloded file. i thing that my phone problem and i again downlode another phone the same issue happenet again there so pls don't install. they waSte your time and net

Just hated it. I downloaded it two times both the times showing required file not found or something. Please do not download it, just time waste. But when I downloaded it two or three years before it was all good.what happened now , don't know.hated it

I think that your this game is for making people fool and by this u are trying to waste our time and our data also. Plz don't download b'coz after this u start to hate Gameloft. If u want to play football download from EA.

I'm trying for a month to download the required file from the game I tried many Wi-Fi even n carrier networks even 4G networks always it says connection failed.... my connection is always stable pls fix this

not downloading ....... i have used my 675 mbs in downloading this ..... i want it back gameloft ....this is not your standard i have read all reviews all are saying dowbloading problem but i didnt belived them downloaded it but not working its the worst game ever by gameloft.... fifa 15 ultimate team by ea sports is much better then it..... hated it..

Network error every time I downloaded the game even changed networks from wifi to carrier, it does not open.. really awful but honestly I love this game very much this is the first time I got this kind of problem. Please do something I will rate it 5 stars

I love this game but is not playing on my note 5 . I had install and uninstalled it several times but still not opening. Please is there anything you can do to help, am installing it right now please. It saying error occurred while downloading

I downloaded this rubbish app on my Xperia Z3 with a lot of mbs only to discover it can't be opened. I connected to a Wi-Fi still the same thing. I deleted the app painfully and re-download, still the same thing almost 1.5G wasted. I will advise anybody not to waste his data as this is a waste of time.

I downloaded this game fully by using my wifi.. when i opened this game it always shows "a problem occured while downloading ur file" i really dnt understand i've downloaded full game and now what more data needs to be downloaded.. again tried with diffrnt netwrks but game is not downloading.. waste of mb

Downloaded the ful mb. But finally it is saying error occured.. This is the 3rd time happened to me.. And my mobile is samsung A9 pro.. It is more than enough for this game to play in my mobile with 4gb ram..

don't try to fool the the person who downloaded 675 mb and the app says A ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE DOWNLOADING YOU ARE MAKING FOOLI HAVE A DOUBT about ITS RATING 4.3 IT IS FAKE RATING

Even after trying several times with 4g data and high speed WiFi it always says download failed . Please fix this because everyone is having the same problem

Developer i have downloaded this game but it didn't start . It says it requires to download something but it didn't work too... Fix this asap.. we love this game, dont force us to hate this game. It will be a real pain

This massage is for those who are saying that this game is rubbish and it wastes your time. Actually their phones are rubbish because I downloaded this game 3rd time and all the 3 times it downloaded and launched successfully.

I tried downloading this game from two days with wifi @ 8 mbps speed but still when it comes to checking required files it say download could not complete it still repeating this.

I wasted my 800 mb data just to download a crap. It says network problem even on high speed 4g connection.

I used to love this game a lot 3 years back.. that's why I downloaded again.. but now the download doesn't complete.. they ask you to try WiFi.. and even with the strongest of wifis you cannot complete the download.. don't waste your data.. I would negative 5 stars if possible.. for cheating..

Game keep saying network error. My Internet signal is very strong. Something is wrong with game!

First you download 700mbs of data then when you launch the game you very a notification that'd you have to download more. When you finally give up and start downloading. It says there's a problem work the download due to faulty network and doesn't let you complete.. Last data and time for nothing.

675 MB of data used to download the file and I open the app and boom 'Problem downloading file. Please download again'. Like seriously! you expect us to download it again after losing so much data.. I need my data back. And sorry I'm not downloading it again! Ever! Big mistake!

Seems that Gameloft trying to force us to play and download 2016 version instead of the best one 2012, you know you can fix that problem easy.

Can't download data once downloaded the game which was already 700mb, why do you want to push more data, fix the download issues in game please as I have tried it with wi-fi and network data.

I have installed the whole app but after opening it says that a file has not been downloaded and when I try to download than it doesn't..........please check this issue and fix it guys
