WHAT THE HELL GAMELOFT I waited for 1hr for this game to download. Finally the game was finish after 1hr,I went in it and said not compatible for my device. Why Gameloft? You are great game creators and this is what u do to us. IF ANYONE IS READING MY COMMENT DON'T (WASTE) YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS. PLZZZZ GAMELOFT FIX IT!

Cant say anything about a game that stucks on every explosion for a second on Galaxy S7 edge i.e the most powerful device out there i cant think of it on other devices... You guys are awesome cause u made gangstar vegas, so polished so opitimized... But am sorry u guys failed with this one. I can understand the art and graphics direction and i lov it but performance wise its zero.

A downgrade from all of its ancestors. Worst optimization I've seen yet. How do you screw up on optimization when It's the third game from its series. Controls are also worst than the last two. At this stage gameloft don't care about their products but its an insult as all they care about is microtransaction. So yea, overall just go back and play new vegas don't bother with this release.

I think the game is actually ok. I saw comments talking about the download time and the not available on that device and think they would calm down. The graphics are fine really the series has always not had the best graphics. And you can totally tell they're not finished yet because the download space is only about 750mb while it's predecessors have about 1.50gb space. Once they optimize it for all the devices and fix the lag the game will probably be one of the best. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of major lag but this is exactly how the last two were at first.

Wow! TERRIBLE! How do you go from Vegas to this? I was blown away at how badly this game has been developed. It's super laggy, the controls are inhumane, graphics are a flat out joke for a company that has the ability to do so much better. Gameloft should change their name to Cashloft because they clearly don't care about creating a fan base and care more about the money!

Terrible frame rate, game stays on black screen in between cut scenes, and controls are clunky. Horrible release. As long as they were working on this game I figured the launch would have been a lot better. Hopefully they can reach the same heights as in Gangsta Vegas.

It would be great if it were optimised for a mobile device....like it should. It has lag and massive frame rate drops in fire fights between enemy A.I and walking. And its not my device. My device is a Samsung galaxy s6 edge you'd think that it'd atleast be able to run this smoothly but no. So if it isn't the phone than its the laggy unoptimised game. If all of these problems wern't here I would be comparing this to triple A pc/console games. But until you fix this im not gonna enjoy an enjoyable game experience. Fix your game. Nuff said

I know it just comes out, but its very laggy, low resolution. First time I opened it, it crashed on loading, second time after 3 mins of playing. (Playing on SG note 4) If you compare it with GTA San Andreas its just piece of... Also I dont like the model of microtransaction. I would rather pay for the game like 10$ for example. But ofc microtransaction makes more money for them.

So freken annoying! I played gangstar Vegas on my old tablet for so long, then I got a new device and sat there waiting ages for this game to come out in nz. It finally comes out and I wait through the whole 30mins download, and it finishes. I open it up after a long time waiting and suddenly says not compatible with your device!!!!!! Plzzzzzz fix this, all of friends play this game and looks great. Buttttt nnnnnoooo I can't play it!!!!!!! What do ya know it doesn't even work on my phone

It may be a waste of time, and a bit disappointing. I'm saying a bit disappointing because my tablet isn't supported either. But, c'mon guys... This game just got released. And Gameloft still working on some devices that are not supported. Trust me, guys. You'll play this game when the time comes. My tablet is Teclast X80HD (G2N3). Hope fixed fast :)

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! I Have to say that this game looks nothing like gangster 4, the graphics are below average and everything looks the same as the last building with a blueish tint to it... making everything dull!!! Nothing flows, the way the avatar looks when running is as if he's about to fall on his face.. awful!!! Also when running a pedestrian over instead of the car actually going over them, they stop your car from moving forward, extremely annoying and looks retarded!!! Not impressed with the overall game in hate the way everything is set up just looks very amateur!!! This game should've been better than gangster 4... however it's 2 or 3 steps down from G4 with that being said.... VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!

Guys,give them some credit and respect their work. Game just came out. It obvious that game still "under construction". I'm sure gameloft will fix all of the issues. P.S.: I pre-registeted with my facebook account and shoud get prizes? When i can get them?

The game is great. Great concept. Best open world game. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and the resulution is terrible looks nothing like the trailer and it's extremely laggy. Also controls are wonky when he runs it's hard to control and auto aim is very annoying and jumping is hard. Please make manual aim and a separate jump button.

This game could be absolutely incredible.... but this launch is horrific. Draw distance is terrible, resolution is terrible, and frames per second is not good. It's very laggy. I'm running on galaxy s7 so it shouldn't have problems. Also the fact that there is no graphical settings is a step back if you ask me. Please fix this stuff guys... then I'll have no problem giving a 5- star rating.

I know this game just came out and it's laggy an lots of other things going wrong but I believe after the updates it's going to be great! I like it better than gangstar vegas already granted I love GV but I got tired of it after the YEARS of playing thanks gameloft keep up the great work! I'm ready for modern combat 6 now....

Gangstar: New Orleans is by far the BEST Gangstar game, and I've been playing since the very first Gangstar game. The only thing i dislike about the game is that Gameloft still has yet to completely utilize multiplayer in a Gangstar game. I love the art style, too. Great game Gameloft! I have been playing for sooooo long and I will continue!

Well it's another Gangstar. However the launch is incredibly mediocre, my main complains being laggy display on a strong device (Galaxy S7, SM-G930F), and frequent crashes and instability. I understand it's a "free" game, and that launch days are a little rough sometimes. However, this is inexcusable. It makes EA look good, and if you make EA look good you know you did something wrong.

Disappointed, bad optimization even for the Google pixel XL, the graphics is much worse than the video showing, can't imagine that Gameloft make games in this quality today.... I even prefer to pay for a better game, rather these "free" games with tons of in-app purchase

It runs at 3 fps on a GAMING TABLET and 1 minute in it crashes my whole TABLET then it won't turn on for a couple days. Then FINALLY after a week it turned back on. And it was fully charged.

This game looks like it was built from the ground up for Apple and simply PORTED over to Android. I have both and let me tell you, the Apple version is smooth and pleasing. Literally night and day in comparison to whatever the hell this is. This is a crap-fest joke that's entirely unplayable. I guess we all know where all the love went because it certainly wasn't to Android.

After waiting so long for this game am some what disappointed about the game. Don't like the physics of the game and need alot more settings option. I would also love to have the option of playing my own gangstar music playlist while driving in the car. I know its a new game and updates are forth coming. Its a game that have potential. Add a music playlist.

Dude waited more then a year for this..got new device s6 edge(exynos) and its lag so much. Completely unplayable even when the graphics looks on low setting. Very dissapointed man. Gameloft please do something.please

What the hell Gameloft?! I waited 15 minutes and was so so excited to play this game. When It finally finished downloading I open it and it said "device not supported". I freaking hate this. FOR THOSE WHOEVER READING THIS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY INSTALLING THIS GAME!!

It's awesome but when I exit, I have to go to recent and close it to get back in. Otherwise, I will get a black screen. And when we enter, we should have a choice if we should play multiplayer or not. So that way we can play offline. And when we play with other people, let us see then and kill the and other things a gangster can do to them. Where the reload button is, when we swipe to change weapons, we should change it to have the fist only. So we can not only punch people, but punch cars or anything else.

Such a big company like Gameloft shouldn't make mistakes like that. I've got a pretty decent phone, and it still has terrible resolution and frame rate, and I'm seeing other people with same thing, so Gameloft fu**ed up. Would be a cool game.

Doesn't work properly. Unplayable because of stuttering performance. Graphics are not even good for the game to lag so much. Didn't expect such a poor game from Gameloft. Nevertheless, keeping the game installed awaiting an update... or a miracle.

Gameloft you have the worst devs ever. I mean what the hell? It's a huge lag and my phone is an intel atom device. If you'll fix this i'll appreciate so much

Needs lots of improvement. This game is awesome but there are some glaring issues. The frame rate is terrible. You can't change radio stations!? Seriously!? And lastly multiplayer would make this game even better.

Was it made by a group of middle schoolers? Because the graphics sucks big time, GTA III has better graphics than this crap. The controls are bad, no option for adjuting graphic and display, script sounds like it was written by a 7th grader, and the menu is super confusing.

Gameloft seriously!! This is the first time I write a comment on playstore because it's a shame! I have the nvidia shield k1 and the game is so laggy! Impossible to play, so far I could played 1h trying to find missions without lags or freezes but now I'm at level 7, I can't go further. When you release your games, make sure it's playable. This is completely unprofessional especially for a big and well known company like yours. If you are not ready and need more time, release your games later but don't let your customers facing so many problems. Please fix all the problems asap. Thank you

The gameplay is good, graphics are not that bad, and controls are very good... But one problem, I dont know where and how to get my pre-registration rewards... I pre-registered and waited for a month but it seems that I cant get it. Fix please...

Good game. Waited for it and it finally came. Im using an note 5 sm-n920c on android nougat 7.0 and the game has a a bit of lags and it stops for a second sometimes in order to load textured plz fix

The gameplay is not bad but,when it comes to graphics it is really bad as it is not what I expected it to be or look like above and the game lags too. Please resolve this matter and perhaps to make it more exciting gameloft can add multiplayer.

This game is literally horrible. I can't even play it over 5 frames a second. Before you tell me to get a better device, I'm on this NVIDIA Shield K1. It's the best Android device on the market... Why is it so unable to run this game? For christs sake.

This game needs optimization. Bad. Like things load in front of me as soon as I approach it, and this game lags quite a bit. I know my phone can handle this game, not to be arrogant. I would like graphical settings to be a thing, as well to just optimise the game in general.

Fix these things when I crash my vehicle into sea player doesn't leave the vehicle then after some seconds screen flashes and player lefts the vehicle .And improve graphics it looks cartoonish. And when I try to burn out there is no smoke of burning tire .And it is laggy not as good as on iPhone and graphics are better on iPhones why I have S7 edge exynos variant still game is lagging. Fix these problems

Fun game. It feels like a natural evolution from the previous Gangstar game. However, playing on my Galaxy Note 3, the game does chug from time to time. Plus, it feels like the game is isn't being displayed in a proper resolution, so it looks like it's a lower quality than what was seen in the trailers. It doesn't look no where near as crisp as it did in the trailers. Another problem that I encountered is that, not being able to control the size of the icons in the game, I miss button inputs from time to time. Which is frustrating. Would really like to adjust the size of the icons. And why don't we have access to the radio stations? Overall, I'm having fun.
